When I scroll with my mouse wheel, it zooms in and out of the chart.
Is there any way that we can shift-scroll or ctrl-scroll to pan left and right?
The zoom in/out is always base on the rightmost candlestick. Use Drag and Drop to move the charts. |

Please swap bitstamp with bitfinex on the top bar.
Horrible idea. Bitfinex has a shitty chart with extreme flash crashes and less price history. Bitstamp's chart is far smoother and better to chart. Finex has... Higher volume 1/2 price fees Margin trading Better liquidity Bitfinex = 646, China= 646.... Stamp = 625.... So.. the question is... why keep bitstamp up the top when its over priced, lacking features, crap site, crap liquidity and price is also gox like at odds with china and other exchanges. China has banned Bitcoin, the price of China could not be reference in global. Current price: BTC/USD Bitstamp 625.79 BTC-e 627.4 Coinbase 626.92 BTC/EUR Kraken 464.35 (equals 627.96 in USD) BTC/CAD Cavirtex 693.92 VoS 685.11 (equals 630.96 ~ 639.2 in USD) And Bitfinex's price is 638.1, it should be caused by margin trading. Margin trading will increase volume a lot and the price will be different with other exchange. Margin trading needs close position to finish the trading. |

In the Huobi BTC/CNY chart, 30m or smaller intervals: when the cursor is over the order book plot, the text that shows cost and receive ends with "The average ... SATOSHI/BTC" instead of "... CNY/BTC".

Because TradingView's EP setting doesn't work well for Bitcoin which has high volatility. I use highest/lowest price of 4 candlesticks as EP instead of 2 or whole period. It's custom parameter in design, 0 for EP of period, 2 for Stockcharts and 4 is default. But there are too many parameters already and all of them are saved in cookie, to prevent increasing cookie size, I didn't add the parameters entry. |

hi i have been having a small problem with bitcoinwisdom.com for a little while now. i can see the right side ( ask, bids, and latest trades ) but main indicator, volume, and MACD indicator are all blank. it is probably something on my end but have found nothing on it.
Is there any error message in console? Is the issue still exist if open site in Incognito window? |

lots of tabs, last 6 month I've never encountered a problem on laptop, all problems were on mobile only.
even if no tabs opened on laptop, mobile still not working as described above.

The IP rule is not changed at least half a year. If the charts loaded successfully once, it must be reach the connections number. As our record, about 1/3000 IPs reach the limit. otherwise the browser is not compatible. |

You know I had BoatBrowser/Opera having this bug, and then started used standard browser instead. But now standard browsers rarely opens it. How can I fix it? Don't say change mobile internet provider please  Now it works. Have you changed anything? I extend the limit, but it won't be long solution. It is hard to image the connections limit is reached if user uses our service in standard way. How many tabs and browsers you usually open? and is your IP shared IP or dedicated IP? |

Keep up the good work!  Market/volume profile was requsted by j98trader too. The function is a bit complex and is not nessecary for current charts, so it won't be added in short time. But volume profile is always a part of a pro charts and helpful for advanced invenstors, so it would be supported in future. |

still no Cavirtex usd/Litecoin  I didn't receive reply for how to use API and their API usage is in FAQ, it's quite hard to find out. Now the API is not stable. The trades data is in field "trades" some time ago as document write, but it is in field "orders" now. It won't be added until document and the API is matched. |

In the plot of the order book, what is the meaning of the grey line between the bid plot and the ask plot? It does not seem to be the arithmetic mean of the two, nor the geometric mean:
At the right edge of the plot, the mean of 3995 and 4150 (geometric or arithmetic) should be about 4070, quite a bit lower than the grey line.
It's average cost and receive instead of average price. cost = Sum(ask_price * ask_amount) receive = Sum(bid_price * bid_amount) average =(cost+receive)/(ask_amount+bid_amount) |

Charts not being properly opened in briowsers: Opera mini/Boat browser (android). It's being opened in standard android browser (4.2) but sometimes not. In fact it's not opening for like a week now, I just had lost patience When it's not opens it says "Loading scripts, it will take several seconds." And then stays there forever. Same happening on two networks: mobiel operator and wifi so it's not network problem. If it opened once. The most possible is the connections number is exceeded. |

Cryptsy DRKBTC chart has been stuck for quite a while now
It seems Cryptsy has changed their timezone again. --UPDATE-- The API returns nothing for drkbtc and others pairs. It should not be timezone issue. at least dogebtc works though it returns glitch data some time. DOGE/BTC and DRK/BTC uses same entry. that's quite strange for DOGE/BTC works but DRK/BTC does not work totally. --UPDATE at 15:55 GMT -- The time must be broken once. The repeated trades is found obviously in some cold market such as VTC/BTC QRK/BTC. I see. The last trade is in the future with incorrect date. For example, the last trade of DRK/BTC in our database is 2014-05-24 03:19 GMT. All trades is ignored before 2014-05-24 03:19, so the trades is not refreshed anymore. After trying fix the issue, with current Cryptsy API we used, It could not be avoided. because the tid is based on timestamp. Exchange should keep the time and data always correct. So finally only roughly remove all data between 2014-05-22 22:00:00 to 2014-05-24 18:00:00 Also tried their authorized API which provide tid and low lag. Unfortunately it has nonce parameter which must be in ascend, it is conflict with the way extract the data in parallel. It will reduce the speed to 1/8. Please check now No incorrect data received in two days, the issue should be fixed now. |
