1341  Economy / Economics / Re: Food prices doubled this year on: November 02, 2020, 07:45:53 PM
Speaking of food, in my country is not lacking. However, with this pandemic, many countries experience varying levels of food price inflation, due to the policies taken by each government to withstand the spread of Corona virus.

Losing revenue and remittances creates strong tensions and food safety risks in many countries.
When a corona virus crisis occurs, causing disruption to the domestic food supply chain, this affects food production.

1344  Economy / Economics / Re: Challenges to Fintech Adoption on: November 01, 2020, 02:16:17 AM
Using Fintech technology helps to maximize aspects of services such as changing, sharpening, and speeding up various technology services.
Usually, Fintech is used for innovation in the financial sector, with a touch of modern technology.
Starting from payment methods, fund transfers, fund loans to asset management so it can facilitate its use and this can satisfy consumers.

Therefore, it is natural that Fintech technology then quickly becomes a necessity that eventually changes the lifestyle of the people, especially those who are struggling in technology and finance.
People who have skills in coding and data science will master Fintech technology.
1345  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin ready for world wide 1 currency? on: November 01, 2020, 12:33:09 AM
It doesn’t seem like bitcoin can be a currency around the world yet. It needs education about bitcoin to all people who don’t know it.
Bitcoin will also need a process before it becomes a world currency. Most people will keep bitcoin only as a valuable asset and for investment.

But I also don’t think so far although nowadays people are afraid to hold fiat money for fear of being infected covid 19,
not that bitcoin should replace it as a means of payment. Because in my country it’s still impossible. The government hasn’t allowed that far.
1346  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you really need in your trading? on: October 31, 2020, 09:16:52 PM
Yeah, there is a group of people who need a provider signal as you mentioned in the thread to save more time in trading and may be more practical because it does not spend much time analyzing coins and the state of the market.

But from experience that already using signal trading without analysis turns out to be ineffective because the signal given is not all accurate. So if to use a trading signal, we have to have our own analysis in trading because a trader still has to have skills in trading. That’s absolute.
1347  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the Best Time to sell ? on: October 30, 2020, 07:14:23 PM
You don't need to think much when you are buying something but when you want to sell there is always a fear that what if the price increases?
As a boy belonging to middle-class family, I don't have a large share BTC hodling and now I am unable to figure out what should I do? Here are my few questions......
Should I hold for more time?
Should I buy some more now only or wait if the price dips a bit?

If you've made a lot of profit, just sell it, why be confused? Sometimes if you haven't sold it the price could have dropped back, and you'll have to wait for the price to go up again, who knows when it is. But if I invested in bitcoin I wouldn't sell it now.

But if you want to buy it again, it is best to wait for the price to drop again. But never know when the price will go down and when the price will go up. It takes patience here.

The decision is back to you.
1348  Economy / Economics / Re: The pandemic did push the world towards a more digital age. on: October 30, 2020, 06:22:26 PM
In this era of the pandemic, digital technology is really utilized by many people and its use becomes more meaningful. People who used to do everything traditionally now they have to learn technology. Maybe for the first time, they’re having a hard time.

Like traders who have to trade online that previously only traded on traditional markets. It’s troublesome for them. But if someone doesn’t learn to know technology, then it would be stupid.
As in the era of this pandemic, e-commerce and blockchain technology became more useful in its use.
1349  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin will replace oil and Gold on: October 30, 2020, 12:27:39 PM
Currently, people, especially investors, are looking for more secure assets. One of them is the precious metal gold.
Because in the global market the price of gold looks strengthened, making gold the best performing asset compared to other investment assets.
However, because they are too stable, gold and oil of course when viewed from a profit perspective, then bitcoin is more profitable, because bitcoin price rises and falls very quickly even in a matter of hours.
I don’t think bitcoin can replace gold and oil. Gold, oil and bitcoin have their respective markets.
So people are free to invest anywhere. It depends on each choice.
1350  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust newbies that starts projects? on: October 29, 2020, 11:53:09 PM
If he’s really newbie and became a manager when he first got into the forum, of course, he’s inexperienced then less professional in handling projects. He should have been an assistant manager before.
If he’s been an assistant manager before and just created an account on bitcointalk, it doesn’t matter. The problem is if he's really a newbie.
In my opinion, if he was really a newbie then he wouldn’t dare to be a manager when he first came into this forum.
1351  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin do you think will become next Ethereum? on: October 29, 2020, 11:20:54 PM
At this time, ethereum in a good shape. Most of the altcoin are ERC-20 (ethereum based) and for this reason ethereum is more powerful and strong in crypto market. I think it will take more time to make another one like ethereum.
I’m also like you. Today ethereum can still maintain its reputation. Although the transaction fee is quite expensive, compared to the EOS, XRP or TRON.
Ethereum is still more popular as a smart contract for crypto projects. Although for now there are also many projects that adopt EOS, XRP or TRON.
But if we talk about who will be the next ethtereum, time will tell. If other platforms are superior to ethereum, then why not!

1354  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Some of the benefits of Bitcoin ... on: October 27, 2020, 06:58:00 AM
Transacting with bitcoin is very easy. Can transfer to the rest of the country quickly and easily, as long as it is connected to the internet.
Bitcoin stored in Wallet already has a wallet address automatically when it is installed, either with a laptop or PC, smartphone or tablet.
Open the wallet app and enter your destination address and the amount you want to transfer and send.
This is just one example benefits of bitcoin.
1355  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Blockchain a Good Career? on: October 27, 2020, 04:45:03 AM
Jobs in the crypto and blockchain industries are on the rise, this is evident from the enthusiasm of enthusiasts in the field of crypto continues to peak as cryptocurrency popularity increase. Many people want jobs in this field. And crypto-related job ads on websites are on the rise.
For example, it is not far off for now that many casinos are switching with payment transaction systems using cryptocurrency.
Big companies like paypal have now adopted cryptocurrency. Do not close the possibility.
Many stakeholders will be more open to accepting blockchain technology in the future.

1358  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Thinking Bitcoin is Scam on: October 26, 2020, 10:32:01 AM
I think says bitcoin scam is those who have invested in bitcoin but they do not profit from it, but they suffer an enormous loss. As happened in 2017-2018.
When FOMO will bitcoin because they bought bitcoin when the price was above. After that, bitcoin dropped in 2018 uncontrollably.
Eventually, they lost a lot of money. But because knowledge of bitcoin is not much, they panic sell and cut loose. They shouldn’t have done that.

As for PayPal adopting bitcoin, it has proven that now more companies know that bitcoin and crypto currencies provide benefits and advantages if they know how bitcoin and other crypto currencies work.
1359  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I can't wait until I can pay using bitcoin at the supermarket on: October 26, 2020, 01:43:12 AM
I understand if you prefer to make payments using Bitcoin. Because payment using Bitcoin will be much easier than a credit or debit card. Often payments using a credit or debit card will usually be carried by the waiter. And maybe they stole our identities at that time.
Transactions that occur with Bitcoin can be safer because anyone can not manipulate or intervene with them. To avoid fraud.
That is one advantage of making payments with bitcoin.

However, payment using bitcoin also has its own drawbacks. Besides Bitcoin’s high daily price volatility, each transaction takes several seconds and minutes, averages 10 minutes and is subject to fees, so there are often drastic increases and decreases in price. That is one reason until now in most countries have not legalized bitcoin activities in various situations. For example, to make payment transactions in e-commerce.
