HI
Any news ?
And no name change, please !

If Cinnamon will help then maybe she could implement merged mining like vlad has suggested.
I vote for the fresh green-blue logo.
Merge mining would be nice but I don't think that's what we discussed. I suggested to the dev and he agreed that it was a good idea to reduce the mining subsidy significantly and the max coin supply to 21 million. It was already decided I thought and the code just needed to be updated. But I don't know what the new monthly subsidy was supposed to be. We're now at ~1 million new CASH coins being minted per month. That's way too much inflation. I think we should aim for maybe around 120,000 new coins minted per month - kinda in the same neighborhood as Bitcoin. Let's decide so we can slow down this inflation as soon as possible. Cheers! Yes, reducing coin supply is the priority, everybody was on the same page with that.

I do sell at cryptsy and buy at mintpal, just for fun, dont have high hopes ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) I know - i'm trying to be realist ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif) it's just looking suspicious to me and i wanted to know what you guys think about it ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) How long it take to transfer coins from cryptsy to mintpal? 2.5 hours according to blockexplorer if mintpal still requires 20 confirmations for deposits and no hiccups from cryptsy.

anyone trading on cryptsy? as i'm writing this, there are 2 buy orders @ 700 and 500 sat for about 88k sat 2 (worth about 0.5 btc and our daily volume is 1 btc/24h) I did not hear about any news in development but this looks like some one know something that rest of us don't.

if you can sell it (even for 1 sat) and buy sat 2 on cryptsy or mintpal you will get a lot more coins that way (if the price will stay below 1000 sat per sat 2)
SAT was meant to be offline after 7,777,777,777 pow coins were mined, blockexplorer states that 7861200370 coins have been mined. And if any coins were mined after the transition to pos there`s no reason to change your SAT to SAT2. That was the point, but if you can trade sat for btc, doge or ltc as in comkort and it`s profitable, then way to go ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

hey Dev reply my PM Convert my SAT ASAP ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2Fo596HKT.jpg&t=663&c=1fShCi7QJbt18A) Hi when did you mine or bought these coins, before or after the transiton to SAT2 on 1st of july. After that date You had 2 weeks to contact the dev and it was already known 2 months ago that there will be fork. And i just checked that SAT blockchain is still alive, where can you trade SAT ?

Lack of communication is totally unacceptable here. I supported this coin heavily based on statements made by the dev team. Provided over 30% of the hash rate in pow and bought plenty. Since the initial paper the team have been abysmally quiet and offered nothing.
+1 I wouldnt be surprised if SAT2 is on mintpal removal list due to low volume, it seems to be the new approach, similar to bittrex. How time consuming that can be to give heads up for coin supporters ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif)

I did contact my classmate and he said he`s been specializing on paintjobs for last few years and isnt involved in computer designing process, that`s been delecated to designer, but he seemed to be interested. We`ll talk again on 5th or 6th of august, then i can specify the price and what does it include. So at current cash price we`d need 270K Cash or 315 to pay for full package at http://www.cryptodesign.net/ .

hey, same here, it was probably on 8th of feb. then i cleared sell orders up 4k sat.And i did hold these coins for months.
In anycase i could chip in for another 2500 for Shrem and 4500 for dev funds.
If anybody`s interested in new logo i could contact my old classmate who`s designing helmets for race cars. He has pretty distinct style and is definitely gifted by nature.Just give me some guidelines.
Thank you for your donation - I hope someone is keeping track of all these. We should probably get a wallet going or two wallets so we can collect these bounties. I'm new here so whoever the community trusts more is good with me. As for a new design, yeah, if your friend can help that would be great. This is the kind of help the dev needs I think. Maybe he can give some professional cues for redesigning the website too. Thanks! I have opened a wallet and donated 5k to the cashcoin.org fund , and posted the address , EjS6bAeEt9wfwYYjMybcphoV77Y2en9aMq as yet no one has transferred any CASH . If its a matter of trust then l understand . If some one else would like to collect the donations then l will send my 5k donation to there wallet. If we can get the funds together for the weekend the l can make an offer to Charlie Shrem on behalf of the community. tmuir12 you have not lost any money yet , unless you sold for less than you bought, which l doubt. Investing in the dev team is investment in the future of CASH . 10000 sent behalf of me txid 97a6e972a81bb34382d9d3776e312e3377ac9c0c94bbcb85e9c5605a705a938c

