141  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Monero Reach $500 in 2019? on: March 17, 2019, 02:13:22 PM
It is predicted that monero will go much higher than $500 so that is a low estimate. However, for 2019 it is a maybe as the market is still unstable now. Monero could be the coin of choice for rich people to hide their wealth, it is better than bitcoin for this aspect
142  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A new look to KYC, from a customer's perspective. on: March 17, 2019, 02:11:07 PM
Often them team is just a profile picture purchased from photostock linked to a made up linkedIn profile. A formal verification system needs to be done on the CEO and senior members of the team to ensure that they are real, this would safeguard the investors from scammers
143  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency is too complicated on: March 16, 2019, 06:22:51 PM
When you throw in the KYC requirements it becomes almost impossible for newbies and technology challenged people. Even the ATM machines have camera's built in, it really needs to become so easy that you can pick them up at the supermarket for mainstream adoption to happen
144  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Death Penalty to ICO Scammers! Are you favor it? on: March 16, 2019, 06:16:49 PM
I think the death penalty is a little harsh but I know what you mean. These scammers are not only stealing our funds but destroying an industry. They are ruining the reputation or crypto currencies which could have a market cap 10x higher if not for them
145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Litecoins are on the up on: March 16, 2019, 06:11:50 PM
It is true that litecoins is going up, not sure the reason behind it. Possibly because tommy lee said that he wants litecoins to add privacy features and to make it fungible as well. This will make it a competitor to zcash and give it extra value
146  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Where do we go from here on: March 14, 2019, 05:42:50 PM
There is too much sideways trading but this is a good thing because there are a number of ETF's being considered by the SEC and they like to see a stable market rather than one that jumps all over the place
147  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is the cryptocurrency market starting to improve slowly? on: March 14, 2019, 05:41:56 PM
As smart investors know the best time to invest is when the market is down. This is therefore the best time because BAKKT is coming soon, so is a possible ETF approval, and the halving is next year. Can't get better than that!
148  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins are the best..!! on: March 14, 2019, 05:40:56 PM
Altcoins are the best because there is variety and makes the market attractive to investors. When watching prices of multiple items it is far more exciting then just looking at bitcoin which may or may not be experiencing a good run
149  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I need some Altcoin to hold longterm :D on: March 12, 2019, 06:23:01 PM
Try EtherShift(ESH) or Minexcoin(MNX) .
These two are great project MNX could be parked and would give you more MNX for doing it,
While ESH gives you monthly share from their websites profit,
But do your own research and invest only what you could afford to lose.

ESH is a nice hidden gem, it has just been built and has great support. This will be the new etherdelta but bigger and better. Never heard of MNX so can't comment on that. I'd recommend LISK as a good long term hodl, as their SDK is coming soon for DAPPS development
150  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum and Bitcoin Cash getting closer. What next? on: March 12, 2019, 06:20:40 PM
Ethereum appears to be breaking away, or bitcoin cash is failing to move. Either way people are putting their money on ETH right now, when things start to move I'd still stick with ethereum. Bitcoincash hasn't made any worthy partnerships recently
151  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: There should be huge wave of drop sometime in March to May on: March 12, 2019, 06:19:18 PM
Generally it is the other way around i.e bitcoin starts to pump and everything else goes red. This market is very unpredictable right now and is going against what we would expect. May will pump though due to the halving effect Wink
152  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto advice needed on: March 09, 2019, 10:47:13 PM
The only good one on that list is electroneum which pumped a few months ago. The others are unknown shitcoins that have no hope in a bear market. Sell them while they are still listed on an exchange and switch to top 20 coins instead
153  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All about bounty payments and its effect to the project on: March 09, 2019, 10:42:28 PM
The bounty payments have no real effect as they only offer 1 or 2% of the supply. The people dumping are the pre-sale investors and most likely the project team trying to raise funds themselves. They don't care as they already have ETH and BTC
154  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PRE-SALE] THEKEY -- UNLOCK THE FUTURE on: March 09, 2019, 10:40:28 PM
No harm is using a pretty lady to try and promote this project Grin The achievements so far make it outshine most other projects in crypto but it hasn't been reflected in investor interest. Hard to see why not, it should be ranked a lot higher than it is
155  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Neglect Projects that Promise Eternity, Yet have Nothing to Good to Offer on: March 08, 2019, 10:42:03 PM
Even the ones that actually hit the softcap are a world away from releasing something substantial. After the ICO has ended patience is needed which is why ICO investors are offered a huge discount on their initial investment
156  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Too late too buy BNB?? on: March 08, 2019, 10:38:30 PM
It is definitely too late to make profit, but good to hold just a few for reduction in trading fees. As it is just an exchange platform token it won't have the same value the other top coins. Binance is the biggest exchange now but next year it could be another platform, probably a DEX
157  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't give up yet on: March 07, 2019, 07:18:36 PM
Giving up is for people that do not take risks and just move slowly along in life expecting things to happen to them. Crypto is becoming less of a risk and more of a sure thing so smart people will not give up, they are investing right now
158  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What if ethereum had a maximum coin supply set from the beginning? on: March 07, 2019, 07:16:26 PM
There was talk that is was going to be 120 million as a total supply but that figures appears to be approaching fast. They should really implement this quickly while the market is down and investors have more assurances when picking investments
159  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trade my eth for LTC? on: March 03, 2019, 11:36:14 AM
There is a litecoin halving due later this year so it is likely to pump again. Timing is crucial but impossible to predict so just ensure it is done at least a month before the halving to maximise the benefits
160  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum Constantinople has been completed on: March 03, 2019, 11:23:20 AM
It hasn't been reflected in the price yet but good to see that the hard fork was successful. This means that the future of ethereum is going to continue moving upwards with scalability issues being resolved along with reduced inflation
