1362  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: There is no ROI if the crypto is a stablecoin on: July 09, 2020, 01:55:01 AM
Does anyone invest in stablecoin? I have never heard although it's possible to get a little profit sometimes. However, people use stablecoin to fix their profit or stop their loss by converting their coin to stable. There's no other use of stablecoin then this.

As far as I know stablecoins can actually save us from massive and sudden sideways. Converting our coins into stablecoins will benefit us for volatile market. It is obviously called "stablecoins" because the price is stable and steady.  I do not think it can be good at acquiring profits at all except of course for other purposes like keeping in stable price.

In possible case, new investors might be confused and mistakenly invest in stable coins.
1363  Economy / Economics / Re: Cannabis company in Colombia using blockchain for their crops. on: July 09, 2020, 12:48:54 AM
-snip-
I never heard a project in the past about the use of Cannabis. Also, it would be beneficial for some other people who need proper medication with the use of Cannabis and make fast and secure transactions when it comes to buying it. But the problem is other countries still prohibits the use of Cannabis and Marijuana as a herbal plant because other people abuse it's used, so maybe that is the reason why the previous project about Cannabis has failed.

It's the blockchain we are talking here and not the Cannabis medical use and we all know about their indications or whatsoever.
Anyway, the advantage of that blockchain on their system is the reliable monitoring of crops and sales, the conveniency thay will help them on distributing supply.

If other companies likely see how successful Colombia using blockchain for their crops, other companies will probably try it, too. That will be a good way to acquire and access more blockchain system use.
1364  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Philippines SEC warns against crypto investment. on: July 08, 2020, 10:36:37 PM
There is actually effect not only for the adoption but also for the bitcoin's reputation. I wanna share my friend's real experienced. Those fake company saying that you invest your money and they will do some trading then give back double or tripled your money is kinda attracting. One person seems to be legit and gain the trust of my friend. They knew each other for so many years.

To make the story short, they created a story that their company is not doing well, lose trade and closing. Indeed EXIT SCAM.  and that is not the only one investment scheme in the Philippines.
1365  Economy / Speculation / Re: There are positive signs in the movement of bitcoin prices on: July 08, 2020, 03:21:34 AM
Trying to break the resistance level at $9300 it will again retest and if it will break it one more time then it will probably be a sign of a bullish bitcoin market. Well, I am looking forward to that because we have been into this price for so many weeks now. $10k'is about to break let's look into that this coming days.

1367  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 1.1 BTC in 35 Days on Sportsbet.io on: July 07, 2020, 09:55:27 AM
Wow, you made a good profit and had a good betting in sports. Now all had that skills and luck. Actually, I'm not good at sports betting. And at first I don't understand that over and under score thing until one player in one particular gambling site explained that to me.

Do you usually had a research on every teams before betting? Some players do that. And you actually bet a good amouny of eth, too which can give you a good profits in return. Good luck on your upcoming bets, bro.
1368  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: COMP and pump and dump? on: July 07, 2020, 06:13:16 AM
I think FOMO hit really hard on COMP that's the reason we saw a crazy hight price on COMP and now we are in the correction phase and I think that it will even dip below 150 at least for now that's my entry target.

 It surely did. And if that token pumped huge suddenly, isn't we should become cautious about this? A bullish action of particular coin seems their idea to attract more investors. Isn't the idea behind of pump and dump teams? Well, I do not want to judge this coin but some analysts have their opinion in this;

According to a new analysis by trader “Theta Seek,” who has closely tracked the DeFi boom, COMP may have further to fall.

Those who wanted to invest on this can further wait for that "dump" and "fall".
1369  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Luckyfish accepting kids on: July 07, 2020, 04:01:56 AM
OP, you can't blame the online gambling site itself but you have to monitor well your son's browsing history and actions. All online gambling websites have a rules of thst below 18 years old not to sign up. But if the child continue to sign up and since most of the gambling aite doesn't require to put some birth date, etc. Then your son will still enter gamblinh websites.

On the other hand, he can't play without crypto coins and your son needs to deposit before playing so I guess he can't still play in online casinos.
1370  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where to spend Bitcoin on: July 07, 2020, 02:27:06 AM
The lists you posted is good, but I am looking for local lists in my area where I can conveniently spend it. All listed above is international like those restaurants, etc. Anyway, I saw one gasoline station here in my place that accepts bitcoin, other than that still haven't see some supermarkets or local online markets for me to spend and use btc as a payment.

