Regarding the MEW attack that happened a few months ago where the DNS was hijacked and many users who logged in lost their tokens. Those who had hardware wallets like a Nano S didn't. Because you need physical access to a hardware wallet in order to send funds from it. So a hacker can't do it without having your wallet in his hands + knowing your pin code.

...Beside you can carryout your givewaway from any board so why lock topic if truly you wanted to help members which their quality posts are been missed by meriters. Probably because the people hanging out in the Off-topic section is not the group of people who need merits or have meritable posts. I can't remember reporting your thread but I have reported other giveaways thread and they were moved to the off-topic board. I believe all merit giveaway should be in the off-topic and local board. Then an update like the one i created can be in B&H board to help those users interested for easy navigation. Here is the problem I find with this part of your post that I quoted. You are saying that merit threads should not be allowed in the B&H but your topic advertising those threads should be allowed. I am sorry but that is like saying selling weapons is not allowed on BT but hey I have this thread where I can tell you who is selling weapons and how to buy them and what you need for the purchase. I opened my thread in the B&H because that is the place where new users come seeking help and advice. The audience in Off-topic is not. |

Since my name was mentioned here I feel I should say something. My thread that was mentioned has several rules that make it different from other threads, now I dont know if some of them have updated their rules but feel free to take a look at the rules I have in my thread. Take a look at rule 3. Maybe this is what theymos meant with "incentivized posting". I only check posts made prior to creating my thread in order to not encourage users to start spamming different boards after seeing my thread and then come and ask for merits. The deadline was initially set at 16.12.2018 but later, and again with theymos permission, I updated the deadline and set it at 31.12.2018. Also, I check user's posting history and if a majority of the posts are bounty related and only a few (counting the ones that were posted in my thread) aren't, no merit will be given. During these checks I have also found several copy/pasters and other rule breakers. Also, it is not a merit giveaway thread like somebody suggested. It is a way meant to help the two lowest ranks gain their first merits and have their posts appreciated because not everyone is a bounty spammer/shit poster just because he is a Newbie. Unfortunately, most are. RULES:
1. In order to apply you need to have an activity level of 30 if you are a Newbie or 60 if you are a Jr. Member
2. Send me direct links to your posts that you believe deserve to be merited. 3 posts per user MAX.
3. Your posts had to be written before 31/12/2018. Any posts after this date will not be considered.
4. No merit begging, merit requesting, proposing to buy/trade merits in any way. NO PMs, if you send me a PM proposing any of this I will not consider your application, your post/pm will be made public and reported to Mods.
5. I will only consider Newbie/Jr. Members who are making any kind of quality contributions to the forum. I have nothing against bounty campaigns BUT if 99% of your posts are in the Altcoin > Bounty Section / Thread Bumps / Off topic posts / Low quality / Spam / Nice project, good luck type of posts / you will not be considered.
6. Only NEWBIE/JR. MEMBER Accounts will be considered, no other ranks.
7. Only posts written in decent English will be considered, NO posts from Local Boards.

From the remaining Italian teams I see Sevilla knocking out Lazio, Napoli progressing against Zurich and I have a feeling that Inter could mess up against Rapid Vienna. They are more focused on ending 2nd in Serie A and Italian teams usually line up a mixed team selection for the Europa League matches.

Spammers usually have bad writing skills and their replies contain grammatical errors and spelling mistakes. Maybe an option to check the posts for such errors could be a good addition.

The guy didnt intervene but instead waited for his train and went home. During the investigation they somehow found out that he was a medic and he was fired immediately and had to face a trial. |

I dont mind seeing them but I understand why others dont want them around so it is a neat feature to have. They make good projects visible to potential investors and users and there is no problem with that.
What about avatars, are they still visible after disabling signatures? Someone suggested yesterday that gifs can eat up a lot of data for mobile users.

I cant remember any match by Juventus in the last years that was as bad as the one last night. They were not capable of getting 2-3 passes together. Just like I predicted, Dybala had to drop back to midfield in order to pick the ball up and try to carry the team but he was below his standards as well. I read a stat that this was the first Juventus match since the 04/05 season where they didn't even try an attempt on goal in the 1st period!

Will the in-game shares be connected in any way to the real shares and their values of the corresponding sports teams?
For example, Juventus and Milan are both listed on the Milan stock exchange. If the value of their stocks on the Milan exchange skyrockets or plunges, will it affect the in-game value of the shares?
One more question. What affects the value of the in-game shares, only the results or other factors as well? If a team signs a superstar or sells an important player will that have an affect on the value of the shares?
