The Bank of Russia said it will allow cryptocurrency mining in the country, given tax, control, and reporting considerations. However, the central bank also proposes for crypto miners to sell their coins overseas, which will still oblige them to pay taxes.
As I know this is not an initiative of the Bank of Russia, but the Ministry of Finance (if I mistake give me plz proof-link). Now in the russian government there is only the initial version of the project, in which there are many inconsistencies. But, at least, it defines cryptocurrencies. And this means that they will get legal status. |

According to you . if in the current time, what do you do when bitcoin decreases current price? do you sell or hold and buy bitcoin again?
and do you think that bitcoin prices will rise in the near future? give your opinion and your reasons whether bitcoin will rise or even drop drastically?
It seems to me that selling BTC just now is a great folly. The crypromarket will continue go down, but it is time to invest more in BTC and wait for a second half of 2018. |

IMHO for earning BTC due to mining you should have great start-up capital. On the contrary, investment is possible even in small amounts.
Of course, if you have a lot of many mining and investing are similar in terms of profitability. However, it is necessary to take into account the fact that now the price for BTC is gradually falling. That why now it is profitable to trade with crypto.

The newly proposed legal framework would properly define regulatory requirements for cryptocurrencies, ICO's mining and traiding. Of course, merit system affects on the fact that all of the newbies can't enhace their rang to Jr.Member. But I'm not sure, how this problem affects on the current Jr.Members. Why will they not to take their bounties after the end of campaign? Could someone explain this?

Hi! In my opinion there are some feature of od Bounty program. First of all, developers should provide everyone their roadmap and whitepaper. Then, the campaign term should not be very small (usually, bounty continues for a several months, not weeks). And, of course, developers should answer on all of yourquestions about the project. |
