Cuadrado is now officially an Inter player.
Something that seemed impossible given his previous 8 years spent with Juventus.
Nowadays we rarely see a player continue to play for the same club at an older age then retired on that particular club unless he is considered as a top star on the club though. I totally understand that Juventus might not really want him anymore considering that he is a 35 years old player that is easily replacable but kinda shocking that Inter Milan decided to sign him
Damn like i didn’t believe he is that old, i had to google his age because he looks young and still plays like he is in his late 20’s with so much energy. Even at 35 with the way he plays some top clubs will definitely want to have him, he has similar energy with Azpilicueta, its just as if they don’t age in the game.

Realistic for Barcelona right now signing player with free agent, they don't have to pay payment fees transfer and Barcelona just negotiation with contract duration then how much salary will pay.
Barca are always interested in quality players even when they know it will be impossible for them to get. They want to try every possible to uplift them team back to the way it used to be but to do that you need finance to add high quality players to the team. They should rest for now and focus on building their current players and their academy players instead of trying to acquire players they can’t afford and in the end it may result to salary cut of some players in order to pay the wages of these players.
1382  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Don't expect everyone to embrace Bitcoin on: July 20, 2023, 08:09:35 AM
The earlier we understand that bitcoin is not for everyone, the better because it saves us the time and energy that we would have used to convince those who are uninterested, to move on to those who are interested and it can also drive adoption faster.
I won't deny that I am a really lazy person, and to be completely honest, I am terrible at teaching people new things. For these reasons, I just avoid the burden of attempting to persuade people to accept bitcoin. However, I only teach it to those who have expressed interest in bitcoin. I've learned that everyone has a unique perspective on the world, and even if bitcoin has existed for more than a century, not everyone will accept it or want to use it. It is uncomfortable when you introduce someone to bitcoin and they suspect you are trying to con them into visiting a fraudulent website or making an unwise investment.

It may be challenging to persuade them because so many have encountered scams and been the victims of scam.   I don't blame those who are afraid of being scammed; it's always better to guard against such, and it's best to steer clear of anything you don't believe in.

I've read some threads here of some people trying to convince their family members on the positives of Bitcoin and get enraged if the said members don't share the same opinion as them
After investing time and energy in teaching someone anything, it is disappointing to have that effort rejected. They have the right to be angry, just as the offending member does, to have any beliefs he chooses. We shouldn't anticipate that everyone will have the same perspective on bitcoin as we do because everyone has different perspectives and makes various judgements in life.

It's time to accept that not everyone will be interested in bitcoin, and that some people will never believe in it.
1383  Other / Off-topic / Re: Want more BTC? Why not just stop drinking booze! on: July 19, 2023, 11:11:33 PM
Do you drink alcohol? I recently quit and feel great! For me this is related to Bitcoin, since I am much more optimistic about the future, and have some brain left to learn all about blockchains and smart contracts. How about you, are you doing well on most days
It's beneficial to ultimately give up alcohol so you can have a clean head but other people find that getting intoxicated inspires them more. I occasionally drink alcohol, but I do so responsibly, therefore it hasn't in any way changed how I live or how I make decisions regarding bitcoin and cryptocurrency.

This is literally screaming stop doing dumb shit with your money. Rather put it into Bitcoin. Like a popular saying goes, do not waste your money buying trending stuff just to impress those people who you don't like or rather people who do not give a damm about your existence.
It's awesome to invest in bitcoin, but if purchasing trendy items brings you the most joy, why not do both at once? After all, everyone has something that makes them happy, that’s why we don't think twice about spending money on things that make us happy. we only get one life to live so let’s spend money on the things that make us happy.

No. I am a new member of the forum. Currently I have no knowledge to guide. But I want to learn a lot by spending time on the forum. And help everyone like you.
Good luck on your journey, you have a very long journey ahead and you should not be bothered about helping other newbies but rather be focused on improving your knowledge on the forum. Until you have acquired some certain amount of knowledge before impacting knowledge to others.

