Last time, I gifted my sister some ETH to hold on her Trust Wallet and she plans to keep it for a long time due to her belief that it can go even higher.
Her wedding day was supposed to happen in the final days of December, but it was ruined because of the super typhoon, so it was moved this month. I’m so happy that she can finally walk down the aisle after a successful 10+ year relationship with her fiancee. The wedding is in a beach setting, far away from my city.
Not only I may surprise gift her some BTC, but I’m also planning to give her my unused SecuX V20 hardware wallet (since I only bought it at a special discount in exchange for a non-biased video demo). So I’ll just reset my settings there so that she can create a new account and I’ll teach her step by step since she has no experience yet in using hardware wallets (but already has experience in Trust Wallet and other non-custodial wallets).
After all, I already have Ledger Nano S and SafePal S1. I already educated her the basics about private keys, seed phrases, etc.
Your sister is a lucky girl to have a brother like you. I was trying to do the same but my sister was ignoring to get the knowledge on crypto. On the other hand i have started to teach it to my wife. Luckily she has got enough knoweldge now, after starting my lesson and she is now well educated to use all the platform and make transaction. Your sister are really gettimg a huge surprise from you soon and surely she will be happy on that. Hello,
I am planning on staking an altcoin to earn kind of an additional income to my salary.
Since I will be putting lots of money to earn a worthwhile return, I'm worried I'll put it in a crypto that won't be relevant in 3-5 years. The safest bet of course is to stake ethereum, but I don't like the indefinite lockup period they got right now. I like the Atom coin, but I'm not sure how to evaluate whether it has strong fundamentals and if it will be relevant in a few years (the top 10 cryptos now are very different from the top 10 a few years ago). Same with MATIC and a few other apparently strong cryptos at the moment.
I know it's impossible to predict the future but what would you folks advise someone in my position?
Its true that nothing is sure and secure here in crypto. You have to take riskso that you need to set on it on mind then ready to invest on staking to earn. I think the return percentage is different on different platform so that you need to search the high percentage of return platform then take your investment. I think matic is a right choice to stake cause it has a strong concept and more potential than any other project. You may look into Avax and Near which has really strong concept and more potential. I think you may get a good return. Hope for the best. |

as we know there has never been a bitcoin space to replace the existence of Fiat, but they can complement each other side by side, where bitcoin as an investment, Fiat as a means of living (in my opinion this is also)

Unfortunately you got carried away by your profit and didn't protect it with stoploss or your leverage is high. You got lucky the first time but didn't the next time and that is the trick of the market, giving you some and taking all lol. Maybe a lesson to you that care is needed in the market of trading, always you have to adopt the using of stoploss than profit. It is not any trick that he made to apply .He just enter on the market and luckily he made a few profit with high leverage and surely as he lost the next one .It could be a try on Demon not on the real market .Why he is trying this kind of trade with his real money ,i don't get it .At last he has lost his fund what he has .,I always suggest to trade on Demo first after getting a good experience and confident try it on the real market .Hope you can recover your fund on next time .Don't forget that trading is a tough way of earning if you don't know it ,Don't try it like gambling you may loose your all fund mate . |

Just recently, I saw a project trying to get more women to be involved in cryptocurrency by organizing a pageantry, and then asked for application.
My question is, is this really the best way to involve women in cryptocurrency? Is there no better way to get them involved? Because, frankly speaking, cryptocurrency is more of a masculine affair than a feminine thing. So how do we balance this imbalance in the Crypto space?
We all have different risk level that we can take and some women are that not risk taker that’s why they are not into crypto yet but soon they’ll come for sure especially if the mass adoption begin. Crypto is for everyone, we can also guide other people and tell the prod and cons of crypto, women just need the right information to begin with. I was really shocked when i had first seen btc on the value of 900$ ,i never judge it then and i was thinking then how could a coin price become this value .I was starting to learn from them and also tried to read the market .It continuously wondering me when pass the recent value and increasing the value day by day .I can surely say that the bct will hit 100k one day and the world will wonder for sure and we will be lucky person to enter on the market so early .However its true that we have fallen a bit on the recent past but market has started to recover soon and see the price is over 42k$ now .We are expecting that the uptrend and bullish momentum will keep continue on upcoming days . |