Yes for sure you can have more coin if you cancel your buy order and the price fall below it,.... But your stack worth less and less each time the price go down.... ![Embarrassed](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/embarrassed.gif) Here is what I do: (example) If I want to buy 20k coin and the sell side offer 5k coins between 210-250 and 5k coins from 250 to 300. I will then buy the 5k to 250 and put buy order of 10k at 250 and then buy the other 5k from 250 to 300 . That way it help to keep the value of my newly acquired coins in the range that I want it to be. If I was just buying 20k coins up to 400 and let the buy side empty probably that the value of my newly acquired coin at 200 - 400 will re-drop to 190 where it was before because everyone see a big empty hole between 190 and 400 ![Shocked](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/shocked.gif) Does that make any sense? yes, it does ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

Does anyone here know anyone in management at Cryptsy?
I think cash is a perfect coin for a 3rd market at Cryptsy. It would fit right between BTC and LTC.
Cryptsy used XPM last year for a third market but XPM had some inherent issues. I think CASH is XPM but with all those shortcomings fixed and it has a much better name and a fair launch as well, along with good distribution and less dilution.
It's perfect for the job!
Cash also added PoS which is a nice bonus for any exchange as it gives them a little extra consistent staking revenue.
I really think adding CASH as a third market would be a win-win for Cryptsy, its customers and of course, anyone who decides to buy CASH at these levels.
Regards...
I've asked BitJohn if they will be adding a 3rd market, and if it could be cash..... He said that for the moment they will not add a 3rd market and that cash is not stable enough for the moment... ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) Maybe when we will fix the coin and people stop dumping that much CASH it will be reconsidered... First thing to do in my mind would be to reduce the number of new coin each month, that would probably reduce a lot of dumping! And we should probably have more people on cryptsy to buy all that cheap CASH and build solid Buy wall to reduce the number of dump by people who don't really care about this coin... Example: If vlad had leave is 25K buy order at 269, some people (me included) would have add to it... so the guy who dumped 85K coin when the price has fall below 270 would have probably think twice before doing it if he was seeing more buy support... What do you guys think? The problem in your argument is that if the price is so volatile, you can have double the amount of coins for such low price that buy orders are being cancelled. If i had more btc i`d buy more from sell side, but i dont trade, just buy and hold. And about Bitjohn, he just might be foolmouthing, who says that cryptsy and mintpal team etc are not creating coins for PnD`s, and if the team is holding 4mil coins ready for dumping. The only solution for Cash would be long term goals set in instant with real world adoption with one motivated programmer who is interested in crypto as a concept and after that hard work for community, marketing team, additional devs.

Come on guys, there are a lot more people in CASH right now than are actually posting.
I paid a lot higher price for a lot of my CASH than many people here yet I've gladly donated 25,000 cash thus far.
We're lucky to have a competent dev working on this coin and very lucky to have someone like Shrem willing to work with us.
Loosen the purse strings guys before it's too late. At 200 Satoshi it costs nearly nothing to pitch in 10,000 coins.
Everybody pitch in whatever you can - as little or as much as you're willing to give - in any community, participating counts more than the dollar amount.
Regards....
Be careful trying to guilt people into donating The price you paid is a pittance compared to what some of the other people have paid here including myself. I'm more than happy to continue to help out like I have been but you won't see me throwing more money into Cash. If the new DEV manages to turn around cashes fortunes and makes me back some of my lost money I will then probably give him a thank-you reword, but not putting any more in now. I think you cashed it up to 1800. Thats less then 10% of the price I paid for a lot of mine hey, same here, it was probably on 8th of feb. then i cleared sell orders up 4k sat.And i did hold these coins for months. What's the best way of finding out what the last 24 hour's actual total payout was?
Total payout, meaning to everybody? You could maybe check our three pools addresses in BE for payouts. Will think more clearly tomorow, I am beat! ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) That doesn't look easy. ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) To everybody, yeah. I'd also be interested in total coins in circulation/existance. . . . but it doesn't look easy . . . ATM anyway. console>getinfo "moneysupply" : 3884048.84235201 did You mean that, minus charity fund etc. You're so right. And I knew that. BTW, do you know where there's any good console documentation? If You mean some user guide, then no, it`s above my knowledge ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)
