 before all  sorry for my english , i m french.......

  i m new on this pool until yesterday...i try to be familiar with all this stuff.... i remark most of time my actual works is 3 to 5 time higher  than expected work

  and result be on red with 20 to 35mn to find .... if good understand that come from the difficulty level  

  if yes how i can set up this parameter , i already try to do workername.username_diff like they said but that put my miners in inactive status