This post will certainly go down the pages and probably will be difficult to find in a few days so its just as everyone is saying, there is no need to create this thread because all the links you have provided already exist and pinned so everyone using the forum can have easy access.

Instead of copying those URLs, you could have made this post much better by quoting them here itself. Could have saved potential 3-4 clicks for everyone.
Exactly, but I doubt if they can even make quotes, they are too lazy to read and learn and all they are after is earning some merits. There are so many things to learn on the forum and understanding the forum itself is a huge task on its own that must be learnt before you can be able to achieve anything here.
1385  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: July 19, 2023, 09:51:25 PM
Talking about Bayern Munich team, one of the best team for Bundesliga. But after performing well last season, the team failed to perform as expected. Hope the team does not disappoint the fans this season.
Your write up is really confusing, like I don’t understand what you mean by “After performing well last season they fail to perform as expected“ you should cross check your writing well incase of mistakes because I’m sure its a mistake. Or do you mean despite the fact they won the league they failed to perform to expectations.

Bayern was only fortunate to win the league championship, and that was only possible because Dortmund lost their final league game. They consistently fell short of expectations, and their performance didn't improve even after the coach changed. They have not posed much of an offensive threat since Lewandowski left, which cost them the champions league. If they don't quickly find a suitable substitute for him, they can still end up stifling their champions league or league winning aspirations.

I don't think if Kane really tried to leave Tottenham. In fact, Harry Kane is a loyal player to his team and he is a player know like to stay in Tottenham for a longer time however since Tottenham is not in a good situation I think there is a high chance for Kane to leave Tottenham to another team like Bayern Munich and reach his goals.
It's his decision; if he feels he shouldn't leave Tottenham, that's OK; he may stay and may even opt to retire there. No one is preventing him from being loyal. All I know is that unless he chooses not to, he must leave Tottenham in order to have a chance to win a club trophy throughout his career. He has previously been approached by a number of clubs, but he has declined to join. I believe he is fortunate that bigger clubs are still interested in signing him at this age; not everyone is so fortunate. He should think about leaving because Tottenham cannot win him any trophy.

I recently heard that Chelsea are very interested in rescuing Maguire from Manchester United and are considering signing him. I read from some news that now Chelsea has made an offer to Manchester United worth 40 million pounds. On the other hand, my question is whether Pochettino is sure he will bring in a player who is experiencing a decline in performance because it is clear that we know that recently Maguire has often made blunders at Manchester United. Chelsea is in the recovery phase and that means Pochettino really needs to choose a player who is performing well and then who can make a significant contribution to his squad.
That rumor can’t be true because everyone is aware of how Maguire has been a total flop for Manchester United and the blunders he commits are too silly. The rumor came up because of the injury wesley fofana sustained during the week and would be out for couple of months or probably out for the whole season. Fofana is part of the coachs plan for the season and so they are looking for a replacement to fill his space. I don’t think there will be any need to sign a new since Levi Colwill is available and the team has decided he is not for sell, Brighton are doing everything possible to sign him and they are even planning to include him in Caiceido’s deal.

Maguire is being linked to chelsea not because the manager wants him, pochettino clearly will have no use for maguire so why add such player to squad when the team is already flushing out players that are under performing. The team already have Silva and Badiashile already with Chaloba and Colwill to back them up in case of injuries.

At the moment it is still very difficult to get a major title with Manchester United and it will be his dream to win a major title one day.
I thought they can actually build on last season's success, release some fringe players, recruit new players and challenge City for the title until I heard about the resigning of Johnny Evans and I gave up on Manchester United. Based on the club's activity on the transfer market, they don't look ready to me. In my opinion, Arsenal looks more ready than Manchester United. Except they will have to sign another established center back and a striker before the transfer window closes to stand a chance.
Man United can attempt to assemble their team and attempt to contend for the title, but I don't believe they would pose much of a threat to City given the players they intend to bring into the team. They did well by replacing De gea with Onana, but no matter how excellent the goalkeeper is, he will still allow goals without a quality centre back.

