I believe ICX is one of the projects that better not sell them  The project got a high potential and I bought them a bit lower than now and I won't give up my entry unless if it goes above $20 this year  Otherwise, I an happy to HODL until later 2019

I think the market got way better chances than ICOs at the time, however, NeonExchange looks very promising (low market cap, fair distribution, solid team, clear road map, high hype) I guess these factors are all what you need in an ICO

In a immature market as crypto, community is one of the most important factors... Take a look at projects who didn't respect their community what happen to the price (recently Expery and Ink protocol)... Both lost their value since the community distrust them with their token metrics, sale, etc

I believe when it comes to valuation it's a subjective matter. There are many way to evaluate it based on your opinion but this doesn't make it right, you have to look into the market cap, compare with competitors, see the potential of the project, predict and market and how this project going to perform. As many of it based on the future, it is hard to tell exactly what's overvalued or undervalued 100%

Well, crypto market like any other market out there, it needs volume to grow.... Now with the new ICOs and coins we need even more volume to grow, which makes me think we will not have a long bull run like 2017 unless we have a wide adoption of the technology and real use cases.
