to play MVP you need to buy 11 cards ? What is point of buyng card of payers and stadium ? Do people have any profit from this ? Not sure what you mean by 'to play MVP' but no you don't need to buy any cards if you don't want to. Many top players from around the world are free to add to your team: e.g. Lewandowski Thomas Muller Mbappe Cavani Gabriel Jesus Benjamin Mendy (currently injured but was a solid choice before that) Lacazette Aubamayang Ederson Casillas And there are many more as well. Of course Messi, Ronaldo etc are going to sell for big money but that is to be expected. There are also many free players without a big name who score points regularly e.g. Wissam Ben Yader at Sevilla, Vincent Aboubakar at Porto. You win XFC by doing well in contests and hopefully the new blockchain will be finished soon so the XFC token will be listed on a number of exchanges. If XFC goes to even $0.10 USD then winning one contest (roughly 3000 XFC) would be around $300. Even by placing lower in contests but doing it regularly, someone could build up a good amount of XFC and personally I think XFC will be worth a lot more than $0.10 USD in future. |

Hi dev. It is troublesome to select members for each contest. In the major league contest I choose almost the same players. So, please be able to specify the same team composition as last game(or past "My team") with one click. I've been using the new menu system for most of the contests since it was introduced and I think it still needs some improvement.
My main complaint is that the scrolling bar on the right hand side of the player selection list is too difficult to use. When I use the drop-down menu to select my criteria (rating, team etc) then this bar disappears and I have to move my mouse around to guess where it is but usually it makes the list move too far down and then I have to re-adjust to see the players from the top.
It would be good if it was possible to use my keyboard to navigate up and down the list.
If anyone else is having this problem then please speak up because these issues need to be resolved before the game is advertised to new players.
OK, so I've now figured out that once you've chosen your search criteria you can press the little triangle with 3 lines in the top right corner of the menu bar and it will hide itself again without changing anything. But it's taken me two weeks to work that out and if I was a new player who wasn't already invested in the game then I wouldn't have cared enough to keep going so I hope this menu does get some attention from the developers. |

Anyone else notice that Jesus Gabriel from Manchester City is not appearing in the player list?
I haven't selected him in another contest so he should be available but for Man City strikers all I'm seeing is Aguero.
yes i noticed, also dani alves is missing? I found Jesus Gabriel again a few minutes after posting the above message. He still wasn't appearing in the Man City team list but when I searched all 2* players he was in that list and I was able to select him. |

Long time lurker here and a holder of a considerable amount of these.
Their most recent statement left me, befuddled to say the least. Let me explain.
First of all, almost all ICOs as one of the first orders of business other than create a wallet try to get their coin listed on an exchange. Common sense tells us that this is so that market forces can decide a price for said coin.
By XFC not explicitly addressing the exchange issue and instead mentioning they are creating "their own exchange service", this tells me they are more concerned with creating a one way money funnel. Currently, you can buy XFC for fiat, on their own exchange, you will also be able to do the same. This allows them to control the fiat exchange price. By not allowing it to be listed on a crypto exchange, they aren't allowing their coin to be subjected to normal market forces, and the only justification for such an approach is to try and fix the price for their token to fiat. If you can think of another reason they would do this, I'm all ears.
If their original intention was to turn this into an arcade token or gift card style form of currency for their game, and to only allow the exchange of this currency into a one way money funnel (to them, and them only with no way of getting it out) then they merely exploited the crypto community on two accounts: one, they took advantage of the current enthusiasm in the cryptosphere to raise a lot of money in their ICO, anonymously, mind you, and second by doing an ICO, they did so knowing that a notable unregulated investment mechanism will have no legal recourse should things go awry.
As I said, if their original intention was for this to just be a game where you buy in with fiat, have your game tokens and play the game with no incentive for cashing out, where your tokens won would simply just allow you to continue to participate in tournaments or own more cards, then this should have been stated from the beginning.
I can assure you that I'm not trying to spread FUD here, I'm merely a concerned investor that by not explicitly stating in their roadmap, any intention or PRIORITIZATION of allowing this token to be subjected to either market forces or to be listed on an exchange that actually has volume, then this is deeply concerning/borderline scam-like behavior.
While I am happy they are working out their technical issues due to the limitations of their original blockchain, to not come out and say that they are dedicated to creating the MARKET aspect of their platform, a key feature on their website, then I am afraid we are all being taken for a ride. By only allowing money IN and not OUT, they are not only allowing themselves to control the price for more favorable XFC to fiat transactions, but they are leaving crypto investors holding a very heavy bag with no way of moving it.
I, and I would imagine others, welcome from the developers a specific response to the issue of how they are intending to handle subjecting this token to actual legitimate market forces (i.e. listing this on a legitimate third party exchange) beyond their own proprietary exchange which will likely have extremely low volume. The fact that this was not mentioned on their lengthy roadmap/feature list is extremely troubling, and it probably should be for any of you that wants to see this as an actual marketplace-styled fantasy game beyond an online soccer version of Magic: The Gathering.
Zanos, You've made some well thought-out points and I also look forward to a response from Octa but I didn't take the original statement to mean that the new exchange service would stop XFC being traded on other exchanges. "we will launch a new exchange service, especially helpful for the users outside of the cryptocurrency community, for easier access to XFCCOIN currency"I just took this to mean that you'll be able to buy XFC with your fiat. Once you have those XFC there's no reason why you shouldn't be able to transfer them to an exchange as and when you want. Trying to have total control over the exchange of this coin would severely limit the potential of this project and I think the developers have put too much work into this so far to all of a sudden blow its kneecaps off. Of course they could walk away right now with a few million in ICO funds but they could make life-changing amounts EACH if they continue to develop this project and let the market decide what one XFC is worth. |

