1341  Economy / Economics / Re: Biggest threats to the price of Bitcoin. on: December 14, 2020, 05:47:13 PM
The threat might be there but this is not what market is showing us,or maybe the bad things is yet to come?

Threats can occur but it doesn't mean that the price will drop to 5000-10000 $, whatever reason I think won't fit the current conditions.  I believe the bitcoin price will remain above $ 15000 in case of a correction in the market price.  Until now, the price of bitcoin is still showing its stability at 18-19k $.  I think it will be fine in the future.
1342  Economy / Economics / Re: 2021 not Looking good on: December 14, 2020, 04:07:08 PM
In this pandemic situation, we must be optimistic and everything will be completed on time and the government does not remain silent in the current pandemic situation and the economy is not good and there is nothing wrong with trusting and leaving it to the more experts.
There is a possibility that 2021 will be better in every way, and for bitcoin I think 2021 will continue to gradually increase to reach the highest price and hopefully.

Optimism must be accompanied by effort. We are optimistic that 2021 will be a better year but as a society we are not trying to make it happen. How can we have a beautiful next year if this year we don't try to be better. Example. This pandemic could end if all of the people agreed to comply with very strict health protocols, but the fact is not so many are still very negligent. Are we still worth being too optimistic about for the future?
1343  Economy / Economics / Re: After 1 year of Covid 19 Virus on: December 14, 2020, 03:35:10 PM
Anti-viral vaccines can never be 100% effective, since the virus mutates very quickly. Any vaccine with more than 60% efficiency can be considered useful in the fight against the pandemic. The vaccines from Russia, Pfizer and Moderna have efficiency of around 95%, while the cheaper vaccine from Oxford/AstraZeneca has an efficiency of around 70%. So it is confirmed that these vaccines can eradicate the curse of COVID 19 in a matter of few months, once the vaccination program starts.

I think the same way, a vaccine will never be 100% effective against a virus that can even mutate very quickly.  The vaccines currently available can only help prevent the spread of the virus by a percentage.  The point goes back to that human, whether he is conscious to protect himself from the virus or he just ignores it.  The choice is ours, we can choose to protect ourselves by adhering to health protocols or not to care and be very stupid by assuming the virus does not exist.

I believe that we will back to normal with the help of vaccine, covid 19 will be finish.

A truly effective vaccine takes a very long time and cannot be that instant.  Even though it is said that the a, b, and c vaccines are effective it is not entirely true because it is too early, there are doctors who tell the media in my country.  Even though the Covid-19 vaccine in my country has arrived so far it will not help stop the virus completely.  The virus is still developing and we have only temporary antibodies.  I doubt his opinion is true or not, but as a medical graduate, he already said that.
1346  Economy / Economics / Re: 2021 not Looking good on: December 13, 2020, 05:22:53 PM
Everyone believes that there will be a huge bull rally in 2021 and a lot of the whales have started accumulating coins. And this is what makes me nervous. If something goes wrong, then we may witness a massive dump of coins in the open market, and this can take Bitcoin back to four-digits. And this has happened many times before in the cryptocurrency market.

I don't agree with this, nor will they sell their coins for no reason.  Next year bitcoin will continue to rise like this year because after paypal visa and mastercard there are still many other big companies that will also adapt to cryptocurrency.  I think that way they will keep their coins.  If there is a decline, it could be a price correction.

People were late to learn how to live against the virus and began to comply with the measures taken by governments. There have been many positive developments since the virus emerged and vaccine distribution will begin soon. I think we can defeat the virus completely until the last quarter of the next year.

Are you kidding or just giving your regional opinion?  The facts in my country, even almost everyone doesn't care about the virus that spreads widely.  They are not afraid at all, they are even relaxed about not wearing masks because they think the virus is just a conspiracy and actually doesn't exist.  The next 1 year in my country even seems far from what you imagine.
1349  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin ready for world wide 1 currency? on: December 12, 2020, 04:09:09 PM
I don't think bitcoin can actually turn into the overall money since it's decentralized and wild.
I am not against bitcoin or cryptographic money yet it can wreck the economy because of exceptionally unpredictable.

In my opinion, it's not about bitcoin wild or anything, it's about this new concept of bitcoin that cannot be accepted by every country.  Because there will be many problems that the government deems to be very dangerous.  Such as vulnerability to money laundering, hacking, etc.  Even the current government does not want to bother converting bitcoin as a legal medium of exchange in the country.  Because every country has different laws regarding the rules of exchange that are legal in their country.  The point of this lies with the government of each country itself.  Not about bitcoin.

