No problem at all, that's one of the purposes of this thread, interacting with you guys and I appreciate all input! Smiley

Well, regarding deposit and withdrawal fees, it also depends on the operators - there are fiat sites who charge fees.

All in all the biggest pro when it comes to fiat gambling sites really is trust - that is if you go with the right sites. While the whole online gambling industry can still be considered wild wild west, crypto gambling specifically is (obviously of course) way riskier for players... and yes, just can't resist, this is where BTCGOSU comes into play!  Wink Cool

I agree with you, while many crypto gambling casinos seem to be honest, they are not yet at the same trust level like some fiat gambling sites.

If there a possibility to review another site: https://winza.cc/ ?
They offer a few games, have a sort of bankroll investment and a faucet. They accept cryptos (bitcoin, litecoin, dogecoin but also visa, mastercard, perfect money, bank transfer). No KYC required.
Would like to hear your opinion of this site  Wink.

Yeah, providing provably fair games for example doesn't grant a site couldn't close shop and run away, whatever. Wink

Regarding winza.cc - never heard of them to be honest. I am afraid in the near future I won't be able to take a very close look at them - I checked their site and just wasn't impressed from what I saw - please don't be hard on me, I will try at some later stage. Wink

You have asked for it and here we go - I just published a GOSU Tower.bet review: https://www.btcgosu.com/review/tower-bet/

Very promising crypto gambling site, curious how they will develop further. Smiley
A really very good and very understandably written review efialtis, thanks! This is also my opinion about Tower.bet, I think that we will see and hear a lot more from this platform in the future.
I personally like the style of the games very much, it is refreshingly different and very close to "real" computer games. Did you find out when they will release the platform and when they want to go out of beta mode?

Indeed - I hope they will succeed and the GOSU will try to help with that. Wink That being said, anyone interested in some free DOGE to try out Tower.bet? Let me know. Smiley I am in talks with the people running it and I will post an update regarding release/end of beta as soon as I learn more! Smiley

Still haven't heard back and checking the tournament lobby, finalists haven't been registered either - I am on it guys, sorry for the "inconvenience"...

Let me know what you think and as usual, rating and feedback appreciated (both, on the website or here). Thanks guys!

Will respond to your recent questions later today. Smiley

I will appreciate if you share your experience by commenting on my blackjack.fun review page but that's of course not imperative.

Good luck everybody if you decide to go for some blackjack hands!

That being said, I think I never asked that - are you missing any casino on BTCGOSU for now?
A few casinos which come into my mind are:

Especially Tower.Bet is worth a look. The presentation of the games is completely different from what you are used to from other sites. Also the games themselves are very entertaining. Currently one of my favorite sites for fast games in between.[/list]

You have asked for it and here we go - I just published a GOSU Tower.bet review: https://www.btcgosu.com/review/tower-bet/

Have a great evening fellas, probably watching tonight's Champions League Semi between Lyon and Bayern?! I am all set!

Thanks for the reviews in progress and especially the blacklist. This is a quite unique feature but will help a lot of players!

Small question (out of curiosity) : do you also play on non crypto casinos? Or do you prefer crypto casinos and if yes, why?

    ~snip

Thanks for the detailed reply. At this moment, I am still playing mostly in fiat casinos because of nice promotions, no fees to deposit and withdraw and trust. Like you mention, there are popping up new crypto gambling sites everyday and sometimes they are a copycat of another site. There are some legit and trustworthy sites and your guide has helped me to find some of these sites  Smiley.
For me the major negative on crypto gambling sites are the fees. Right now, the fees for bitcoin and ethereum are sky high. Luckily more and more casinos are also accepting doge and trx.

Thanks for the guide around affiliate marketing, will check it out!

Very very poor performance by Leipzig and they can be happy it’s not 0:5 at HT. PSG totally dominating and I really can’t see Leipzig coming back.
1347  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: August 18, 2020, 06:36:32 PM
I am on 1X - Leipzig were well able to challenge Bayern this season and I don't see why they wouldn't be able to do the same vs PSG - they have the confidence, haven't lost since February and odds for 1X are nice in my opinion.
1348  Economy / Gambling / Re: #3 Bitcointalk Poker Series (0.05 BTC & BIG BTC Ticket sponsored by SwC Poker) on: August 18, 2020, 02:16:12 PM
fI have told you before, SwC is a great place, they are amazing but you should have kept your cards open (pun intended) about the possibility to change places if there was a better offer on the table. Not like that should mean you do not like SwC or you are betraying them or anything like that, you are running a poker series on bitcointalk and I feel like you should be attached to bitcointalk and users here that join you more than the place that you are running it on.

