How many people are already working on the project? Is the staff enough to implement the planned? Or will people be recruited?
We have relatively large team of 50+ members and we actively hiring more people

To date, what have you already done to the developers described in the WhitePaper? Is there already some kind of "baggage" for development?
MVP already developed and in real world testing with initial client. Initial client signed to multi-year contract (Arizona Care Network supporting 5,000 providers and over 250,000 members). Early-stage expressions of interest from healthcare networks in several countries/regions. Successful Pre-sale.

How is it done, written by Care.Protocol? Is it possible to be sure of its safety?
Care.Protocol is the foundation for the event based approach and is designed to deliver events to all parties to whom event is of interest. Each entity can read an event by pairing with an entity, subscribing to an event and accessing an event ledger. Access to events is based on public-private hierarchy with all events that are stored in Blockchain ledger. Care.Protocol is built using event based architecture and manages events between all components of the platform and between physical and logical entities. It is a proprietary event handling protocol to organize event hierarchy and event flows. Protocol.Pairs is a powerful innovation to make decentralized administration of healthcare and benefit administration possible. Care.Protocol creates an organization model of entity pairs called Care.Protocol.Pairs. Care.Protocol allows each entity in a pair to have a 32-digit protocol ID and using the protocol ID, entity registers on the network to form protocol pairs. They “sign” a contract that binds them to rules of relationship with Wallets, cards, coins, endpoints which are then governed by pair rules. A protocol pair captures all elements of the relationship. Protocol pair definition is kept in the Blockchain and is contract between parties. Each pair is also bound to a smart contract on the Blockchain. In conclusion, you can be sure for its safety.

First thing that comes to my mind when I read about your project is ETHeal. Are there any fundamental differences between you and them?
Hi, What really differentiates Solve.Care is its focus on the administrative payments network and avoidance of EMR data storage. The latter is a complex arena fraught with regulatory and privacy hurdles. There are many healthcare projects and most are focused on clinical/medical records. We are unique in that we are focusing on using Blockchain to improve access and payment of healthcare. Our solution allows insurance companies, governments worldwide and employers to delegate power to see any physician using a delegated eligiblity contract and delegate payment authority using Care.coin. This is a highly innovative use case of Blockchain that actually allows you and I to see the doctor we want to see and pay them using insurance dollars. It will change the way healthcare is administered in the US and most other countries Thanks for the quick wrap up of the differences. Are you already in talks with insurance companies and do you expect some of them to adopt your system quickly? Yes, we are communicating active with 5 major clients (insurance, hospital, government). Stay tuned!

Does the world have any restrictions on the use of the project? I heard that it is not possible to work on such technologies everywhere.
No, There is no restrictions of using Solve.Care platform. Solve.Care has already signed a multi-year contract with Arizona Care Network, a leading accountable care organization in the US, to develop a blockchain technology platform with a promise of improving clinical outcomes, relieving healthcare’s administrative burdens, and reducing costly waste within the system. We expect to be deployed in healthcare delivery systems in multiple regions around the world including but not limited to US, Canada, Middle East, Europe and Asia. Welcome on our journey that will alter global healthcare administration and payments!

What blockchain did the developers chose as a base for their cryptocurrrency? It’s interesting to learn about motivation of their choice.
Good question. Solve.Care is indeed build on the Ethereum platform, so CAN is an ERC20 token. But we are developing 2 brances in parallel - Hyper ledger and Ethereum, to see what works better for our case. Hyperledger has large community, documentation, buy-in from large enterprises and it is under Linux Foundation umbrella. It also has a concept of channels (very similar to lightning concept in Bitcoin blockchain). On other side, Ethereum stack is a proven technology also with large community and well-thought smart contracts.

I liked this project, I think it will be joined by a large number of investors! Is there a bounty program?
Solve.Care Team and advisors successfully closed the first stage of token sale We’ve sold 212,000,000 CAN tokens. No, don't have a bounty program. We have an Airdrop and a referral program. Airdrop program:All participants of the Airdrop will receive 100 CAN tokens for free.Join Solve.Care bot on Telegram that will be up and running to assist you. It’s vital to act within the bot to get CAN tokens. Referral program:Share the unique link from Solve.Care bot or the wallet on our website and receive 20 CAN tokens for free for every referral that became a part of our community.

Something I got confused in the whole range of services offered by the project. The platform is going to independently connect patients with doctors? Or some other approach? If the first, then what is the difference from the others? I've seen projects which use the AI to accompany patients and interact with the attending physician.
Solve.Care is a platform created to decentralize and fully rethink the management of health programs on a global scale, as well as benefits. The patient himself manages everything! It is important. Ok! And where will he manage this activity? Through broad access to medical care, systematic and effective interaction with physicians, and the use of large functional related areas. It's all clear! Platform as arranged? Solve.Care consists of Care.Wallet, Care.Cards, Care.Coin, and Care.Protocol, designed to manage health services and use all the opportunities, synchronizing them among themselves. Of course, everything is based on decentralization The question is about money! What can Care.Wallet be used for? Care.Wallet is an end user application that is very easy to use. Care.Wallet houses Care.Cards and Care.Coins that put the consumer in full control over information and actions. Care.Wallet and cards automatically sync with other wallets, resulting in real time coordination across all stakeholders . Check the video how it works: https://youtu.be/gcZfpIvlWEo

And how now can I buy the tokens at such an attractive price? If comments on the exchange are closed? I apopal into a similar situation with the Safinus project, but everything quickly resolved. Is it the same here?
We successfully closed the first stage of token sale. The second stage of token sale starts on March 31 till April 15. You will be able to buy tokens for the price $0.1 per token. Welcome to participate in it: https://solve.care/tokensale

The healthcare sector is in some crucial need of organisation. It's the worse kind of sector in terms of "lean manufacturing". I understand that solve.care is introducing some kind of Enterprise Resource Planning. However, I don't to understand why blockchain / decentralization are used in this case. Can someone clarify?
Solve.Care has become possible by combining decades of experience and domain expertise in insurance systems, government programs, clinical management, care coordination and employee benefits administration with recent technological innovations such as a Blockchain, smart contracts, machine learning, behavioral, clinical and transactional analytics. The growth of Blockchain technology is the paradigm shift in health care that will allow for true coordination of care administration that the Solve.Care platform can achieve.

What will happen to the tokens which wont be put on the ICO? If there’re any, of course.
They will be destroyed, burnt. Additional emissions aren’t planned! Correct! All unsold tokens will be burned.