If you want to give a newbie friend a book about bitcoin, I think this book is good for your friend.  The title of his book "Bitcoin: The Ultimate Beginner Through Advanced Guide" by Samuel Rees.  You can buy it on amazon, I had the book about 2 years ago, and I liked the book because it was easy to understand for me who was a beginner at that time.  But unfortunately, the book was damaged by the flood.
1353  Economy / Economics / Re: Economy after COVID-19 on: December 11, 2020, 03:43:46 PM
COVID-19 will become history, but will certainly change our lives forever. Just my opinion Smiley

I couldn't agree more, i believe that Covid-19 will be a history for the future. This pandemic is a story of the past that is very memorable and deep for those of us who feel it, we can tell it back to our children, grandchildren, and even our great-grandchildren in the future.  How devastated all levels of society have been because of this pandemic.  Those of us who can survive will be victorious.  However, if we give in to the circumstances, this pandemic will soon become a part of you.  Stay enthusiastic, pray and continue to work together with the government so that this pandemic will soon become history.

1355  Economy / Economics / Re: I lost my job, how about you guys? on: December 11, 2020, 12:35:52 PM
I really do wish for 2021 to be prosperous and full of blessings, exactly opposite of what this year has offered.

Hope for the next year to be better is not a mistake, it's everyone's right. But being realistic would be better. 2020 is a very dark year for the country's economy, almost all countries affected by Covid-19 have used economic rescue steps by registering new state debts or printing new money. This can be good if it is managed well, but if not, the country will enter the brink of a sustainable economic recession for the following years. Right now what we can do is prepare the best version of ourselves, looking for alternative ways to survive. If there is no work, then make your own work. And stay alive for a more beautiful tomorrow.
1356  Economy / Economics / Re: Pandemic will bring more economic progress in long-term... on: December 11, 2020, 12:19:12 PM
It is hard to believe that we will all have to compete with robot  Grin

That is the fact, humans will never be satisfied with what has been achieved today. AI that is created by humans often presents challenges to humans themselves. Providing efficiency or maintaining old traditions. The pandemic provides an opportunity for AI to take over some human jobs. Even at the end of this pandemic, it could accelerate AI to exist and compete with humans. In the next 10 years there will be many types of human work that are lost and replaced by AI, if we don't repair and upgrade ourselves, it is very possible that you will not be able to compete with the results of human creation itself.
1357  Economy / Economics / Re: Pandemic: good for the bitcoin market or bad? on: December 10, 2020, 04:13:03 PM
But also during this pandemic, bitcoin price started to rise again because of positive news caused by institutional investors.

So in your opinion, the rise in bitcoin during this pandemic was only due to good news from investors in one of the institutions?  Is that not an exaggeration, is there really no effect from the Pandemic itself.  There have indeed been several jumps in the price of bitcoin to reach an all-time high.  But there are many other supporting factors.
1358  Economy / Economics / Re: 2021 not Looking good on: December 10, 2020, 04:01:06 PM
Too pessimistic is not good, too optimistic also sometimes gives disappointment and major depression.  It's good for us to live 2021 with as realistic expectations as possible.  The economy will not be as bad as the OP imagined, but also not as beautiful as we imagined.  I even see the projection in 2021 that the world economy is in a transition period from critical.  Economic critical transition, where we have to both survive in our lives or we will die halfway.  The visible choice is Death or survive, if 2021 the country fails to rise then the next year will be a continuing economic disaster.
1359  Economy / Economics / Re: Currencies worth less than Satoshi on: December 10, 2020, 02:23:47 PM
I'd be interested to know which country that is, but of course I respect people's need for privacy.  Either way, I always find it interesting when people from economically-depressed countries weigh in here about bitcoin vs. their local fiat currency.
It is nice to hear a perspective coming from one of those countries mentioned by the OP. And recognize the importance of bitcoin in your current situation.

I am very open about my perspective regarding the economic development of my country. I am very aware of how fiat money is very vulnerable to inflation because it is regulated by a centralized institution. Bitcoin is an attractive investment for me because it has proven not to be affected by the problem of inflation, Bitcoin is also like digital gold which is more liquid in my opinion to be maintained as a personal portfolio.
