I speak Croatian and English. I am pretty good with German also and a very little bit of Swedish.
13602  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Send ERC20 Tokens Without Paying Gas on: December 05, 2018, 09:54:17 AM
You can try sending some tokens with gas price set as 0.00000001 and see if the transaction will get broadcasted. If the queue is not big maybe it eventually will. You always have the option to update the gas price with metamask if the 0.00000001 isn't enough and make it 0.00000002 etc and try again when the SafeLow Cost is low which unfortunately is not the case now.

Ein anderer Benutzer schlug vor, die Chrome-App zu entfernen und erneut zu installieren. Das sollte funktionieren.

SEC=USA
Anyone who isn't a US citizen cant get prosecuted or penalised by SEC.
Even if they for some weird reason in the future start checking bounty hunters by looking at the google spreadsheets for example, they will still have to connect all the ETH accounts with the right users and then single out US citizens.
13606  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can passphrase 'secret wallets' be linked to the main wallet? on: December 04, 2018, 10:25:39 PM
Each account should have a different passphrase. You can read more about it here.
https://support.ledgerwallet.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005214529-Advanced-Passphrase-options

I read that the idea behind this is if you get robbed and the thief forces you to give him access to you Nano S you could give him access to one of the wallets where you keep just a small amount of crypto. While your secret wallet stays hidden.
13607  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Good Multi Currency Desktop Wallet for Win 32 Bit??? on: December 04, 2018, 10:12:32 AM
Jaxx is a good choice. It is available for Linux 32-bit and 64-bit but for Windows it doesn't say which version it is.
You can also try the Atomic Wallet but same as above no info if it supports 32-bit OS.
13608  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Crypto is not friendly to beginners. on: December 04, 2018, 10:01:16 AM
People who haven't used or heard about Bitcoin dont understand why they need them. Unless it is an investment or used for speculative reasons they dont see the point in paying for something with Bitcoins when they have been doing that with cash/fiat their whole life.
One of the mayor obstacles for crypto currencies is the lack of Customer Support. Who do you contact in case of an issue with Bitcoin? Nobody.
And that is the problem that make people turn away from Bitcoin. With financial institutions they will always have that feeling of safety and protection being able to call the Customer Support and asking for Help.
13609  Other / Meta / Re: How can you know the reason of banned? on: December 04, 2018, 09:46:59 AM
Anytime I open the Meta forum I see this:

At least 5-6 sometimes 10 threads in the top 30 where members are asking why they are banned and how can they be unbanned.
It has been suggested many times and this could be sorted out by changing the message that the users receive when they get banned and adding to it that the ban is Permanent for plagiarising, since that is the most common reason. The ban will not be lifted and it will remain permanent! That would take care of at least half of the 'Why is my account banned' threads here.
13610  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Create a bip39 seed manually as it says Antonopoulos in "Mastering Bitcoin" on: December 04, 2018, 09:22:01 AM
You can try with the easyseed(1) utility that nullius created. Maybe that can help you further.

13611  Other / Serious discussion / Re: What if? Satoshi Nakamoto's identity was public information on: December 03, 2018, 04:56:57 PM
If Satoshi wants to stay anonymous he should be allowed to do so. He gave us all these options and freedom with Bitcoin and the least we can do is allowing him the right to live his life in peace
13612  Other / Meta / Re: Can we restrict user registerations somehow? on: December 03, 2018, 04:30:07 PM
Restricting user registrations is a slap in the face for anyone willing to join this forum for good reasons. When crypto currencies become mainstream this forum will be one of the main sources of information and closing it for those who want to participate is not the right thing to do.

I appreciate your offer, this is a very important matter and i'm not 100% comfortable with buying/selling bitcoin yet, I would prefer to not do a cash/BTC transaction in person with an individual, I'm not sure about the security measures involved in that, is that a normal thing?
10K is a lot of money and you should probably think about getting an Escrow for the deal to be on the safe side.

Have a look at these two threads:

where can download this game?  Grin
You shouldn't. But you should read the first couple of comments in this thread instead. The user BitMaxz scanned the file and VirusTotal detects it as suspicious. Also the game is still not released and it is in development mode.

What if your paper notebook gets stolen, catches fire or gets destroyed by water?
Do you have another copy or an encrypted digital copy someplace safe?

13618  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Help please!Multibit classic,btc sent,tx invalid and money gone on: December 03, 2018, 09:39:24 AM
Seems that many users have had issues with Multibit classic and Multibit HD wallets. Here is a thread where a similar user had an issue when sending Bitcoin from a Multibit classic wallet.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1936548.0

Id agree with NeuroticFish, do not use it anymore and instead try to import your keys into Electrum.

Take a look at this post also from the above thread that I posted:

Quote
You need to export your private keys from MultiBit Classic. Then shut it down and don't re-open it until the transaction either confirms or drops from the network.

If the transaction confirms (keep trying ViaBTC, you'll get it eventually)... then you can re-open MultiBit Classic without worry. I'd still recommend you export/import your keys to another wallet (see below), as the Classic fees are hardcoded to be a lot lower than the current recommended fees required for fast confirmations. Any future transaction you send from Classic is likely to get stuck again.

However, if the transaction drops (is not visible on ANY block explorer), DON'T re-open MultiBit Classic. Instead, import or sweep your keys into another wallet like Electrum (for the record, I don't recommend MultiBit HD at the moment, the application has a rather serious bug that results in a "password did not unlock the wallet" error even when the password is 100% correct... there are numerous threads about it).

NOTE:
If you sweep into an HD wallet, you won't need to worry about ensuring you have backups of the keys once the sweep is confirmed... you just need to safely store your HD wallet 12 word seed (wallet words) some place safe!
If you sweep/import into a non HD wallet, you'll need to make sure you have proper backups of the private keys/wallet file until the coins are spent.

I took a look at the offer on localbitcoins as well and there doesnt seem to be a user in Germany that accepts cash payments.

But I compiled a list of German users who you can trade with for $10.000+ from Germany. Here is the list:
https://localbitcoins.com/instant-bitcoins/?action=buy&country_code=DE&amount=10000&currency=USD&place_country=DE&online_provider=ALL_ONLINE&find-offers=Search

There is also a bitcoin ATM in Munich:
