Sold 1 one board the original built months ago. shipped it out to Florida

sold 6  two board units shipped out 2 to Alabama shipped out 2 to UK and I need to ship 2 back to Alabama Same customer. he like the first 2 units.

I have enough fans to build 4 more.

I have a psu or 2 on hand if you want a psu.

I am taking a break for the weekend I will build the other 4 on Monday and tues.

So if you want some let me know. As after these 4  I may halt production.

I am in discussion to do some mining farm work and may not have as much time after mid June.
13922  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: It is 2020 time for a new diff thread. on: May 29, 2020, 04:19:26 PM
Yeah people are getting some s19's today so diff is no longer in free fall  I thought we had a shot at 20%.

Seems more like 12%  will be final number.

the 9414 price and s19 gear arriving  will not allow a huge diff drop of 18-20%

Not sure what is ethical if I win prizes from raffles and I am giving these people merits.

Maybe easier to just not enter a free raffle.

13925  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: FPPS or PPS Pool with instant same day payout (Recommendation) on: May 28, 2020, 05:42:20 PM
Yeah since the jump.
let me double check this.

So you now have two risk factors.

normal luck.
fee luck.

the pps+ fee always pays. the 105 to 116% fees.

you never miss them not once.

day after day.

a six block a year pool now needs to hit those six fees during high fees times.

Fortunately since the 1/2 ing
kano pool is a lucky pool.

they hit a 8.3 block paid about 8.217

which is over 125% payout.

8.217/6.25 =  131%

in fact kano.is is god like since the 1/2 ing.

we have made 2008 blocks since 1/2 ing.

13928  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / Re: Software for Antminer; power boost by 15-45% on: May 27, 2020, 07:30:26 PM
Nope  it is not okay.  But by your logic what miners are okay to use?

Not bitmain
Not bitmain modded
Not innosilicon

Maybe sidehack usb sticks and his r606

Avalon was out of compliance I think they are back in. Not sure.

So to be okay I need All inefficient miners and free power.

Lets try it a different way  list the compliant miners to the license.

And I know enough about law to say a partially compliant company it not the same as a fully compliant one.

So as I type are any companies fully compliant?

If so who.

Which company has not violated the license?

As I have said I am pretty fucking stupid. Maybe I missed one.
13929  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: Laurentia Pool - for miners on: May 27, 2020, 07:12:27 PM
I know kano has had a very small next to nothing tx fee block.

I don't recall if it was under 30 seconds for sure.  I think the clock times were 9 or 17 seconds.  He was close to a fee less block.

Part of the empty blocks are due to manipulation and skipping the last transaction from the previous block.  Thus a very fast "empty" block.  But a block none the less.

So would you rather hit 5 blanks a month.  Or all the blanks have a small amount of tx fees but you don't get the 5 you lose one to a guy that went shortcut method.

I wonder which is better.  It would be really hard to determine how many small fee fast blocks happen for a pool using kano's method vs 1 extra block empty via the shortcut method.

If both are legal it is a pool operators choice to do one or the other.

As block reward 1/2 's more pools may not choose the faster method as tx rewards are greater.

But as I said I truly do know how stupid I am and will continue to be. So I just like friendly people to run my pools.  I am not going to get rich here. so why argue.
13930  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: Laurentia Pool - ? risk for miners on: May 27, 2020, 04:29:21 PM
I would like to point out that lifetimes stats for luck on kano.is

are 101.17%   for 2429 blocks

but that for the last 1000 blocks

the luck is 96.02%

and for the last 500 blocks

the luck is 92.41 %

This last 500 blocks took 153.8 weeks

153.8 weeks is very close to 3 years ago.

May 27 2017 is  3 years ago.

June 15 or June June 16 2017 is 153.8 weeks ago

My point is once BTC became valuable or more valuable

Kano.is has had really bad luck.

Coinbase price on:

 June 11 2017   about  3000
 July  13  2017  about  2300
 Aug  14  2017  about  4300
 Sept 15  2017  about  3700
 Oct   17 2017   about  5500

May 27   2020   about  9200

I could go on and since I am a stupid moron I will go on.

500/.92 = 543.47

so kano.is is off 43.47 blocks since his last 500 blocks made.