Even though in Serie A Inter Milan failed to win the 2022/23 season, but for the Champions League which contains the strongest club from the famous League, Inter Milan managed to play until the Final and ended as runners-up.
This matter proves that when Inter Milan focuses on one league, like the Champions League, they play well and can beat other strong clubs.
Likewise with Serie A, if Inter Milan wants to focus on playing for Serie A, then it is very likely that they can hold the title. A.
They surprised everyone in the champions league even though they progressed through the easiest side of the knockout phases and faced less tough opponents in their quarter final and semi final to reach the final. I am not condemning their performance but i feel if they were placed to face madrid or manchester city earlier in the knockout or quarter final they wouldn't have made it to the final. I was suprised with the way they played AC Milan, they outplayed them both legs and it was even more interesting due to the rivalry between them. If they are very determined and focused just like in the champions league they are likely to challenge for the league this coming season.

Joao Felix stated that it has been his childhood dream to play for Barcelona. Therefore he sees joining Barcelona as priority now. You know that he has been willing to leave Atletico Madrid lately. But there isn't any offer for him yet. I have heard Atletico Madrid are overpricing him like 100 million euros despite his current market price.
A lot of young player always have the desire to play for Barcelona, they all admired how barcelona used to play football and entertain the audience but sadly the Barcelona of nowadays isn’t the Barcelona we all knew back then. Everyone knows that Barca are currently broke and don’t have the money to pay for felix even if they wanted him, Athletico Madrid on the other hand made it clear they won’t settle for payment less than 100 million so I don’t see any possibility of him joining Barcelona. He wants to leave the club and am sure several clubs are interested in him but with price tag placed on him no club is willing to step forward so my guess is he will end up playing for athletico next season.

I don't feel like there will be any team to pay that price for Felix. Because I don't think we have seen a performance worth that much from him these days. He dreams of playing for Barcelona maybe but it isn't possible for Barcelona to make a that big signing this summer even if they would also like to have him.
No doubt he is a very talented and skilled player that is actually worth that much in the current transfer market at his age, i watched him at chelsea and he was outstanding and i still wonder why chelsea didn’t permanent his deal. If he was to be playing for a lower division league every club would be dying to have him at a more higher price but because he had a loan spell at chelsea and they didn’t trigger the option to buy everyone thinks he is not up to standards.

This is not only good news for Manchester United fans, but also for the entire management of Manchester United itself because they also know that as far as last season has gone, Marcus Rashford is a player that the Manchester United team can rely on. So it's also very natural that Manchester United will make a contract extension until 2028 for Marcus Rashford from now on because this is of course due to Marcus Rashford's own extraordinary achievements.
Rashford has been the Reds' finest player for a few of seasons, and because of his unrivalled level of dependability, the team is only right to extend his contract. He shares a lot of similarities with Mbappe in terms of playing style and can play many positions, which is something that no team would want to lose. He has a significant role to play for the club the upcoming season, and with the backing of several new teammates, I believe his energy will even grow.

I also totally agree that Erik Ten Hag wants to find more reliable attacking players so that Manchester United's front line can be better with players like Marcus Rashford on the left wing. So that they will help each other and the team will greatly benefit from this, but until now Erik Ten Hag still hasn't got a new attacking player for the Manchester United team.
To make room for Sancho on the left wing, I believe Rashford will have to play as a centre forward for the time being. Sancho and Antony cost the team a lot of money last season, so I doubt they'd want to spend any more money on attackers right now. They both haven't yet reached their peak for the club, but I don't think it's time to give up just yet; they need more time to adjust to the league and perhaps they'll improve next year.
1390  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Beginners, you don't need Bitcoin first on: July 18, 2023, 08:02:44 PM
Newbies or Beginners, who are aiming to start buying Bitcoin for future sakes, I want you to take this advice very seriously, do not start your Bitcoin investment living under a roof that still feeds you, it could work but it will make things to be more difficult for you.
I don’t see any reason why a person still living with his parents shouldn’t invest in bitcoin when he has the means. I even feel that way it would be more convenient because you have limited things to worry about. You wouldn’t be thinking of how to buy food or pay any bills because you have someone taking care of those things for you already so that way you can easily channel all your little income into investing.

