I agree with this statement, the leader for me is a person who is willing to sacrifice for the sake of the people, not the other way to sacrifice the people for personal gain. A strong leader is not someone who can destroy everything but who can unite everything. |

i'm wondering how do you work 8-10 hours a day, have a social and train sports, becasue every day after work i just dont find energy to go doing sports and i'm concerned that lack of sports will influence badly on my life. Thank you for all your answers.
now depends on your intention, if others can why you can't? we have the same time in a day which is 24 hours ?? there is plenty of free time after working 8 hours and we only need 15 minutes to exercise so that the body becomes healthy. |