So As a stupid moron I ask why has kano.is had brutal luck over the last 500 blocks made by the pool.

Why did kano.is have great luck  when they made the first 1929 blocks

the luck was so good when blocks were worth very little
the luck is brutal when blocks became valuable.

Does it mean anything?  I don't know I am a stupid moron.

but 105% for 1929 blocks.   coins under 3000

and 92%  for 500 blocks.     coins over 3000

So  even if solo.ckpool sucks and lost 3 to 4 blocks out of 255 blocks

kano.is has had a 500 block 153.8 week unlucky streak.

But as i said I am a stupid moron.  Please correct my math if I made any errors.

Personally if possible I would mine in a:

 kano.is solo pool
 solo.ckpool

 pps+ pool

Its tough as Vegas gets really hot.  I have been there when it was 117F.

There are some passive tricks that cool air.
                     _________
                 >>>>>>>>>
                     _________

The tunnel above is neutral.

the tunnel below compresses the air then expands it this will cool the air.

But the math needed to design it properly. Is a bit past my pay level.

To say make the tunnel 3 feet shrink it to 2 feet expand it to 3 feet. Could be undersized a lot.
Also How fast do you size it down how long do you keep it at 2 feet and how fast do you flare it back to 3 feet.
But this is a compression effect followed by expansion and it will drop the temps on that air. At no extra cost.

I have done this technique in building a cooler 1 board s9 and it worked but that is on a 300 watt miner.  not a 20 foot container.

If you can get good air cool enough the ideas do work, but it is really hot in Vegas at times.

down 166 blocks.

we were mining at a higher rate today we made.

130 blocks.
13933  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Thoughts On Geo Cooling An Off-Grid Location on: May 27, 2020, 12:51:29 AM
You do not want a loop system.

If you run air into that u underground it will be cooler air.

just use exhaust  fans to pull air.

I shade the entrance to the hole in the ground.

That air enters at non desert temps. at least 10 f cooler then the outside air.

the key is the shading tarp and the hole.

note the circle that covers the air hole into the mine that is a filter

13934  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fees high on: May 27, 2020, 12:48:07 AM
Fees are still high.  I don’t think bitcoin is only for early miners who have a lot of bitcoins, and for rich people’s who have a lot of money they both can pay as High fees he wants. We have to focus on whole users wich don’t have *million of bitcoins and can’t handle such a high fees.

Read my signature.

You should have three coins

BTC is not fast and best for 1000 usd and up.

LTC. is fast and great for 100 usd to 1000

DOGE is fast and great for 100 usd or less.

Any attempt to end all coins and just do BTC for everything is not going to work.

Then I will make a screen record video. I did that before too. It is PRUDENT to change your passwords often.

Not here.

Password changes are considered to be a good sign of a hacked account.

You are far better  off making a 10 character partial password 3 different times.

then drag that into a thirty character password.

and don’t change it.

Well I have 1.8 ph of gear mining for 16 months zero blocks hit

A lot of the gear is stock bitmain.

My point is  10 s9's = 150th
100 s9's = 1.5 ph

So realistically 1000 s9's at 15ph should hit a block every 50 days

So if only 1000 s9's were done  we should have had more then 7 blocks hit last 365 days. once you realize diff was less then 15.1 most of the time the last 365 days

maybe 10 blocks for every 1000 s9's with the firmware.

How many s9's have the firmware mods.
      1000
    10000
  100000
1000000

my best guess is more then 100,000 have been modded.

so 7 x 100 = 700 blocks in the last 365 days were hit with modded firmware.  Good luck having more people revealing it.

The real question is why won't bitmain make decent firmware.

such as braiins.  The braiins options for the s9 are great and bitmain is simply hurting every s9 owner in the world by refusing to give a similar product.

I won't get into the s11 s15 or s17  or the t15 and the t17. and all variants.

Bitmain could offer good firmware for each and every one six months after eol.  they don't.

coins were made in feb of 2009 sat idle until today.

It is possible some one  has been tossing random keys for years  with a lot of pc/hashpower and hit a long shot.

It's possible, my speculation is someone lost his key and after many years of looking for it just got it and now moving it at last, one lucky guy who cash it out after a long wait, happened to me on one coin that I lost my key.

I have 2 eth coins stuck in a wallet.

I try to get them out every once in a while
