141  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: New Casino ZoomDice.com IS SCAM ! on: July 29, 2017, 06:31:27 AM
There are few reasons for manual withdrawals,

1. Bankroll issue, which i am hoping will be solved tomorrow (sunday.)
2. When we started the site we had some security issues like you could place a negative bet like -1 BTC which become 1 BTC on profit, generating same nonce for every bets using continuous  ajax request etc. that's why i disabled auto withdrawals. I already fixed those issues but still i am afraid.
3. When i started the site i made a wrong calculation i had a small bankroll but i started the site without any max bet limit, which was dangerous. Then some well wisher told me to set a maximum bet or maximum profit per bet limit for which i am really grateful to him.
All of these issues should have been thought of before the release of this site. How can you be expected to sustain a good gambling experience if you yourself are inexperienced and negligent of even the most basic things?
A negative bet, like honestly really? I'm not sure what you were thinking.

That was a bug. Every new site experience issues at the beginning. and nobody is perfect. Even primedice had security issues so they lost $1.5M worth bitcoins to a hacker.

But i learned many lessons from these mistakes and bitcoin community is really very helpful. You guyz helped me a lot.

One question may rise, what will happen if i don't get bankroll from my investor ?
The answer is that would be very unfortunate for me. If that happens i will pay the withdrawals from my salary (I am an Engineer) and i will make this site as a PVP site where no bankroll is necessary where all games would be between players. If you guyz can give me few suggestions about this that would be helpful.

You might ask why didn't i do it at the first place ?
I learned some lessons after i started this website. if i had these experience before i start the website i would've started with PVP games.

Please pardon my bad English.

Thanks Everyone for your help and continuous support.

I am supposed to get funds from investors on Sunday. then i will increase wager limit.

I won't say anything about the spam accusation until i pay him. And if you ask me if what he is saying is true then i'll say it is true except the part that we were ignoring him.

I am really sorry for the late but i won't say anything to defend me until i pay you. It is your right to get paid.

1. I have already set 1% of my bankroll as max profit per bet.

2. I have also added detailed information about investing

3. I will add live bets, profit, loss statistics soon when i get a a websocket server.
Nice, but i have an question, in this case i'm talking about Investment, if those people are interested to invest BTC into your site how do you make them are safe to invest in your site ?

We will only keep a few percentage of our bankroll on live wallet. Most of the amount will be preserved in a cold storage.

It's hard to trust for large sums to a new site. You can add an option on the site itself for investing in bankroll. In that way you may get a lot of small investors to increase your bankroll.

if you want to invest big amount you won't have to send the money to me. you can keep the money to yourself. I just need your guaranty that you will bankroll me.

How will this work exactly if the BTC is not in your posession? It would be like no-risk for investors since they actually get to keep the BTC.

If your site makes money, they get a percentage.

If it loses money, they just keep their BTC.

They will have to bankroll me. for example you want to invest 5 BTC to my site. You will keep that in your account. I don't need that. But when somebody request withdraw you will have to bankroll that amount. I can explain more in details. There is still a little risk if i fake the withdrawals.

So you are saying that your site do not have any bankroll currently? This just do not make any sense if you said that, we just need to keep our balance on our account, but when people want to withdraw their winning, it will be cut from our bankroll. This is somehow do not feel right here, so you can actually manipulate our bankroll since there is no fairly distribution here

actualy i got some bank roll today. will add a signature message soon

Where would the 5 BTC be located? Would it be located in someone's Cold storage personal Bitcoin core wallet or would it have to be located on your website. So the person can gamble with the 5 BTC while also keep it as your bankroll? This makes sense.

But if I say I want to bankroll you for 5 BTC, and I sign a message proving I have the funds, and you post this proof on your website to keep your gamblers calm. What is to say that someone tries to withdraw the 5 BTC, and I refuse to send it to you?

This bankroll is starting to smell like a scam...

case 1:
It would be located on bitcoind and will be available for withdrawal to users.

this is what i prefer.

case 2:
the investor can also gamble with the investment amount, yes he can but i don't see any points if he gambles with it.

case 3:
your question: But if I say I want to bankroll you for 5 BTC, and I sign a message proving I have the funds, and you post this proof on your website to keep your gamblers calm. What is to say that someone tries to withdraw the 5 BTC, and I refuse to send it to you?

answer: if my total bankroll is 5 BTC then maximum bet of the site would be 0.05 BTC, he will need to win at least 100 bets which is highly unlikely.

And i also don't prefer this investment option. But i can take risk for 1 investor whom i will choose very carefully.

I am not sure if i explained it properly to you. But one thing i can tell you i am very serious about this site. I didn't just paid some developer and purchase the script. I made this site with my own hand and i am still working on the site at least 18 hrs a day. And i love my site, I will do everything to make it run and with good reputation.

We understand that but it would also help if the developer contributed to some of the bankroll funding.

Because it doesn't seem fair to launch a site with 0 capital of yours at first while risking everybody else capital.

yes i understand

nothing unusual, maybe just the captchaless faucet is good Smiley
for a new site,it is rather smooth and I didn't experience any bugs
or inconvenient interface or something like that, looks familiar-interface is a copy
of the more established sites like primedice, bitsler and others
are you going to run any signature or other promo campaigns?

Yes i will

157  Economy / Gambling / Re: ZoomDice.com - Amazing Dice Game Site on: July 24, 2017, 07:21:41 PM
Not a fan of the current design, you should redesign and make it more attractive. no 2fa. where is logout button? why can't i change my password more than once in a day? needs a lot of work/changes. Roll Eyes

will add them. just started the site yesterday
158  Economy / Gambling / Re: ZoomDice.com - Amazing Dice Game Site on: July 24, 2017, 06:10:08 PM
Just make sure, IF you bring in a Lottery game that it is provably fair, because a lot of these Lottery systems are scamming

people and they influence your whole site's reputation IF it is bad. I see Freebitco.in has implemented a system to check the

validity of their Lottery and this will increase their revenue from that part of their site.  Wink

Yes I will. Thanks
