Why can't I? And why "His messages do not correspond to the essence of this thread at all"? I gave an excellent example of the very inflation that did not appear yesterday. And not only because of the desire to primitively increase the cost of goods, because "this is the work of the capitalists. I showed that this action can have another implementation, and not only "capitalists" but also classical "philanthropic" socialists can indulge in this Smiley
But perhaps you are simply not ready to hear that this process can be initiated not only by the world of capital, but also by "humanists"? Unfortunately, the world is not so simple...

Did you also want to talk about Palestine? Smiley

Quote
According to some data, it allegedly reached its maximum in January 1994 - 5,578,000,000,000,000,000 percent (5.578 trillion) or about 113 percent per day. Prices raised by 313 million percent.

I was nine at that time... 5 years after NATO bombs were falling on our heads, and new sanctions again. So tell me more about inflations and sanctions, and endless lines of people waiting to buy bread.
But nevertheless, the times like any other time, some people had a lot and many didn't have basics, capitalism is always present, it's that greed in all of us... we want to show off, and we want to have more than others. And it's the point of this topic, about that greediness and how some people are ready to "walk on dead bodies" and "kill nature around" just to make more money! I guess we have those people in every country in this world, in yours and mine, and in all others that you like or you don't like (hate).

We can talk about Palestine, and I would like to hear your honest opinion about the situation there. I didn't mention Palestine, but that's a nice example. In your comments, I didn't see that you condemned other aggressions that happened or are happening, except the one you feel on your skin. I don't like those double standards! I see it every day, it's nothing new, I am surrounded by that my entire life... I live in fucked up "Balkan Peninsula".
1342  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you agree with ChatGPT on the club that might win the premier League? on: April 19, 2023, 03:53:19 PM
Another AI-gambling thread... in some moments it looks like some people think AI has superpowers. But it's just a computer, with an incredibly huge database, and that can be helpful in predicting the future, but it's still impossible.

And I am not sure why some people are surprised by some answers from ChatGPT... always with some logical arguments I am sure that ChatGPT will have some good hits and predictions as many people do, but will it be better than average or professional predictors we will see. I wonder about how successful it can be in this field, and in my thinking, it will not pass a 50-60% success rate.
1343  Economy / Economics / Re: Saving is Wasting? on: April 19, 2023, 01:16:58 PM
Saving is a form of how we think for the future, so I don't think it's a waste,
we can feel the benefits of saving later and that's how it is,
right, don't forget to do your research first because it's so important, at least to minimize risk.

I completely agree with your opinion that saving plays a crucial role in financial planning. In my opinion it requires a mindset which involves adopting a particular way of thinking to prioritize saving over spending and this mindset helps to bring about financial stability in the long term. The next step is to identifying suitable opportunities that can yield higher returns and outpace inflation. Bitcoin  could be a promising option in this reward, with potential to reward better returns.

I guess it's all about yielding higher returns and outpacing inflation. "Saving is Wasting" when we save in fiat currencies (even saving with some interest will not do the work). Try to remember what you could buy for 100 (Dollars, Euros, Francs, or any other fiat currency) 10-20 years ago, and what can be bought for the same amount of money today. In Serbia, the prices are crazy higher than in 2010-2011, and some products skyrocketed with a +500% increase.

Yielding higher returns is always risky, and crypto is one of the better options I would say. It's been doing very well all these years, and people can start even with small amounts. Gold is probably a lot less risky, but it will not yield some high profits with small investments, but it's better to have some gold for the long run than any fiat, that's for sure.
1344  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⭐ BTCGOSU ⭐ THE ULTIMATE BITCOIN CASINO GUIDE ⭐ CRYPTO AFFILIATE OF THE YEAR 🏆 on: April 19, 2023, 06:30:38 AM
Yes, at first BTCGOSU had to try hard to be able to prove that they were a decent casino and could develop well.
Finally, after more than 3 years of being on the BTCGOSU forum got everything from reputation, trust and a fairly large community.
I salute the development of those who have been able to survive in the intense competition in the casino business. Even now they have become one of the popular casinos that have many loyal customers in them.
You are right that BTCGOSU has great promotions and is not inferior to some of the other big casinos out there.

We are not a casino?!  Roll Eyes

Efi why are you hiding your casino from us? I would also be a loyal player in your casino, especially if you have good promotions.