When you don't have anything else to fall back on, after asking your brothers or sisters in the family to give you some money for investment, what will you do when you get the Bitcoin? You need to live, you will have desires to buy things, and you will panic if the market move downside even more
It's a very good suggestion, but many beginners who have no source of income would like to own a bitcoin. They would invest using their pocket money, which they are supposed to live on, knowing full well they need the money and can't afford to lose it, getting themselves into unnecessary frustration. However, some people are actually from wealthy families, and even without work they have everything they need and they don't have to worry to buy things they desire.

Its always advisable to invest money you won’t need later and if lost it wouldn’t affect you in any way.

It's been 14 years since Satoshi published his white paper and the vast majority of people still don't understand what Bitcoin is and how to use it.
14 years back only few knew about bitcoin and now we can see the population it has amassed so everything is a gradual process. This technology is different from what people are used to so it will take some time for society to understand it and adapt to its uses.

However, the average guy on the street that I speak to, and even many people on crypto forums still don't understand Bitcoin's potential as a virtual commodity, or it's potential to create an alternative to Fiat economies.
Even if everyone understands how it operates not everyone will accept it because thats how life is everyone has different ways of viewing things so I don’t expect everyone to accept it though I believe alot of people will adopt bitcoin, some are not just privileged to be educated about it yet.

I understand that my frustration might be due to the fact that I am coming from a very privileged position. What are your thoughts on this?
No need to be frustrated, the world is not coming to an end anytime soon. Some are just not privileged yet as you said, alot of have people have adopted bitcoin and millions more will join and probably it will get to a stage everyone will know about it and it will be accepted worldwide.

Totenham has quality players. I mean they spent to buy players unlike what you said. Just check the front line of Totenham squad. They have;
1. Harry Kane,
2. Son,
3. Richardson.
These are quality players that can get any amount of goals to give a team title win. But I don't know what to say about Totenham. Ot could be that the management is the problem.

To be fair, Tottenham has strong attackers, and the signing of Richarlison and kulusevski gave the attack a significant boost. They also have a decent midfield, and assuming they don't have too many injury issues, James Maddison will give them a more balanced and reliable midfield.

Their main issue is their defence. They lack defenders and need a better goalkeeper since Hugo Lloris consistently fails to deliver when it counts. Romero is the only quality defender I can see in that squad, and he is the only one who has so far impressed me this past season. They also lack good management  but if they can improve on their defensive strength they can do better next season but I doubt if they can challenge for the title.
1393  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Between futures trading and gambling on: July 17, 2023, 10:54:41 AM
There are many gamblers that can gamble just to have some fun and make money in the process and there are some that focus on gambling only to make money so I would like to ask such people a question.
People who gamble for entertainment purposes are one hell of people, like how do you spend and lose money for fun? Do they have excessive wealth and do they lack enjoyable activities to engage in, or do they prefer to lose money? I still don’t see the fun in it because I gamble for the purpose of making money and if i lose in the process I accept my faith and go again another time.

would you prefer to gamble in a casino and make some money or learn about futures trading and make some money?
No matter how much you know about them, they both carry a significant level of risk.  When you are already familiar with trading, gambling is usually simple because it doesn't take much effort to comprehend gambling; all you need to do is watch several games you are interested in, and over time, you will learn how to bet. However, it would be challenging to enter trading if you are a skilled gambler because you will have to deal with tension and learn about trading.

I am aware that they are both risky, but I don't believe I can handle the uncertainty of trading the future, therefore I think I would rather play in a casino and earn some money.

Which one do you actually find to be more easier and I believe that futures trading is also capable of giving someone life-changing money but which one do you believe is less risky than the other?
Because it is more difficult to analyse the market than a game, I find gambling to be simpler. However, futures trading might be more profitable than gambling if you have a solid understanding of it.

