i was wondering buying a small SHA miner (10-30 ghs) is still worth it not to mine bitcoin.. but maybe some other coins any help would be great ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) <3 10-30 GHz sounds like your talking about alt coins. 10-30 GHz of SHA is very very small amount to mine with.

If in US look into coinbase. You use bank account (you can put a CC on file if it uses the CC i is a highe percentage).
Best bet is bank linked to coinbase. Also there is always localbitcoins.

I was asked about reserving a rental. I just wanted to make sure I posted again, it's a few pages back now: For those of you with current rental's I am trying to make extending rental's easier for you! Please PM me around 24 hours in advance if possible that you want to extend rental and payment method used. If bitcoin please provide transaction ID. And as always use payment methods in first post i will never PM or use a different address for rentals. And I can mark in form you extended and save you from doing form again. I try to listen to and value my customers!
With this I can make sure payment is paid, and set up new end time without any downtime between the two weeks rental's!
If not currently renting please or past renter please use form still. This is only meant for someone to be able to extend their current miner rental, and make that process easier.
So no list/queue is made unless 2 were sold before I could shut it down (so far have not had to do this. We have not had someone pay and have to wait in queue). With customers being able to extend rental's I don't know if it will end on date i have to shutdown or if they will renew till end of rental normally. I won't be taking payment's or doing queues for future that I cannot guarantee timeline, that is why i just do what is available. As of posting 1 dragon 1T aviable. Please post if you rent to avoid a queue being made. Happy mining

Well, I would like to try to buy a "Dragon 1.5T miner with hosted service". Have anyone any hosted miners sold by comrade pcfli? Any reviews, please?
Here is a guide: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=768695.0I really like the 1.5 dragon, if you liked the 1T you will like the 1.5 most likely. Close interface, and some advantages. It has some HEAVY heat-sinks, with hosting you would save shipping. Picking up the 1.5 and 1T to take pictures you really can feel weight difference. I have been hashing 1.5 or a little over had great luck, and runs a decent amount cooler then the 1T. Been testing pools so far very happy overall on the unit.

Localbiitcoins is most likely. You might check blockchain and see if there are places around you that take it aswell then you don't have to see all of it just some.

I like mining its a hobby myself. I would do some mining if you enjoy it and some buy direct. But if you want pure profit at this second direct buy of btc.

One thing is shipping. I know on the 1.5 Dragon it is a beast on shipping.
With S3 it has no psu's and lighter can ship much cheaper.

That appears to be network settings.

Have had someone ask questios about this feel free to PM me i you are stuck or unsure of what things to put in video.
Should be a fun contest!

which one should i choose? theres a bunch of configs for different brands of 7790s. no visiontek
You will have to try a few then. If there is not a pre-done one those give you a idea of where to start. One of the things about GPU's is setting up configs. I do suggest doing ROI math for most gpu is dead sadly.

I think showing them how big of a topic bitcoin is. Show they can play the market, mine, buy/sell btc. Give some examples, show how really there is something for almost everyone.

You will need to know your subnet. You can get it if you go to computer line in windows and type "ipconfig"
Most likely you will be like IP: 192.168.1.XXX Subnet: 255.255.255.0 Gate way is your router most likely: 192.168.1.1
It varies depending on your network.

If overclocking I would use 4. You might get some with 2, hard to tell how much. But at least 6 PCIE and i would say 1200 or more on 3 ants. (you could possibly do with around 1050-1100 but for peeks i suggest 1200 and it is for needed if overclocking)

So basically I want newbies to learn from my poor mistake.
I made a mistake doing business with someone here, had given a wrong btc address. Why wrong? Naturally we all assume the btc address that someone provides is their wallet address and care to say wont do the search. Which this part is my mistake as well.
The actual transaction amount was 0.02164 - so this is another mistake for not double checking your "0"s.
Outside from the point the btc can sent back, if it was in their balance. So then I naturally assumed it was their btc address. The double screwed up part is when they provided a gambling btc address instead. Regardless if I sent the right amount, they would of never received it.
Overall summary: 1. Always check the zeros in sending btc amounts (triple check) 2. Check the btc address prior sending any btc is not a gambling address
Edit - since I got a lot of response based on this - just to clarify it wasnt for nothing - I sold a spare btctalk account to "Candystripes". He sent me the wrong amount and I said I would send it back. Then provided me with a btc gambling address, which I sent.
huh, how can you make such mistake. Missing one zero is big diffrent.. If you read about people who do lot's of transactions it happens. One was dogecoin i think car or bobsled one big player did a extra and since was for community went with it.

You need to be connected. Good thing is miners don't use up a lot of data. So constant yes, huge amount no.
|
|
|
It's a hard amount as it is not really enough to buy any kind of miner. You are really left with buying direct or selling goods and services.

Been switching between pools. Still good 1.5 hashing. One thing to note is you might need to fine tune it depending on your location and pool location. A difficulty of 512 and 1024 seem to be best settings so far depending on pool i use.

Still hashing away slightly over 1.5. Added the firmware download to 2nd post.