However, what I envy the most from the list was the University in Malaysia that accepting bitcoin for tuition fees, etc. If other Universities try to allow btc payments, too then it will be indeed a good step for good adoption in diffetrnt countries.
1371  Economy / Gambling / Re: ❤️CRYPSINO💚 Blackjack 🃏 Poker 🃏 Keno ⭐ Dice 🎲 Wheel 🍀 Slots 🎰 Roulette on: July 07, 2020, 12:39:29 AM

1372  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What Happens To The Altcoins If Bitcoin Drops Strong? on: July 06, 2020, 08:26:19 AM
Of course, charts are constantly changing. You've said you are reading the bitcoin's chart in a daily basis. Does it mean you also read some of the altcoin's chart? Because it definitely answers your question. While some of the altcoins doesn't probably following bitcoin's way and independeny enought to stand even in bearish times, but the way I see it, other altcoins are following the path of bitcoin IMO.
1373  Economy / Economics / Re: The freer the market, the freer the people? on: July 06, 2020, 04:40:29 AM
Also, freedom isn't necessarily a good thing. Sure, it gives us the notion of being able to do whatever you want, but that's the bad thing. You're able to do WHATEVER you want. Even bad things. Get the idea? Freedom is nice and all, but it isn't necessarily the best option to choose.

And how far can we be able to aim the freer market? It needs to be balance. Whether it is the economic market or crypto market you are referring to. We can't be too complacent that we are freely using it to the most extent that we wanted. That is why governemts are trying to imposw some rules because it might be lead to  uncontrollable market worst situation. We just have to remember that , Not all free are good.
1374  Other / Off-topic / Re: Thank you Bitcoin community. on: July 06, 2020, 02:02:44 AM
Been grateful to this forum community, too. Without this, I couldn't be able to know about bitcoin and couldn't enjoy the priviledge it brought to my life. With all the optimistic people here, I have been grown with so much knowledge and continuing the journey of this new technology.

Bitcoin lover here from the beginning. Hooray!
1375  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Three basic Market Analysis to Becoming a Successful trader for Newbies on: July 06, 2020, 12:09:44 AM
The most complicated and difficult to understand analysis is sentimental analysis. Because sentimental analysis is indeed related to market psychology, studying the minds of investors, whales, market manipulators, etc. Sentimental analysis will inform us whether it is the right time or not. Emotional control is very important, if not using sentimental analysis the trader will be trapped in a dilemma that will be confusing.

I'm quite confused with sentimental analysis.  And yeah quite hard to understand and incorporate that in our trades. We tend to analyze and interpret the attitudes of whales and seems it is difficult to read their next actions and their minds. Someone told me that before but ignore it, I do realize social media has a power for us to still know what those big investors may gonna act that will affect the crypto market.

I usually do both fundamental and technical analysis. I learned something today,  with a combination of sentiment analysis, we can trade better than before.
1376  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN TRUST PROBLEMS: Bitcoin Investers will want to know about this risk... on: July 04, 2020, 03:43:19 PM
You can't just change one's mindset in an instant. But you can change the way they are thinking about bitcoin's reputation and risks if those investors may try investing and experienced it on their own. It just simply their "own realization" to change their beliefs.

There are some who took the risk and become successful in the long run. Those who are courageous enough to know the real good impact of bitcoin in one's life are othen those who trusted bitcoin.
1377  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My friend passed away and he have Bitcoin in his wallet on: July 04, 2020, 09:32:19 AM
That's a sad news to your friend. You can tell his dad about the bitcoin saved inside his pc or mobile phone. So they can access your friend's wallet. After all, they are the "relatives". I do think they have their close relative to them that might help them find the private keys stored in his mobile phone or pc. You may have a good purpose if you inform them about your friend's left btc. Good karma will come if you help them.
1378  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Emotion management is one of the key to successful trading. on: July 03, 2020, 11:12:17 AM
Trading requires having a solid guidlines and discipline. One of the hardest thing to overcome in trading is emotions because it mostly lead to many losses.

Our body emotions naturally react especially when we are losing.
For example; We win 20% of fund but the other side of your mind wanted to win more so you trade again and you lose 30-50% of your balance (GREED).
Another one; You are not focused and lose your original plan and distracted because you are eager to compensate the losses in just one trade and then you enter the wrong entry and lose more (PANIC, fear and Distruction).

Emotions can actually be controlled. We just have to grip on that strong determination and strong mindset. In reality, our emotions is our enemy and prevent us to trade successfully but setting emotions aside will be a great help to focus on our goal.
1379  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency Day Trading: How to Get Started & How to Win on: July 03, 2020, 09:05:39 AM
I have read your article and it's quite amazing that you have explain well the risk of day trading, tools and strategies which will be a big help for those newbies that are still confused about trading. There are so much to consider like risk management plan, stop loss, etc.

Also, reading indicators are not easy, coping up with the market and identifying the right entry and exit is also difficult. But having good mindset, we can actually win our goal.
1380  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: PSA: Bitcoin Address Clipboard Malware on: July 03, 2020, 07:28:17 AM
I have read almost same issue in this forum and guide the victim on how to remove that malware inside the system.
It is very significant to double or triple check the bitcoin address before finally hit the send button since many hijacking malware btc address exists lately.

I remembered one issue where in the victim copy pasted his btc address and thought it was his correct address since the first numbers and letters are same with his own address. I just forget the site and what malware is that. But anyway, lets all be vigilant and do not download apps or anything that is untrusted and suspicious.