1395  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How do I avoid and identify scams? on: July 15, 2023, 10:39:06 AM
We know that scam coins are everywhere, mainly advertised on social media, I spent time trying to know the exact way to fish out scam coins but to no avail, despite how inquisitive we could be to generate more funds for ourselves through Cryptocurrency investments and to try new things, we should also be much aware of the scam coins and their possible pernicious damage.

I agree that there are a lot of choices to make regarding cryptocurrency but early dictation of this proposed scam needs to be checked.

Am not much familiar with cryptocurrency, and that's why I need more guidance so that if eventual I see one, I will know how to handle it, this will help me to have a good knowledge on the path to settle for.

The best way to avoid cryptocurrency scams is to stay away from alternative coins altogether Since alternative currencies are the main vectors for cryptocurrency fraud. Bitcoin is the only trustworthy currency.

Reading the project materials, spotting errors in the white paper, looking for promises of rapid currency growth, and other indicators are some ways to spot a scam coin.

People fall victim to cryptocurrency scams in a variety of ways, but newcomers to the field are frequently seduced by initiatives that provide free tokens. Since they are inexperienced and lack knowledge, they just fall into their trap because they want to own a coin. People I know experience this; all they want is to wakeup and see a number of tokens in their wallet. Beware of airdrops because most phoney projects utilise them to defraud their victims as it is the easiest way to attract a bigger number of victims. Participating in an airdrop is a quick way for people to get cheated in cryptocurrency.

1397  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Where to invest 7k usdt on: July 15, 2023, 08:30:31 AM
Where to invest 7k usdt

To get profit daily 30$

Investments that guarantee daily returns or quick profits should not be trusted; these are probably scams targeting naive and desperate investors. Other than trading, I don't believe there are any other crypto assets that provide daily returns. Trading has made people rich and also made rich people lose everything, so before one should think of going into trading you should have acquired the necessary knowledge about it. Trading can earn you such daily returns, but the risk involved is too high, especially when you are not knowledgeable about it but if you are not inexperienced in trading, you should consider going into trading because it can help you make the daily gains you want.

Since you have a large capital.  You can invest in bitcoins for long term and hold bitcoins without day trading with them.  Because the price of Bitcoin is now in dip from ATH.  So now if you invest your capital here and hold for atleast 2 years then you have a chance to get a big return from here.
 a simple calculation is

Op is searching for a short-term investment, not one to hold for a long time, that will produce an income of at least $30 every day. I hope he is aware that there are no guarantees with anything he plans to accomplish, and that he should be on the lookout for scam investments that promise high returns. He would benefit more from holding bitcoin and several well-known alt coins over the long term than from making daily investments, especially now that a bull run is anticipated.
1398  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: July 15, 2023, 06:46:47 AM
There several clubs who are seeking to sign felix but PSG preference to sign Osimehn instead is not because felix lacks experience. Compared to Osimehn he is more experienced in terms of european football but PSG needs a natural striker if Mbappe finally leaves and Osimehn would be more threatening in goal than felix. Felix is naturally a midfielder but his role was changed due to the kind of formation adopted by Atletico Madrid. Sometimes he is used on the wing sometimes as a striker thats the major problem affecting him, not being used in his natural position.

Atletico Madrid style doesn’t suit him much thats why they are keen on selling him and he is also pushing to leave. His got lots of potential and i still wonder why pochettino didn’t finalize the deal to sign him. I enjoy watching him at chelsea but maybe its best for the club.
I also don't understand why Joao Felix is not included in the plans of the new Chelsea coach, Mauricio Pochettino. In fact, if we look at Felix last season with Chelsea, it is clear that Felix's contribution at Chelsea was quite good. But Mauricio Pochettino is a coach who has long experience at several big clubs. And he must have a reason that we can not guess.

Even though the president of Atletico Madrid (Enrique Cerezo) has said that Felix is still welcome and needed at Atletico Madrid, it seems that the Atletico Madrid coach and Felix don't have a good relationship. So it seems that Felix also doesn't feel comfortable at Atletico Madrid. Even though his contract is still long, namely until 2027. But it looks like he will indeed choose to go to another club if someone is serious about redeeming him from Atletico Madrid. there are at least 3 big clubs interested in Felix's services, namely Newcastle, PSG and Benfica.
But of the three clubs, it seems that no one has officially made an offer to Felix, right? so Felix's fate is really uncertain at this time. If he stays at Atletico Madrid maybe he won't get much playing time.

