13945  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ManicMiner.in alt-multicoin parallel cooperative merged mining pool on: April 28, 2014, 06:56:55 AM

Also I like mining on this pool but mostly don't because no matter what difficulty I set I mostly get "stratum requested work restart".

Thi is not an error nor looses hashrate. is a normal stratum message. The pool sends new work in the same block and ask the miner to restart with the new work.
does this mean we have to restart the miner software again is this the reason why some of my workers are not showing hashrate I usually on my office and my miner runs automatically when my children open it ..It run on the background

13952  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: One worker on multiple computer advantages and disadvantages? on: April 20, 2014, 10:12:23 PM
One worker means you can have one config across all machines - if you have a working config and machines are identical - you can literally copy your startup command to every machine you want to run from and go.

Disadvantages - if you're mining with a pool that provides you stats per worker - you won't be able to tell which of your machines is performing well, not so well etc. - as all of your stats will be reported as one worker vs. using multiple.
make sense but seeing his stats ,it's not really desirable as each machines only shows 2 to 10 khs rate and all the machines average are  only 5khs ...but since he's got 30 machines on one of his cafe and 50 more from his other branch he will still run in profit but don't want the idea of getting his graphic cards to mine ..
13953  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / One worker on multiple computer advantages and disadvantages? on: April 19, 2014, 11:41:55 PM

13954  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ManicMiner.in alt-multicoin parallel cooperative merged mining pool on: April 16, 2014, 12:16:27 PM
Had 10 workers working on this pool but only mining using cpu my only wish is they lower btc fee if you want to payout through Btc but generally this pool is a good pool to work with not a generic pool with a lot features
13955  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][EMC2] Einsteinium | Funding the future with the future of currency on: April 14, 2014, 12:55:32 PM
Hi my wallet is showing error I need to upgrade my wallet or other nodes needs to upgrade how can I fix this error so the right
transactions can be displayed?
a wild guess would be... update wallet? Lol

Check first post of this thread.

I have deleted my wallet several times and already downloaded 5 wallet but I always get a notification that I should upgrade ...
WTF where can I get an upgraded wallet I have a payout to receive on one of my pool...

Please let me know if this helps!

Here how I fixed it and got Albert synced up..

#1. Close Albert.

#2. Make sure you enable "view hidden folders" if you are in Windows. You can find out how to do that here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/show-hidden-files#show-hidden-files=windows-73

#3. Head over to: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Einsteinium

#4. Delete everything you see in the Einsteinium folder *EXCEPT "Wallet.dat". Make sure you keep Wallet.dat safe (and backed up).

#5. Open Albert and give it a minute to start syncing.

Hopefully that ironed out any issues.

wow thank you very much man now I am now seeing my balance I can now cashout some on my pool TWO THUMPS UP!!
13956  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] MinePit - A new way to mine crypto on: April 13, 2014, 01:50:32 PM
not generic pool like the design and easy navigation but they should add more popular coins like potcoin or goldcoin
