141  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How has past few months affected your gambling? on: May 17, 2018, 04:13:23 PM
Since I don't gamble using my coins it does not affect me wether it increase or in dip. I used my fiat money to gamble and I am more enjoying it in actual with my friends or neighbors compare to gamble in gambling site or online. I want to save my bitcoin rather than spending it to play gambling.
142  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: GAMBLING ADDICTION: when it begin, and how to stop. Let me help you on: May 17, 2018, 05:49:14 AM
As I saw my uncle become depressed regarding on gambling loss and addiction, i become pity to those who are already on these pit. But when this all begin? I hope i would get some gambling addicts here change their minds.

It all begins with a simple curiosity. A man is curious by nature and it sometimes lead us to places we do not want to be. We tend to get curiosed at first. What do they do ? Is it easy ? How do they do that? How can they earn that ? Can i do that also?. You start to wonder things you see on people who already on the gambling business. Seeing yourself on their feet and crave  about their life.

Now you want to get it experienced. You always look up on their winnings and get blinded by all the money they boast about. Your eagerness will get you on hand and start getting yourself into it little by little. Once you already know how to play, you are now on the first step to your grave.

It always feels like the first time.. This is what you tell yourself when you win and never realized that the money you earn is not enough to fill the money you lose. You just keep your bet until the last drop of your penny and even all your things convertible to cash starting to be the pot money. Now that you are addicted, its almost impossible to stop. Your mood started to change and even your family wants to push you away.

Now you want to die. and you know it is the only way to escape your problems. You have none. No money, no assets, no friends and even a family. The only thing left is you, your greedyness and your love of gambling. But is this the only way ? What option do you have? Let me help you.

Think about your life in the past. know how far youve been through this and how rough you have experience when you start to have this life you choose. Think the reason ypu start it. Is it woth it ? Now that you know the answer, start makong change. This was the hardest part but many people came through it, they overcome it, you can do it also.

Start changing yourself. if you learn how to love yourself, you can start loving others like your family. Start to rebuild your relationships with them by doing things you stop doing when you start gambling. Gamblers just love you when you have money but your family always loves you no matter what. Start moving away on things that remind you from gambling. The rest would be your own history.

Just telling how it started makes me feel bad. I hope those aspirant gamblers will not be in this situation.
I know you just want to help by your encouraging words but I will tell you the truth it won't affect those gamblers especially those who are already hooked to it. The only person that can help them is their one and only inner self if they are already willing and determine to change cos if not even how many thousands of people giving advice it is still nothing.
143  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why gambling is portrayed negatively almost everywhere? on: May 17, 2018, 02:11:25 AM
Gambling portrayed negatively almost everywhere it is because gambling had ruin so many lives already as human who easily get addicted to play and taking the risk even it is the last money in the wallet some will still trying their luck to win and unfortunately even how good your skills is you ended as a loser.
Gamblers think that they can easily earn money in gambling but that is wrong, I think gambling created for entertainment or as a pass time not for earning money.
144  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My bounty experience! on: May 16, 2018, 04:39:00 AM
The OP gives motivation to everyone who are bounty hunters too but my first bounty experienced was not that successful becauae until now the coin that they are paying us was still a shitcoin it's almost a year already but the coin has no improvement but I am still hoping maybe soon.
145  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stop Listening To False News... on: May 15, 2018, 03:32:36 PM
If you have strong belief in bitcoin whatever news are going out it won't affect you because you know what is really TRUE. We people here in BCT are the one who know more about bitcoin, so we should not easily believe it and always look or search for the FACT.
146  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can you wait to prove them wrong about Bitcoin? on: May 15, 2018, 12:16:54 PM
I already give my self a distant or make a gap with those kind of people , I am also sick explaining how bitcoin works and when they experienced some dip they talk lots of bullshit that is why I realize to never talk to much about crypto especially to those very shallow minded people.
147  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is one and only no matter what on: May 15, 2018, 09:09:09 AM
In my books bitcoin is one and only no matter what people say and or how they try to manipulate situation. I KNOW what bitcoin is what it stands for as for rest ... meehhh...
I will take into consideration something else when I can exchange it 1 bitcoin = 1 (something) .... but until that day Bitcoin is the king baby Smiley

I agree bitcoin is the only one and the KING of all coins in cryptocurrency with out the success of bitcoin there will be no altcoins. It also has the most expensive value of all that is why there are so much people love and support bitcoin.
148  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I just lost my entire wallet of 13 BTC. on: May 15, 2018, 06:37:02 AM
Cautionary Tale: I messed up. Big time. Please don’t pile on harder as I’m already sick to my stomach.

NEVER EXPOSE YOUR BTC KEYS/Seed to an forked wallet.

Two days ago, I attempted to split my BTC Diamond and BTC Private. I could not get it.

At some point, I exposed my Ledger Nano with my BTC on it, to each of their Electrum Wallets.

Last night, my wallet was emptied of ALL my BTC, 13+ coins.

Here is the transaction.

Here’s a signed message so you know I HAD controller of the wallet.
I’m not scamming, just utterly sick to my stomach for losing 13+ BTC.

It appears that I have now lost my entire life savings. I’m not begging for a handout but rather attempting to warn anyone new to the space. I’m sick to my stomach with the loss and my only hope is to gain the attention of the culprit.

If you have any space in your heart, please return the BTC. I’d accept a fraction of what was stolen. Please don’t completely bankrupt me.

