What's with "monetizing likes", though?

I've tried STEEM and all I got was a steeming pile of social media garbage if you ask me.
When you start rewarding social media users for clicks, they immediately learn that clickbaiting brings in cash.
People start posting the dumbest sh*t they can think of, and pointless posts about puppies, sexy girls and personality tests.

Never, ever monetize likes.

Never invested in MOON. I have a few questions before I join the hype:

1. Does MOON offer anything genuinely fresh to the coin scene in the long run, or just a few year long rocket ride?
So far I've seen this as a Litecoin clone with a makeshift "coins for likes" functionality that is just a poor man's version of STEEM, which I don't support either.
If an altcoin doesn't claim its rightful place in the future of cryptocurrency, it will die out. This will happen to 90% of altcoins currently on the market.

2. Does a lightweight MOON wallet even exist? I'm not going to download 20gb of blockchain junk on my computer.

I just expressed my opinion here.
Do not confuse the concept of platform decentralized applications (ETH) and others crypto currency - which is a digital asset.
It is possible that for you the number of coins in the system does not matter, but for some investors this is important.

P.s
And by the way, - good coins do not need advertising.
So good luck to you and your project

Having an unlimited supply of coins is not necessarily a bad thing. Many coins do this and they still thrive.
Having a limited supply, however, could be used simply as a marketing gimmick to give people the idea of "limited edition" collectibles, and in reality this kind of regulation might not prove useful in any other ways.

It's strange that people buying this coin for $ 3.5 do not bother with this fact:

Quote
Max Supply: Unlimited, mineable (DBIX produce ~2.6 million coins per year)
Pre-mine for the swap: 610,000 DBIX

I'm new to cryptocurrency. Does unlimited supply mean that you can basically mine it for free forever and you shouldn't buy the coin?

no it is all wrong info supply is just 900k in first year then 1000k in second year
they are fools jumping here from somewhere without knowing anything
Difficulty has increased and reduced mining amount!!!! Grin

I believe in Dubaicoin and I'm currently buying it because I can't mine, lol.

So is this error message related to low GPU or just something else?
I still haven't found a way to mine with CPU because the latest version of ethminer doesn't support it and the previous versions are nowhere to be found.

I probably should just focus on buying DBIX instead of mining it, but I can't do that either! I've only found Livecoin that sells DBIX and they don't accept FIAT money payments. So, I tried buying BTC and using it to buy DBIX. This failed as well, because my transactions have been "unconfirmed" for a week now. Why is it so hard to acquire Dubaicoin??  Grin

mining is depend on your computers hardware
can you tell me how much GPU your computer have?
GPU means graphics card >> minimum requirement for dbix is 2 GB graphics card
and which company's graphics card you are using?
your .bat file looks okzz
but if you dont have graphics card then remove ( -G )
then start the bat file " without -G argument means cpu mining "
and the new version of ethminer will not allow to cpu mining
i hope its help you

I think I have about 1GB of GPU, is this the problem? It's an AMD Radeon.

Or do I need to have the Ethereum blockchain on my computer before starting with DBIX?

Yeah I tried to copy everything he does on the video but didn't work.

Hello friends. I'm new to the world of cryptocurrency and I'd like to start mining DBIX.
Unfortunately I have never mined before and didn't understand the tutorials I found.
Can you give me a step-by-step instruction how to mine DBIX?

I tried to download Ethminer and made Stratum-OpenCL.bat with this information:

ethminer.exe -F http://dbix.pool.sexy:7777/(MYADDRESSFROMLIVECOIN)/(MYNAME) -G

But I just get a JSON-RPC problem. Why is this?