Once again this doesn't mean SwC is bad or good, I am not saying anything about them at all, but to ask around to other places with poker and trying to get a much better deal can't be a bad thing, maybe you will not like the offers and continue with SwC in the end? That is what I was talking about, and now with this I think I am even more right.
There aren't really any/many other options that I'm aware of. So it's not like we just said here forever, but with sponsorship and when things were smoother it made no sense to look elsewhere. Prior to efialitis getting this going I had been reaching out to ACR in an attempt to set up private games for our group... never heard back.

Sportsbet was an option but the software they were using was like having someone flicking your ear at irregular intervals while another randomly unplugged your keyboard. They also won't have a poker client until 2021 iirc, while they weight their options.

Honestly if the series falls apart it would suck, but I'm sure we could find a way to reboot it down the road. If not a small cash game here and there might work out as well. Hard to say really.

    ~snip~
Hey thanks for trying, and putting in all the effort. No losers tournament can be rough for anyone who didn't make it but that lottery was a nice touch for helping with that. If it takes a while to hear back from them not a big deal. We'll take a breather and go from there.

Looking forward to the final this Sunday.

Yes, I agree with what you wrote - even though I would be lying if I said the lack of communication is not pissing me off (a bit... a lot?!), I still appreciate they gave us the chance to make all of this happen. Just don't get what's so hard about responding more regularly - seriously, receiving a message in the recent weeks feels unreal and very special, like birthday, name day, x-mas, easter all in one! Wink
1349  Economy / Gambling / Re: #3 Bitcointalk Poker Series (0.05 BTC & BIG BTC Ticket sponsored by SwC Poker) on: August 18, 2020, 07:40:41 AM
    Good morning everybody,

unfortunately, I am rarely hearing back from SwC, like I am sending 5 emails, PM's, I hear back and then another week or two... silence. I can't give an update about losers tournament, so I am not sure if it's going to happen, at all. I have now sent them another email with the finalists' usernames.

I am glad for the sponsoring and the way they set things up for us, really am, after all, we have established a regular poker game for the first ever time here? Still, the lack of communication has become pretty tiring. Will shortly post about the future of our games in the discussion thread but tbh, it's not looking too good atm.
1350  Economy / Gambling / Re: #3 Bitcointalk Poker Series (0.05 BTC & BIG BTC Ticket sponsored by SwC Poker) on: August 17, 2020, 02:37:37 PM
Did some more (useless) stats. Not as good with visualizing them as some other folks, so please bear with me.

For some people useless, but for me it's amazing what you are doing, thanks a lot for all the work you are doing for all of us here.
I need to improve my stats! I will try to do my best in the next series for that!

Now that was super quick - thanks @Hhampuz! =)

I have just paid out lottery prizes @Iv4n, @Globb0, @Betwrong - congrats guys! Smiley

It was super fast from you too! Prize is here and let's try to double that and try my chances for BBJ! Smiley
Thanks Efi, you are amazing! Anything about losers tournament!?

    You are welcome buddy!

Regarding losers tournament, I am still waiting to hear back from SwC - sorry about that. Will post an update as soon as I know more.
1351  Economy / Gambling / Re: #3 Bitcointalk Poker Series (0.05 BTC & BIG BTC Ticket sponsored by SwC Poker) on: August 17, 2020, 10:26:49 AM
Ask and you shall receive @tykiwanuka!

I just entered the available tickets in the random.org generator and got 5 results (1 was a re-roll as Globb0 hit it twice) and I came up withe this list:

    1192 - Iv4n
    1072 - Globb0
    1769 - Beethoven92
    1085 - Globb0 VOID
    854 - Betwrong

    Video: https://streamable.com/u3ttee

I don't know if you like this or not, but I did it as soon as I saw who had what tickets so correct me if I'm wrong and let me know if it's all good Smiley

Now that was super quick - thanks @Hhampuz! =)

I have just paid out lottery prizes @Iv4n, @Globb0, @Betwrong - congrats guys! Smiley

I have pm'ed Beethoven92's regarding his prize - he hasn't been online for a while and I think it makes to confirm with him regarding his SwC account.

Nb. Full disclosure: Iv4n and Globb0 received an added 7.7 chips! Yeah, I typed wrong first...  Cheesy

There are 4 prizes á 7,700 chips to be won, 1,810 tickets were given out in total. I allocated them according to the rankings. Each player can only win once. Ticket numbers are drawn with a random number generator by @Hhampuz and will get posted here in this thread (but I don't know when^^)

Example: First number generated is the 77, bitmutiny has won a prize. The rest of his tickets are voided. If the random number generator spits out one of his ticket numbers again, a new number will get generated, until a non-void number shows up.