I have another suggestion which I think will improve gameplay:
Would it be possible for the game to remember my team from the last time I entered the same contest? Or even better would be to have the option to start with a blank squad or my previous team. That way if I have done well in the same contest one week earlier then I can choose to have the same team again and maybe make one or two changes. If I had a bad week previously then I can choose to start with a blank squad.

hey roastedparsnip , do you think that because they start the campaign , all of a sudden everyone out of crypto will come, its not the case, it takes time , to have result they should start right now , so when the blockchain will be on it will have a good visibility, if they wait, tghen we all will have to wait again that their campaign reach peoples, again marketing campaign of something like this can take months, so no its not a good idea to wait
I don't think everyone will come straight away but those that do sign up for the game need to have everything made as simple as possible otherwise they will just go back to other fantasy football games which are easier to play. Of course FootballCoin has the attraction that you can win prizes but if you aren't familiar with the concept of an in-game currency or how to buy/sell that currency then that won't be enough to persuade people. Also, a bad review of any product or service gets noticed a lot more than a good review so I think it's important for there to be an easier way to buy and sell XFC before any serious marketing is done. |

Any luck on solving the issue? my ETHD is working fine i think you should check your block database maybe its corrupted delete the data bas but do not delete the wallet.dat file and your node list .conf file then restart the wallet and let it sync from the scratch i hope it solves the prob database is in c:/users/yourusername/appdata/roaming/BitcoinCashScrypt folder i repeat do not delete the wallet.dat and BitcoinCashScrypt.conf file in this folder Thanks for your suggestion but it hasn't fixed the problem. I think you are right about the block database being corrupted because when I open the wallet, it says 'Loading block index' and that's when the error message comes up. I also tried deleting and re-installing the wallet but it still comes up with the same error message so I'm not sure what to do next. I have my wallet address and passphrase so maybe I'll find a way of restoring it in future but for now I can't buy any EthD until I have a working wallet. If you have nothing in your wallet, don't hesitate to delete the whole ethereumdark @ roaming folder altogether Re-download the wallet just to make sure, and try again + don't forget to create ethereumdark.conf again I don't have anything in the wallet but that's the address I pm'd to the dev for the airdrop so I'd like to be able to recover that address. |

first im gonna repost my question : hey guys, at least we see that the team is working in the back. My stadiums are finally working so I can organize mega contests . I bought Old trattford which is home of Manchester United and i bought Santiago bernabeu home of the Real Madrid. I encourage you guys to paricipate as i put the higher fee to have higher prices. For those who didn't understand yet, those contest with no prizes when are post are gonna have bigger prizes as more people participate; the price goes bigger as more people participate. It dont go into the pockets of owners stadiums but into the prizes of the game. I put 3 top players will have prizes only, so bigger for them. Any comments or sugggestions , im all hear ?
i would really like some comments please, guys stop crying about listing on exchange, it will be done when it will be done, now we can only help them get the game perfect, the only thing i would say is yes im too a bit disappointed because they are late but the point im more disapointed is i dont see a major marketing campaign started yet, this takes times ;it should already be on the move as it will take time to have real results . Its not because the blockchain will be ready and they throw pub that people will come, they have to work on major campaings everywhere right damm now for it to have a good effect when blockchain will be ready . In the opposite, if these guys are not wise enough and start the campaigns only when the blockchain is ready then were in trouble, its not only the fact that is the better looking game now, theres the fact of first mover and good marketing.

