141  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Learning Cryptocurrency in Universities? on: May 12, 2018, 08:25:18 AM
Cryptocurrency should be taught in IT courses only, optional for non-IT students. Online learning is the most ideal flatform for non-students, professionals, retirees, housewives, etc.
142  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook appointed David Marcus to explore Blockchain on: May 12, 2018, 02:33:29 AM
That’s great news! With more than 2 billion users around the world, Facebook would finally put to rest the claims of skeptics that cryptocurrency is a scam or a Ponzi Scheme. A giant leap towards becoming mainstream.
143  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is there a chance Satoshi is dead? Car accident, heart failure, ect on: May 12, 2018, 02:20:34 AM
He probably included the bitcoins on his last will and testament. If he died, his family would found out who he really was. Let’s just hope that Satoshi Nakamoto doesn’t want his identity to be kept secret even after he died.
144  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are banks and governments scared of Bitcoin? on: May 12, 2018, 02:03:11 AM
Maybe because some people are getting scammed and criminals are using bitcoins for money laundering purposes. Not all governments are bad. Banks are businesses that just want to have a piece of the action. I’m sure we can all find a way to coexist for the benefit of everyone, criminals excluded.

146  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mining virtual currencies for charity on: May 10, 2018, 02:40:27 PM
That’s one of the ways bitcoin is helping humanity. A good counter to recent news that criminal organizations are using bitcoins to evade the law.

148  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: HODLing will get you nowhere on: May 10, 2018, 02:30:47 PM
HODLing got me some big payouts. It’s a hit-or-miss thing. I guess I’m just lucky with my choice of ICOs. Background checking on the companies also played a good part.
149  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How is the price of ETH next 2020? on: May 10, 2018, 08:31:01 AM
No one can really accurately predict this things. No such thing as cryptocurrency analyst/expert. All I know is the value would be in four-digits.
150  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do we need to diversify? on: May 10, 2018, 08:20:26 AM
Absolutely! Diversifying investments is Investment 101. Not putting all the eggs in one basket is pretty much self-explanatory.

152  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: There is no doubt that bitcioin will be replaced by another cryptocurrency on: May 07, 2018, 01:54:24 AM
Why is there an obsession for some people to dethrone bitcoin? Don’t get me wrong. I also hold Ethereum, Litecoin and participates in ICOs. But why hate on bitcoin? I got news for you, bitcoin will always be THE COIN, the ALPHA COIN, the generic name for cryptocurrency. Many have tried, but failed to unseat THE KING!
153  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Expectation of investment return from BTC. on: May 07, 2018, 01:48:18 AM
From medium to long-term, can’t handle the stress of day trading. Right now, on waiting mode for the next run to another record high.
154  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Steve Wozniak: Bitcoin is mathematical on: May 05, 2018, 09:49:34 AM
Take it from the co-founder of one of the most successful companies in the history of the world. The Woz. Genius. Mathematician. Legend. Can’t go wrong with that.
155  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is investing in bitcoins today late? on: May 05, 2018, 03:14:48 AM
No, you’re just in time. Keep waiting and you lose some of the expected windfall when bitcoin hits another record high before the end of the year.
156  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to Shut Up Bitcoin Haters on: May 05, 2018, 02:44:53 AM
I think by now, everyone is already aware that bitcoin is not a scam or a Ponzi Scheme. Unless one is on denial mode. The fact that it will be on Nasdaq soon and the entry of Samsung into
cryptocurrency changed the mind of many skeptics.

158  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What will happen to the market over the next few months? on: May 04, 2018, 01:25:39 AM
The next few months will be very exciting for cryptocurrency. All indicators point to another bull run. 2018 will be another banner year for bitcoins and altcoins. The values are starting to rise but still is considered a bargain. Happy hunting!
159  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How can a newbie benefits from crypto revolution on: May 04, 2018, 01:15:13 AM
It’s been two weeks already since you asked the question. You’ve probably got some idea by now on how to raise some capital. Please do share to the newbies out there.
160  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The existence of bitcoin is still lacking on: May 03, 2018, 04:42:26 PM
A lot of people still think bitcoin is a scam or a Ponzi Scheme because it is not regulated. They don’t want anything to do with something that is banned in some countries. Some are just too lazy to understand technology. People need assurance that this new technology is covered by laws. The recent agreement on the G2O Summit and the entry of giant conglomerates like Samsung into cryptocurrency erased some doubts from millions of skeptics. There are billions of us but we are getting there.