By the way, this made my day! I can't stop laughing! Smiley

We had a little discussion recently about slots and gambling in general. So this is somehow extra funny for me.

You just write and write, but I don't see some "real experience" in your posts.
Real experience in my posts?
Friends, several times I have provided information and screenshot evidence for every win in the slot game that I play, even I always state my experience when I was in a slot game. Maybe you missed it.

1345  Economy / Gambling / Re: How does AI gambling sound? on: April 18, 2023, 04:15:27 PM
...
AI is now being a part the innovation of gambling so more developments involving AIs should be expected in the future. It could be through NFTs, Esports, and so on. Yes, it could give us a deeper and more exciting experience with gambling. Since we have switched to online gambling nowadays, we can expect more innovation since technology these days continuously improves and develops.

"Should be expected in the future", I guess that's the bottom line of AI/Metaverse gambling games and casinos. A lot of talking around, and hype started based on some video animations and ideas about how all that should look. I think we are still far from that, 10 years for sure, and probably even longer before we see anything concrete and available for the masses.
I am not really sure what we can expect from Metaverse and AI in the future. There's something interesting about all that, but before we get a chance to try it it's just dreaming around.
1346  Economy / Economics / Re: Essentials to starting A business on: April 18, 2023, 03:14:29 PM
The most difficult step in business is starting a business, many people are confused and where to start, in my opinion the thing we have to understand is that all businesses certainly have tough competition, there is no new business so we just follow the business patterns that have already happened, and the first thing is of course determining the capital, with sufficient capital the business can run according to plan.

n my opinion, that is the most important thing, to start. We need to dare and try it, those who wait for perfect conditions will never try anything. Even failing shouldn't be a big deal, those who try will learn something and will gain an experience that will be essential for the future and all other tries.

Many started with almost nothing, they had some knowledge and a big will to learn more, and growth came naturally along the way. So people need to have faith in what they do and dare to take some risks, I would say those two are essential for starting and eventually succeeding.
1347  Economy / Gambling / Re: LeeBet.io | $100.000 Grand Opening Event | Crypto i-Gaming on: April 18, 2023, 12:40:34 PM
Well, I am attracted to casinos with daily dividends, there's something in playing and collecting house tokens. So I will probably check your site in two weeks... and then we will see what you offer and whether you can stand out from other similar casinos. It can be said that the competition is strong, but there is always room for new crypto casinos, and if you offer something innovative (like in the headline) players will come.

By the way, interesting "pre-opening event", I will probably miss this one. I usually wait for BTCGosu before I register. Wink

hello Dr Beer - you are so much talking about USSR lately
Let's take a break and think of another example - how about talking about Palestine for a moment?

He can't... Just a hand full of people thinks about Palestine and many other "hot spots" around the world. Far from the eyes far from the heart!

His posts completely miss the point of this thread, but he is in a "difficult situation" and I understand that. I live in fucked up place that has a crazy history... when you think about it don't we all!? But some people just read about it and some felt it. Depends on what happened and when & where.

But it's the 21st century, and we should be more aware "of things around us" than people who lived decades and centuries before. But that's not the case...
1349  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Banks are called as Manipulator tool of Investors 2 Control us not our Money on: April 16, 2023, 06:44:26 PM
banks are not the matrix. the whole system is, I believe. Banks are considered a part of the system because ...

The whole system is the matrix, and banks have an essential role in all of that. Simply because:

Quote
“Who controls the food supply controls the people; who controls the energy can control whole continents; who controls money can control the world.”
— Henry Kissinger

And banks control the money and how money flows. As long as they are able to do what they do now we can't expect this world to change.

When it comes to manipulation, the ones with money can manipulate the odds in their favor, one way or another. And I am sure that we all know that there is too much manipulation on the global stage, and banks help with that, more or less.

1350  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why we should play on minor gambling platform? on: April 16, 2023, 12:15:24 PM
Hi there guys,

Why we should play with minor gambling platform, and not use only gambling platform like Stake, CloudBet, fortunejack ecc. which ensure us good games, 100% of safety in terms of withdrawal and provably fair (about games)?

Big casinos were small at first... You are a legendary member, you must remember the days when all the big names in the crypto gambling industry were starting out and taking their first steps. I gave a chance to most of them and I still play in some of them.

I often give a chance to some new casino, and why not? I would use StarBets as an example, a relatively new casino and I am active there almost from the start (like I was active in many big casinos from the start), they have a nice story with dividends (something I like) and until now everything there works fine, without any problems when it comes to withdrawals, and like many other fair crypto casinos they also have provably fair games that can be tested.

