We cant say bitcoin is something new but for some areas and parts of world it is. There is no internet always, no proper news and education about crypto and main facts. Unfortunately many people have existential problems-food, wather or place to live. We dont think about it often. On the other side lack of knowlege is big risk and danger for newbies who want to invest.
Bitcoin was released 12 years ago, it's not exactly a new thing. But still very many people don't know about Bitcoin, maybe some people have heard of it, but most still don't understand Bitcoin. There are still many places that do not have internet access, this is what makes many people who ultimately do not get information about Bitcoin. Moreover, there are still many countries that reject Bitcoin, this is also a factor that makes many people receive wrong information, because they think something the government refuses is a bad thing. It is very important for those of us who already understand Bitcoin, help educate people around us who don't really understand Bitcoin. Little things we do by educating others about Bitcoin, can have a big impact if done by many people. The scope of information relies mostly with the internet and both of you are right, Those who don't have internet are not aware with this investment currency while those who have and capable are still doubtful with the way volatility really affecting the market. With said so, we still need to help the awareness by sharing our knowledge that simple act can deliver possible interest to more people around. Most of people love to have paper money in hands and keep it in home still. We have others too , in usa or western europe who do it other way but big part of world we have many poor people without internet and no way to know about crypto, coins and other details. It goes without saying that Elon Mask is very rich, so I don’t really believe that he is interested in earning on speculation. The reason why he mentions this coin is that he just wants to hog public attention, and he really succeeded in it.
On the other hand it is a really good strategy to pump coins using your authority, so it also brings him money. Nevertheless, people have understood that, so price doesn’t change so sugnificantly because of his tweets.
So you think he has not benefited from that pump? I guess the intention was really to make money because if he has a genuine intention which would want to help the market grow, he should have not shill a meme coin that has no fundamentals. Money and profit are main reasons for everything as usual but as people mention one of main reasons is ego. Nothing going to happen like in El Salvador. In El Salvador Bitcoin is a legal tender, but Paraguay doesn't have a plan for something like that. You may read Leaked Draft Shows What’s Inside Paraguay's Proposed Bitcoin Law. I don't know how true is this news, but it looks like Paraguay more concentrating to regulate cryptocurrency. However, there would be an opportunity for miners and exchange to operate their business from there. Since Chine closed this opportunity, so there is the hope of an alternative solution for miners. Hi, I agree with you but some people have goal and trying to reach that price to sell. Not easy to be so patient - main reason is the current situation of the crypto market. I have tokens from axis and with that kind of project i plan to hold long so will use 4 years stake option with quaterly payouts of profited %. So no strictly rule, but in general you are rihgt.

Well some of projects with real usage product can be good for investment now. Yo need time to check details about project offcourse and then decide. my long hold tokens are from axis project. Dyor and decide smart. your money - your decision. So every period can be good to choose some alt to invest in before developing finish and price go high.

According my 6 years experience only i can write about trading and crypto investment is that there is no secure way to make profit. Short and long have good and bad things and no rule at market. We had similar news and speculations earlier too. We need to have calm head and follow official news, best solution sure. Amount is big really. Some regulations there changing maybe but that procces cant be fast so I think we will not miss news from government and money regulatory agencies from EU cointries.

All top 10 coins are smart long term investment. Situation and last years proved that again. When price drop then buy more and accumulate in your bags more. No need to invest much. But offcourse dont invest your last penny in crypto. Risk is big , no free money anywhere.
Top 10 in crypto world changes though, it is not always the same. I am not sure if BNB was in top 10 before this year, but it was always a "good" one and that's it, this year it became third biggest coin thanks to help from BSC becoming a huge deal. At the same time we used to have BCH and BSV in top ten and now we do not have those things, we used to have dogecoin way way way down the ranking list and it peaked as much as fourth biggest coin at one point and still in top 10. I understand that top 10 gives people comfort but always pick the smart things in that top 10, make it top 20 if you want to make sure, and do not invest into coins that looks a bit shady and people talk bad about, nobody can argue that btc, eth, bnb would be bad, those are good, rest of the order has to be checked by you and after your detailed research you can find the real good ones that will not go down quickly. Ok, as you said not always same coins in top 10. better to say to use and consider top 20 coins. I tough - it is safest to consider and invest in coins which proved value cos survived bloody seasons and periods, stay stable and recover fast. Research is most important and first step, without hurry and calm need to be to decide smart, I agree. |

I think there is no better altcoin than eth, i also prefer some top altcoin that you can see in CMC, there are a lot of top altcoins there that you can choose. I also didn't invet in new projects there are a lot of scams and i feel unsafe you can follow CMC or coingecko for the top rank altcoin and do investing base on your own pick don't be dependent on other suggestion choose it by your own because at the end of the day you will be the one to get loss or get profit by your invesgment. its always eth is the best coin to suggest .You also mentioned about the top coin its enough for someone to give a guideline but he needs to research more before invest .We all know crypto is a high volatile market so that beside earning you can loose your capital as well .So that i want to suggest you to spend sometime on the market to get the market welly .However he said he is surviving his life and the investment is something different if he make loss he can loose his everything .I think he may hold the fund after investing on some good coin hope it can give him some good return .
