1361  Local / Hrvatski (Croatian) / Re: Pitanje. Coinbase earn pozivnice on: November 02, 2020, 02:12:06 PM

1362  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: KYC for bounty hunters on: November 01, 2020, 05:43:20 PM
It's a grim world out there, and many prefer not to give their real identity.
If they enforced KYC on this forum, i believe over 90% of the accounts would be left inactive.
Some for actually wanting to keep private, but most because of multi accounts.

Fun fact, in almost every bounty, over 70% of participating accounts are duplicates. Let that sink in Cheesy
How do i know? Well, i've ran a bounty where KYC was introduced just prior to delivery. (shitty move, yes i agree)
So what happened.... well lets say 70% of the rewards were never claimed
1363  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Some bounty hunters are so ungrateful on: November 01, 2020, 05:36:31 PM
Ahahaha, i had to mertit this because you hit the core nerve of every bounty project i ever ran.
90% of the hunters can't see past their own nose, let alone do some research and decide if the project is for them or not.
F**k it, most of them don't even speak english, just lurk in bounty board and sign up for whatever says "new"

And you're right, whatever you do, if you're 2 harsh, people hate you. If you're too lenient, people hate you.
In the end, BM always becomes a scammer who is scamming hunters. I got sick and tired of it, that's why i don't chase active bounty management anymore.

Because in the end, whatever you do, you'll be a scammer in someone's eyes.
1364  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Escrowed very important for bounty? on: November 01, 2020, 05:29:52 PM
I think this suggestion is all too often cited as an attempt to secure campaign fund for bounty hunter. But in fact there are still quite a lot of manager who haven't implemented it because in my opinion they don't have enough fund to guarantee payment via escrow.

1. Reputable bounty managers
2. High quality bounty projects
1. The manager does not guarantee that the bounty will be successful and that the payment will be made according to the procedure. There are several manager who want to be responsible for paying bounty participant and the rest only manage bounty and receive payment. A quality manager is highly recommended as it will be easy to identify good potential project.
2. It is the responsibility of all bounty participant, taking some time to analyze project detail is the recommended way when joining the bounty. Joining blindly would be a waste of time without getting paid accordingly.

Comment on red:
- Keep in mind that many projects don't want or can't give escrowed funds/tokens. Either they don't trust the escrow, because lets face it, when a project comes from non crypto space, they hardlly know anyone and can judge who's legit or not, or they're waiting for TGE

Comment on green:
- This sadly almost never happens. Last bounty i ran (ASM) is listed on coinone exchange. And after 8 weeks, i get people telling me "please tell coinone or team to enable people from bangladesh to sell on coinone". I mean FFS, 1st thing you do is check if you can register on the exchange, and then spend 6 weeks working on the bounty.
1365  Local / Altcoins (Hrvatski) / Re: Liquidity pool - objasnjenje uticaja promene cene i kad je bitno on: November 01, 2020, 05:17:51 PM
1366  Local / Altcoins (Hrvatski) / Re: 🍀🍀 Bounty kampanje Altcoin – Signature, Telegram 🍀🍀 on: November 01, 2020, 04:37:10 PM
Ima otvorenih mesta u Tower.bet kampanji, Legendary (.00502 BTC nedeljno) i 1 Full member (.00228 BTC nedeljno).

Accepted, there are still Legendary spots as well as 1 Full member spot open.

1367  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Anonymous teams on: October 31, 2020, 08:40:28 AM
never ever deal or invest in a project with anonymous team/s
i'd been saying this again and again seen 2013 my year with bitcointalk

Deal? Maybe
Invest? No! And you're absolutely right about that. People who are asking for money/investment should be open like a book.
And not some fake or annon avatar. That has scam written all over it because there's no one to pinpoint
1368  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should we red tag and create a flag for ICO bounty managers that do not escrow on: October 31, 2020, 08:38:11 AM
Majority of the projects doesn't want to escrow, that's a fact, so bounty managers doesn't have the power to force them to used escrow. If he/she insists, then the projects has the options to hire other bounty managers, simply as that. Yes, I love the idea of having an escrow, but it should be mandatory, unless the projects themselves are willing.
This!

They simply see a bounty manager, no matter how respected or trusted he is, as a liability, and won't release funds directly to him. Yes, that "might" be an indication of scam, but in my experience, it's just people from non-crypto world entering crypto market, and don't know how things work. And that's fine.