@efialtis If @BitcoinGirlClub wins a prize, I would wait with sending it to his account, until he confirms, he has control over it again. Since he does owe @figmentofmyass 2,000 chips, we could also think about repaying his debt this way.

What the f*** would I do without you man - star of the show. Thanks for everything you are doing to make this great community event even greater!

Regarding the Finale - shall I try to move it from Sunday to Saturday - would that be fine for all you sharks? That is if I hear back soon enough from SwC of course... Wink

Saturday probably don't work for me but if it does for everyone else I'll just sit out, no biggie!

No way - we will find a date that works for everybody of course... this is a FINALE! Worst case I will postpone it for one week to August 30th so everybody can watch the Champions League Finale next week and be fully concentrated for the only real finale. Wink

Wow, looks like I need to update OP... time goes by so fast!

I am posting here to check in and learn how you have liked the 3rd series so far? I hope you guys are enjoying it! Personally, I couldn't participate in the 2nd half of this series, mostly because I have been extremely busy with work and personal stuff. Would you be up for more poker or enough for now?

I am not 100% sure if/when we will have a 4th edition (communication still tough etc.), so even more important you give your best tonight to qualify for the Grand Finale! I am pretty sure we will play some games one way or another and maybe even continue our series (if there's interest), just not 100% sure for various reasons. Wink

As a conclusion and the most important thing I wanted to say: It's really been a pleasure doing this with you guys all these months, great times at the tables when the world went crazy!
1356  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★ BTCGOSU ★ Your Trusted Guide to the Best Bitcoin Casinos ★ on: August 16, 2020, 01:48:40 PM
Thanks for the reviews in progress and especially the blacklist. This is a quite unique feature but will help a lot of players!

Small question (out of curiosity) : do you also play on non crypto casinos? Or do you prefer crypto casinos and if yes, why?

I haven't played (seriously) in fiat casinos for quite some time - I could say as soon as I "fell in love with crypto", I shifted my activities over to crypto casinos almost completely. That doesn't mean I am never placing a bet on non crypto sites but that's really rare these days.

There are various reasons why I prefer using crypto casinos these days, such as privacy, provably fair technology, supporting the crypto space in general.

On the other hand, I really have the feeling that there are more untrustworthy operators in crypto gambling. It's in the nature of this industry to attract rogue operations and this happens with fiat casinos as well - still, the number of untrustworthy crypto gambling sites popping up almost on a daily base is insane. In addition to that, it's much "easier" for crypto operators to act in a way that I would call shady.

Sometimes it's indeed a nice change to play on a fiat site such as Bet365, that I have known for many, many years and that I trust 1000% - to be honest, I haven't found crypto sites to give me the same "feeling" when using them but things are getting better and I guess we will get there some day.

Slightly off-topic but maybe still interesting for you - I started sort of a guide to affiliate marketing in April this year, which also inspired me to get back to online marketing and get serious with BTCGOSU: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5240342

I thought I would jump in and express my thanks for recommending BTCGOSU on your website - this is highly appreciated my friend, thanks again! Smiley

So it seems like it is only optional to register here in your online casino guide, just for those who want to give a review on the game sites they have already played. It is still possible to have access such as reading other people's reviews and reading new blog updates even without an account.

I admire you because you are very dedicated to your passion and you really do everything for the community especially for gambling enthusiasts, I can see the good development progress of this project.

I searched for Luckybit but it is not listed here yet. You may not be able to play yet but you can try, for sure you will like it too. Their promotions are good now and there are more events coming up. You can also use the affiliate program ...

Yeah, registration is optional and as you mentioned correctly, just for commenting/rating purposes.

Thanks for the kind words, I am really trying my best and even though it's a lot of work, I love what I am doing, simply because igaming, crypto & marketing are my passions!

Regarding LuckyBit, I am currently working on it and will update you guys as soon as I am done reviewing them (among others).

I have just added a GOSU BTC Casino Blacklist (work in progress): https://www.btcgosu.com/bitcoin-casino-blacklist/

From the OP post, it seems that the site is willing to pay the winning amount in installments around 500$ per month. So what actually is the issue ? Are they not paying the installment or the OP is not willing to accept the payments in installment ?

Worrying: A casino not being able to pay out ~0.5ish. Also worrying that they do not keep their word by paying the installments and ignoring the customer.