149  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: why bitcoin illegal in asia? on: May 15, 2018, 03:51:53 AM
bitcoin illegal  some asia country bt why?can you give me some reason about this?? thanks
I live here in Asia and we can freely used bitcoin , many people here support crypto currencies and most of here are thankful for the benefits that bitcoin given to us. Where in Asia specifically do you mean mate?  maybe you heard it wrong....
150  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Dark use of Bitcoin on: May 15, 2018, 01:34:37 AM
1) Are you used Bitcoin to buy illegal staff Huh

2) which better to buy legal things  Bitcoin or Normal Bank system (PP,payeer, cash ,.............)
Buying illegal stuff using your bitcoin is possible but I never experienced using it all I do with my bitcoin is for legal transactions, We bitcoin holders should know much better that it is very wrong using it for illegal purposes that is why some places and some governments against bitcoin because of that bad motives for using it.
151  Economy / Economics / Re: How can we make this world economically better? on: May 14, 2018, 03:08:59 PM
The government should stop being corrupt and give people an opportunity to have a job because that is the best answer for all people who suffered from proverty. I think giving money to people will make them more lazy its because they will depend what are people giving, if you want to help them they should knew how to help their selves first but in the situation of Africa those rich countries should make a move to help them first give them proper education and give them a work so that they will have money to buy their needs especially food.
152  Economy / Economics / Re: What if all the governments of the country united to strictly prohibit the exist on: May 14, 2018, 09:43:33 AM
I think it is very difficult to make the whole world ban bitcoin, because bitcoin is the first very good digital currency and greatly affect the economy of a country, and if that happens then I will quickly exchange all my bitcoin coins with FLAT money ...
Yes, Bitcoin is so difficult to ban all over the world because many people are now patronizing it and many people are so happy for bitcoin comes in their/our lives it given us people a good income compare to work in a regular job but if ever it will happen just like you and to others I will convert/exchange it to FIAt/local money.
153  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling and investment - different discussion on: May 13, 2018, 04:36:09 AM
I can't understand one thing here.
Gambling websites usually promote their sites as best web to visit for gambling and winning. They tell you: Come here and win big but also at the same time they offer investment option and here they say again - invest and profit much. Website profits when users lose money so..
This also at the same time means: Players lose much here, so invest in our bankroll to get huge profit with us.
Can't understand of those casinos..
It is part of the business ,promoting like that it is their tactics so that plenty of people will attract and play. And if you get easily tempted you will join and play with their games also invest then you don't notice that you already lose.
154  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you still continue? on: May 13, 2018, 01:29:30 AM
What will you do if after losing several times in gambling, you are left with only small amount of money and that money will be for your fuel or for transportation, will you still continue with the little you are left with? What if you lose?
I would stop playing for sure because that money left is intended for my transportation, I don't want to walk from casino to my home it is very too far mate hahaha. Never take a risk your small amount of money to play because regrets will follow .

156  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Quit your job to promote bounty campaigns fulltime: unrealistic???? on: May 09, 2018, 06:29:13 PM
Last night I had a discussion with a friend if it's possible to quit your job and make a fulltime living of promoting bounty campaigns.
My friend thought you need to promote a lot of bounties at the same time (100 per week), to compensate for the
uncertain number of bounties that will never to lead to any income (coin cannot get listed, withdrawal fees of exchange is too high, scam, etc.).

So the question is: do you agree with this statement?
I don't knew if i have to disagree or agree it is because I knew some of my friends did well and can provide their needs just by promoting bounties maybe if you are so good in choosing ICO then it will pay you a very excellent amount then maybe he is right but for me I would still like to have a stable job .
157  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you sell right away or wait? on: May 09, 2018, 11:20:43 AM
I wait at this time but incase I need to sell I will do especially if there is an emergency. The purpose of my bitcoin is to provide my childrens needs and to save money so I won't think many times if I need to sell/convert it for them I will do to give them the best.
158  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin & College students . on: May 09, 2018, 10:01:32 AM
I believe that a huge portion of the the crypto community are still young college students that don't have any necessities that need another source of income aside from their scholarships / the money they are getting from their parents .
And apart from spending their cryptos on either betting or purchasing goods/video games from online markets , many of these students didn't make plans for what they'll do with their coins in the future.
I myself have had many thoughts about hodling and launching a business as soon as i graduate with the coins in my possession , yet i'm not exactly sure what i'll be doing ..
So i'm really curious about :
- On what do you spend your coins apart than partying/gambling/paying for tuition loans ?
- Do you have any future plans for your coins if you are hodling any ?

I am not a college student anymore ,I am a plain housewife I spend my coins paying my bills, buying our necessity and same as you I am also planning to have a business . I have so many plans that I want to reach and i knew by the help of bitcoin I can achieve it.
159  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do I stop panic selling cryptocurrency? on: May 09, 2018, 08:23:58 AM
when I was new here I easily got panic but when I learned how it works here ,I don't frustrate myself if ever the price go down because I know that it will recover again. You only loss when you sell your coins but as long it is there in your wallet don't loss hope.
160  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin Money or Currency on: May 09, 2018, 06:37:07 AM
mon·ey (noun)

- a current medium of exchange in the form of coins and banknotes; coins and banknotes collectively.
---

cur·ren·cy read as ˈkərənsē (noun)

-a system of money in general use in a particular country.

So, is bitcoin money or currency?

Bitcoin is a currency in digital form and it turns to money when we exchange it to our fiat/local money. I see more bitcoin as an investment where I can earn profit.
