Yes, some countries has banned people from particiapting in ICO. There are many reason behind, some of the ICO are scam and hence govenment has bough some regulation. KYC is a good idea but doesn't give 100 % security against scam. India has banned fiat-crypto purchase through bank but haven't banned from praticipating in ICO.

It's hard to say. But given the market status, it's gonna take a while to reach $200 again. I would say another 1-2 years, sluggish market keeping investors away. In future need for bockchain technology will grow and old horse like neo will excel.

Better go with exhaust fan and put additional fan to ensure you don't break the rig. One has to be careful while mining , hot air can mess up performance and through put.

Not sure if it's a scam exchange. Their charges are high and heard the bots are trading in the exchanges. I prefer binance and kucoin over Hitbtc. Htibtc is slow and charges are insane.

There are many altcoins available. I would suggest you to do your own reserach before investing on altcoin. Look for a Altcoin with good idea and low circulation supply. Check if they have MVP and analyze the idea behind the project. Only then invest. NPXS, Ncash and BBOS are good. Check.

ETH is king of ICO for sure. Most of the ICO's are based on ETH network. ETH offers easy integration and development of smart contract. Off lately, we are seeing congestion in network . I hope they will come up with some kind of mechanism to scale up.