Wolf with those "range modes" and "expert mode" took the dice to the next level. All others are pretty similar and more or less attractive... I play dice in casinos where I am active, I like it when there are more options for auto and live stats, and if a casino has both I will play more often, if not it will be just a few throws from time to time.

You could create a poll, would be nice to see where people play dices these days.
1352  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Twitter will enable crypto and stock trading via eToro partnership on: April 16, 2023, 07:28:14 AM
Yes I was also confused as this news. I actually assumed it might of been some April fools joke. No idea exactly why he wants to do this.

You can just trade with a simple Twitter account with just a regular email address and password. You need to pass KYC and fund the account. No idea how to make that possible with Twitter. Would of been better to just incorporate stocktwits more and make people trade from their own broker separately. But we will see how it works exactly.

Elon Musk wants to offer Americans an ‘everything app’ like China’s WeChat. One hurdle? Habits As others said already, he is probably going in this direction, but who knows what Elon will do actually.

Quote
There are just a few obstacles. First is that a Musk-owned Twitter wouldn’t be the only global company in pursuit of this goal, and in fact would probably be playing catch-up with its rivals. Next is the question of whether anyone really wants a Twitter-based everything app — or any other super app — to begin with.

Elon and his ideas... I don't have much faith in his words, Elon easily changes his mind at the end. But he is still full of money and can try to make his dreams come true... but whether he will succeed or not, we will see.
1353  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tilt in gambling on: April 15, 2023, 09:42:26 PM
All of us experience tilt in one way or another. Don't blame yourself if you do, it's normal.
...

I can't agree more with you, but I will argue about if it's "normal" or not! Smiley

I do feel it too at times, especially when I feel like the game is working against me. Like I'm doing everything I can to play it well and it doesn't give me even a bit of slack.
I'm sure you all had those games in dice where you have 5 lost ones and 1 win and again 4 lost 1 won and you feel hopeless because you were expecting the game to stay at least close to 50% and you're getting 25% wins or less.

We who often gamble often fall into these tilt states, somebody would say it comes with a job, but in the end, the loss is on us in most cases. So it's "normal" for us who gamble to often experience "tilt", but "tilt experience" shouldn't be normal. We need to learn how to quit before that "tilt" moment comes... A bit tricky to explain, but I hope you all get what I wanted to say.

The only way to defeat it is to calm down and do something positive, eat something, watch a movie, go to bed and wake up the next day fresh and with a lot of energy.

Tilting is bad, so yes we need a way to defeat it. Sooner someone finds that way will make more progress later... We all know that and I know that, but I still get carried away from time to time. Degen will stay a degen for a life I guess...
1354  Economy / Gambling / Re: List of crypto casinos with high wagering requirements on: April 15, 2023, 08:05:16 PM
After reading many replies to my previous topic regarding wagering requirements for withdrawing a no-bonus deposit , I noticed that many people are not aware of certain casinos that impose what can be considered unfair terms. Based on the suggestions I received I have compiled a list of some casinos with high wagering requirements, which I will continue to update over time with your assistance. It is important to note that some casinos do not publicly disclose these rules clearly, and I had to contact their live support to obtain more and exact information.

You are right, many people are unaware of this particular term that some casinos have. And I am sure that some casinos don't have clear rules about this.
I never played in casinos from the list you provided, and to be honest, this is the first time I see that some casinos ask for more than x2 rollover for the deposited amount before withdrawing. X3 is crazy, and x10-x30 is unbelievable. It's some AML policy, and I guess some casinos need to compile some regulations, but this is ridiculous.

Nice share definitely. I will keep an eye on this thread... I don't wish to get trapped with my deposit and to be forced to wager some crazy amount just to be able to withdraw.
1355  Economy / Economics / Re: "Greedflation" has gone too far! on: April 15, 2023, 07:27:48 PM

This is a world of competition
...

I will dare to say it's one of the main problems... we compete against each other, and some people are ready to win at any cost! Ready to sacrifice everything around just to have a bigger house/yacht/bank account... it's that geedflation, when people have a lot, but they want even more and they don't care about human lives or the environment, and that is the problem we had/have everywhere at any given time.