His contribution to Chelsea last season was excellent and spectacular, and even though he played for only half the season, in my opinion he had a greater impact than havertz and mount. He attacks really well with the ball and has a tonne of ball confidence, so why didn't the coach include him in his plans? With the team Chelsea is now assembling, he could have been their key player.

In my opinion, he would not currently want to join Newcastle or Benfica because he is still young, and settling for a club of this calibre would reduce his standards and possibly have a negative impact on his career. Despite the fact that they are both champions league qualifiers, there is no way of knowing how far they will advance in the competition. Newcastle wants to add players of his calibre to help the team improve and become one of the best in the world. The new owner wants them to be recognised as a premier league team that consistently makes the Champions League. He should play for PSG rather than Newcastle or Benfica, in my opinion.
1399  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What could make you get into a fight with your fellow gambler? on: July 14, 2023, 09:38:07 PM
I heard of a story about two gamblers that got into a serious fight on the grounds that a bet they merged an amount of money equally to place  using the online account of one person among their two. Luckily for them the bet won. But something happened, when it got to the sharing formula of the total amount won the owner of the account  insisted on taking a lion's share since it was his account that was used in placing the bet. The latter refusing to accept it that way they got into a serious fight. How pathetic!
Trust never exists when money is involved. This is not shocking to me because I have before witnessed money separating two buddies. Some people just don't act maturely at all, but if they were mature, they would have discussed how the percentage should be split even before placing the bet, and if they couldn't come to an agreement, they should have abandoned the bet.

What could make you get into a fight with your fellow gambler? And would you agree at anytime to double cash with your fellow gambler to place a bet using his account, on the notion of increasing the potential win.
They could have used a different account and still won the bet, so why should the account owner receive a higher share? I simply think that greed was at work when the account owner demanded a larger portion. Even though I generally oppose tag betting, I can never argue with a fellow gambler if it does take place. And if he complains that we used his account to wager and that he wants a bigger share, I'll just let things be peaceful and take whatever he wants to give me, but that will be the last time I conduct business with him that involves money.

Ac Milan have added another player to their squad from Chelsea I'm talking about Christian Pulisic. A player who many thought would be the next Hazard at Chelsea but couldn't live up to expectation, to me he wasn't a player with skills or speed, he's just a normal player and I don't know where he could fit in.
Heading to Italy I think he could play out his best and even become a key players depending on how the coach of the AC Milan side (Stefano Pioli) uses him. The Italian Seria A is a very tough league, tougher than English premier league so I'd expect him (Christian Pulisic) to be tougher come next season and even improve much better.
Pulisic was a good player and what i like about him is that when he plays matches consistently he scores goals. Not that he didn’t live up to expectations he just had an unlucky career, he was supposed to be hazard’s successor at chelsea but injury killed everything for him. Few matches before he got injured he single-handedly destroyed Liverpool and Manchester city, we were all certain he will be chelsea’s hero but when he came back from injury he wasn’t the pulisic he used to be, he struggled and everything didn’t go well for him ever since. Going to italy will be a new chapter for him, the league is very strong but I believe he would not fail to perform because he wouldn’t play under pressure he have Rafeal Leao who is already the heart of the team to support him.

EPL level is way better than the others, for me it is the equal of La Liga and Serie A together. A player joining EPL has to know that the challenge there is intense and risk of failure is considerable.
I have seen some people state that La Liga is the best and toughest league in the world, but that is their opinion, not mine, so I won't debate about it. There is no doubt that the English Premier League is the toughest and most competitive league in the world. Even games between smaller clubs are usually entertaining to watch in the Premier League, but you can't say the same for La Liga. Games between smaller teams in La Liga are always boring to watch, which is why most fans only watch Barcelona and Madrid games. The premier league has such a high level of intensity with fierce competition.