If you were able to leave the bears sooner than everyone predicted, then that is good news that many have been waiting for so that everyone who has suffered losses can quickly recover their assets back within this month. So hopefully this positive thing can happen soon in the market so that everyone's confidence in the cryptocurrency market can increase. The USD is losing value. The EUR is losing value. All national coins are inflationary, energy prices are through the roof and still BTC is only $36,500! People should buy BTC like crazy, this is something I don't understand, they keep using the crappy FIAT instead. FIAT will all make you poor! Don't come crying here after when BTC hits $100K, but FIAT is the worst investment someone can make these days. BTC is still cheap as peanuts considering its potential, too bad people don't see it, have fun staying poor and keep making those bankers rich. Unbelievable.
I always feel like that .If i had much amount of money i could buy more what i have bough is still not enough .I always though in the past when i was not familiar with btc and crypto that something will really replace on paper money for sure .Now the world are going through it as when we are starting to use it mostly as a currency .However you have said already that the major top currencies are loosing their value gradually but btc are growing as a asset .We can really able to buy it cheap price still ,i think we will not have that price in future .I think he who have much money don't loose your value to keep it on the bank so that you will become poor in the future for sure .Just think how much the value of paper money you use about 10 years ago and compare it on the recent value you can see you have lost enough value of it .So that we need to be more wise and make work our money to become higher value on the future . |

$Doge coin and shiba inu takes the lead in the past 24hrs as the most profitable coins after the last dip and here I am thinking it's over for meme coins, I understand that many hated meme coins for their own reasons but Im guessing that adding meme coins to list of your crypto portfolio for future is not a bad plan at all.
Its just your own plan .I think its more better to just invest a minimum amount on meme coin to avoid huge amount of loss .We all know meme coin has nothing reason to become more strewth then a strong project .It is always high volatile so that if you put here huge amount of money you may loss a huge amount .We all know meme coin has nothing concept on crypto it could go up for getting hype or any influence tweet .So that it could might a high for short time and after that fall a huge on deep .So that its more better to go with the top and strong project which are more potential and has a great future as well .Its just your opinion to add it on your portfolio but i always ignore meme coin and hype project which are mostly new . |

I keep seeing a lot of people who are fearing the price right now, many people who are getting out, and plenty that thinks it will crash even harder.
Why does everyone think the same? I mean it shouldn't be like this right? I have been long enough to hear "buy low, sell high" a million times so far, and it has always been said when the market is low, but for some reason, people still do not feel hopeful when the price is low.
I am not going to make your investments for you, it is not my decision to sell or buy for you, if you want to get out right now and feel scared then you should do that, it is your money and only you can decide that.
However, if tomorrow the price starts to go up, and if the price reaches 70k in 2022, then you should remind yourself this day when the price was under 40k, and you felt fear instead of hope. Because prices always go down before it starts to go up. I can't promise that it will right away, but I am not selling, in fact, I am buying more. Focus on what can happen, and not what has happened, that way you can have some hope for the future.
I also have noticed many times that discussion about to buy on deep and sell it on high .Its not my tricks ,mostly new trader follow this kind of strategies .I don't suggest to buy on deep and sell high cause most of the time you may face huge amount of losses when it goes more deep and takes many of times to recover .However you may right to follow this but we need to be more patient on this trick and also need hold our asset for long term .New trader always enter on hype or FUD and sell their asset on loss .I just wanna suggest them to research the market and analysis the market ,it will helps to make anyone their profitable strategy .So try to read the market always if really wanna buy low and sell on high . |

People are getting more and more worried about Ethereum's high gas costs until now.
Like myself, I still want to sell my tokens from last year, but remember that gas is so expensive that's why until now I still keep my tokens.
Because it is also impossible for us to sell if it is only enough to cut the fee but there is no profit for us.
The fees was really unexpected for all of us .Its true that the fees is still high enough to to make a token transaction .However the price was climbing to the up and transaction was continuously increasing so that the fees was also increased .Come back to the thread opinion ,not only shiba we were facing the high fee to make a transaction for all tokens .He missed the shiba but i thibk why he shouldn't buy it from the exchange and hold there ,really its making me confused .However we are using mostly the BSC for its less fees for transaction .Hopefully the pressure might decrease on Eth chain. |

Maybe he can be lucky to get back the hard drive. In this incident it is all his fate. Already this incident is a history, and now once again the history seems to be modified with the lost drive found safely. It is almost 9years after the incident. What he have lost is huge, and there'll be more users who have lost and have their life move on with some difficulty.

I Holded Doge for almost 6 months it doesn’t rise as much was expected,i shift to c98 it’s also on downfall ,cause the father of all the coins BTC is also in dip ,now i am on hold of the c98 and expecting for its Shine,i think luck matters alot in trading not only Good knowledge.
Luck matters when you are holding meme and shitcoins. Doge went up a lot in few weeks. I guess you FOMOed into doge. This is the biggest mistake you have made. Not sure what c98 is, but i think you bought that one when the price was also high. Or if it's a shitcoin, then it is very highly unlikely to increase. Better sell those coins and buy other top altcoins that has actual use cases and utility. You will make some good profit in the long run. Bitcoin is getting smarter now.
In Europe a number of politicians and parliamentarians in various countries have now started to accept Bitcoin as their salary.