And as said above, if you insist on escrow, they will just find a different manager and/or do the bounty themselves.
1369  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Escrowed very important for bounty? on: October 31, 2020, 08:35:04 AM
Of course it is but how many alts projects are willing to use escrow for their bounty? Only very few among the many alts bounties that use escrow in their bounty, most of the alts tokens are not even minted during the bounty campaign so how do you expect them to use escrow, as much as I would have love that it is not going to happen in many alts bounties.
The team did not want to use escrow because they had to pay money to escrow first, indeed using an escrow service can make bounty hunters get their payment, But we can see that it is very rare for bounties use escrow for now. I also hope that project team can use the trusted escrow in this forum for Bounty program.

Even if they use escrow, even if you do get your tokens, what's the guarantee that those tokens will be worth anything?
From my bounty hunting days in 2016 and 2017, i got around 200+ different tokens in my wallet. Combined all of them are worth maybe $1, So what's my guarantee?
1370  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should we red tag and create a flag for ICO bounty managers that do not escrow on: October 31, 2020, 08:30:52 AM
This is completely idiotic suggestion IMHO, and for several reasons:

1) Not every project wants to escrow or give away their tokens
2) Not every project wants the bounty manager to distribute, but prefer to do it themselves
3) Not every project uses smart contract to distribute, some use exchanges or proprietary wallets
4) Some projects will run bounty before TGE, so they can't escrow their tokens because they don't exist yet
5) Even if they escrow the tokens, it doesn't mean the project isn't a scam. More than 70% of scams had an actual token, which is worthless.

What i would suggest, DYOR. Don't sign up for every shit that pops up in the bounty thread. There's plenty of posts on this forum where you can get hints and clues on how to identify scams.
Don't blame others for your ignorance
1371  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BNB Holders - What do you do with your BNB? on: October 30, 2020, 12:13:27 PM
I've recently started yield farming on BSC network.
Found some nice pancakes that give you 500%+ APY, so decided to give it a go.
So far so good
1372  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: [NEW] +110% after 100 hours / BTC automatic payments on: October 30, 2020, 12:05:26 PM
Care to explain how this money is made?
I mean, 10% after what 4 days, looks totaly unrealistic and scammy.
Especially with your trust history where many have already accused you of ponzi schemes
1373  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some things will never work in crypto world on: October 30, 2020, 11:55:50 AM
There are some useless or not actually needed use cases in crypto space that will never work anytime sooner in crypto world, few project developers actually thought they can make them work but they are wrong.

1. VR (Virtual Reality) projects
2. A.I (Artificial intelligence) Projects
3. Green energy Blockchain projects ( probably built to extort money)
4. Gold backed tokens (two to three works but majority are scam)

If you think I'm wrong please give your reasons

I don't think you're completely wrong.
Most of the "it won't work" assumptions come from previous projects which were complete scams, especially the gold backed ones.
As for VR, i can actually see the use case, as the VR games develop, so will the need for ingame virtual currency that can be bridged to real world.

1375  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Toyota IT Division to Launch Own Digital Currency on: October 29, 2020, 08:06:53 PM
After Paypal announced in joining cryptocurrency, Toyota a giant company and one of the largest automobile manufacturers in the world based in Toyota City, Aichi Japan released their official statement last October 26, 2020, that they will be launching its own digital currency. https://crypto.co/news/toyota-it-division-to-launch-own-digital-currency/

What are your thoughts on this huge move from the giant companies? And what will be next?

IMHO it's HYPE and FOMO.
If you don't have your own blockchain, you're being laughed at in your 1% country club.
Gotta realize most of these will be a trial and error cases, meaning they'll make it, see there's no use of it, and then dump the project
1376  Other / Meta / Re: Ledger database leak --> Phishing on: October 29, 2020, 08:03:46 PM
I've received this email also, actually 2 of them.
In the first one they had a typo and wrote " malware. malware" and few minutes later another one arrived witht the mistake corrected.

On racuna da ce svaki halving sa sobom nositi pad, i da ce svaki put biti x2 rast, no dobro znamo da to nemora biti slucaj. Zadnji halving nije imao nikakav utjecaj na cijenu.
1378  Local / Trgovina / Re: Posudba 0.02 bitcoina on: October 28, 2020, 08:06:18 PM

1379  Local / Hrvatski (Croatian) / Re: Novosti on: October 28, 2020, 08:01:20 PM

1380  Local / Hrvatski (Croatian) / Re: [VELIKA LISTA] Kripto debitne kartice on: October 28, 2020, 07:57:01 PM