James, it's good to hear comments from someone who is so heavily invested in this project. With regard to the marketing, I am looking at it in a different way. For this project to be successful, it needs to be marketed at non-crypto football fans. So you could market to those fans right now and bring them into the game but IMO most of them would give up before they could work out how to buy btc or XCP and then exchange them for XFC. For this reason I don't see how marketing can begin before new players are able to buy XFC more easily (preferably with fiat) Having said that, the marketing campaign should be fully planned out in advance so it is ready to go as soon as the new blockchain is live. |

Good to see an update on the menu system when selecting players. Looks nice so far but I would still like to see a fixture list when I'm choosing players for my team.
This can be done in one of two ways:
1) Display the fixture list on the top header above the player list
2) Display an opponent for each individual player when looking at them in the selection list

I refuse to be bullied into silence by some "know it all veterans". I and other investors on this project demand, a clear, concise and honest answers from the developers! I am absolutely tired of soon, how soon is soon! COME ON!
As for the one that suggested DEX or whatever low life volume exchange XFC tokens presently trade in, for the love of all that is good, the volume is not nearly enough. I invested 7.5 BTC on this project's ICO because I believed it had something great in it.

I don't think anyone is trying to bully you into silence. You have legitimate questions and if you really have invested 7.5 btc then I understand your urgency. I agree with you that there should be a much clearer roadmap with regular updates from the dev team but I balance that out against the fact that the game has been continuously improving for several months now so clearly something is being done behind the scenes. Mistakes have been made with this project and those mistakes have caused unacceptable delays but as investors there isn't much we can do. This isn't a public company where we can turn up to the AGM to voice our opinions. The best we can do is be RATIONAL in our analysis of what is going on and act accordingly. For me that means playing the game, telling others about it and buying up more XFC. I'm sure you must have understood the risks when you invested such a large amount of money into an unregulated token sale. With the size of your investment you could potentially make millions from this project but it was never going to be perfectly smooth sailing. I would respectfully suggest looking into yoga and mediation as a way of managing the anxiety this issue is causing you. No amount of btc is worth ruining your health for. And before you accuse me of being a shill for the developers, please check my post history in this thread. I'll be the first one to call this project a scam if it ever got to that point. |

While we are on the subject of NoLimitCoin, I have read that it also offers anonymous transactions.
This got me thinking about XFC and how privacy features would make it even more attractive. This would help people who want to use the coin in-game as well as those who want to buy, hold and spend XFC with debit cards.
Can the developers please respond and let us know if privacy is something they are currently considering as the new blockchain is being built?

Okay, now I am officially freaking out!!!! Have you guys dissapeared with our hard earned money??? Please if you can list it on an exchange before the end of this week or next, kindly refund our BTC back to us. I think I must now involve the SEC on this. We have waited for way too long.
I give the developers 1 day ultimatum to give us a definite date and time XFC will be listed on an exchange or I will MAKE sure SEC forces them to refund every single one of our BTC to us
Your frustration is understandable but the SEC won't be able to do much in this situation as Footballcoin is owned by an offshore company. I think it's positive news that ANX have confirmed that FootballCoin are their customers as ANX have a good track record and can move this project forward. Other than that we don't have much choice but to be patient. I was very sceptical at the ICO stage but I have more confidence now due to ANX's involvement and also due to playing the game and seeing that is is something that football fans will enjoy. Your best bet is to put this project at the back of your mind for the next 2 months and come back to this thread at the start of December. I hope you'll be pleasantly surprised at that time but remember this is crypto-world and everything is high-risk and high-reward. |

The Chinese govt. are not stupid. They know that blockchain technology is here to stay and as far as money goes, bitcoin is at the forefront of the cryptos.
Their aim isn't to kill bitcoin. They just want to have full control of it in their own country as they don't want more money leaving China as has been happening for several years now.
The Chinese economy has been built on exporting cheap goods to the rest of the world. The rest of the world (esp. western economies) are technically bankrupt but the ability to print money is keeping them afloat.
This means that China can't rely on those countries to keep buying their crap to keep the Chinese economy going. So China is looking to increase domestic consumption. This means they need Chinese money being spent in China.
But for many years the rich Chinese have been getting their money out of China to invest in property and businesses abroad.
So the Chinese govt. has been forced to introduce measures to stop money being taken out of the country (This is called Capital Control and could happen to USA, UK etc). But bitcoin and other cryptos became an easy way to get around capital controls so they want to spook investors until they can get some proper regulation in place.
And I would bet all my coins that some high ranking members of the Chine Communist Party managed to pick up some btc while it was on sale!