Somehow it seems to me that this is becoming a huge problem (if it's not for a long time), so we need some changes.
1356  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✅ SwC Poker ♣️ BITCOIN POKER ♣️ Hold'em✅ PLO✅ Mixed✅ MTT✅ ♣️ BBJ🌟 ♣️ BIG BTC🏆 on: April 15, 2023, 02:32:18 PM
Hmmmmm.

The 2 "winning" accounts are both baby seals nobody ever really saw playing before. Basically new accounts with almost no history.

SWC users in the chat are having a bad taste in the mouth about this and I can totally understand. This will be a topic in the chat for while now, I just checked it in and they were still talking.
Would not be surprised if we never saw these 2 accounts again on the site, I wonder why.  Roll Eyes

Well, sounds a little suspicious, to be honest. I understand why it's a topic in the chat, it takes a lot of luck for this to happen to someone who is just starting... but it's not impossible. It's gambling after all. And Poker especially has those crazy twists, like in this "BadBeat" hand, aces vs kings, and crazy flop for both.

By the way, there's just an image on Twitter... it seems to me that we could see the replay of that hand before, or I mixed something up. It would be nice to see the replay.
1357  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🦊 Betnomi.com 🔐 Icarus Poker Series | Discussion Thread ♠️♥️♣️♦️|3rd Rnd 16-04 on: April 14, 2023, 04:08:38 PM
the third tournament, which will start this sunday, has been announced today on betnomi. so now the registration is open and we all hope for ~15 players.
let's have fun at the tables again Cool
Thought Betnomi forgot this round. I'm also registered now and including myself 3 people have registered so far. Hence my appeal to everyone, register and be part of it again this Sunday.  Wink

4 with me, and it's Friday. I hope that the dealer will be more generous to me this time and give me some good cards for playing... I guess it's my time to be ITM, and with those points, I will definitely have a seat at the final table.

Good luck guys!

Quote
Does People Really Care About Decentralization?

I think the answer is no, people don't really care about decentralization. And if we talk about people who are not in crypto they don't even know what is decentralization. And when we talk about it they can't imagine moving from the centralized system, it's simply like that, and crypto is created by the CIA to control the world... long story short!

Like, I thought, every new technology takes a lot of time to get mass adoption. For example, If we Observe BTC, then it took almost 14 years to get globular adoption but still I think it's not that mass. (maybe I would be wrong but that's the way of perception of every mindset)...

It's not as mass as we want it to be... so you are not wrong or right, you (like many of us) are just impatient. But things are looking a lot better than 9 years ago (when I found out about crypto). But it's definitely growing, and in some places of the world that growth is faster... while in countries like mine is things are going pretty slow.
1359  Economy / Economics / Re: Advises 'Get Rid of Your US Dollars Now (Economist Peter Schiff) on: April 14, 2023, 09:43:00 AM
This is misleading unless he is referring to using all the dollars on you to buy Bitcoin, the dollar still has more value than my country's currency.
...

Peter Schiff doesn't believe in Bitcoin. He is preaching against it since I am in crypto... and since that time Bitcoin price is a lot higher. Peter the great expert. I mostly read about him on Twitter, he wrote about anything and everything... and he was mostly laughed at. I also remember those who created Twitter accounts with his name only to make fun of him and his twits.

Well, I wouldn't pay much attention to Peter and his words.
1360  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you lose on slots? on: April 14, 2023, 07:54:21 AM
Thanks for the tips but the second and third points have no grounds. Changing the slot game when being unlucky won't increase your chances of winning. Sorry to say that but it's just another gamblers' fallacy. It's all about luck and you can keep losing even if you change the game hundreds of times.
...

I saw some other people say the same about the second and third points, but there is something in both. The streak of dead and LDW streaks can be really long, I guess we are talking about tens and hundreds of spins. Many times the bonus didn't cane even after 200-300 spins. So the second and third points are just like precaution, if slots are just taking in the first 10 spins, maybe it would be good to move to the next one. I agree with you, we can keep losing even if change the game hundred times, but at least we will try different slots.

Last night at BC. Egyptian Adventure (BC Originals), RTP - 97.51%. I didn't hit the bonus round, no big wins this time... after losing more than half of my balance I decided to quit.

Maybe it's a gambler's fallacy, I will not argue with that, but sometimes it's good to change a slot that is full of long streaks of dead spins. I know that in those moments we expect a big hit after so many dead spins, but sometimes (many times) that doesn't happen and we get busted.
