141  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if a person died with BTC!! on: December 21, 2017, 12:23:47 PM
I find this topic worth discussing for. Let this be a warning to all of us. We do not know when will be our last journey in this world, so, as early as now, we must have someone in our family to discuss with it plus a written private key hidden somewhere in the house so that when time comes that you are gone, and they will discover, all your efforts will not be gone with you.
142  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is holding bitcoin Greedy? on: December 21, 2017, 12:15:07 PM
I think its up to people who judge you, but for me its about how you manage your coins and not to be so addicted to it, remember that not only bitcoin running your life and when you die you can bring bitcoin in heaven, so don't focus on it and balance your life, dont be greedy
Some limited minded people are thinking that bitcoin holder are greedy so I want to explain them that all people want to earn money for their life and for earning money people are doing various jobs like business, regular jobs etc so just like that traders are holding bitcoin for future so that when the rate is increased then they will sale their coins.
I agree with the balance thing, what' s the point of having many bitcoins while you have broken relationships with family and friends. Always make time for them, but if you re doing it for them, that is not greedy at all. Just keep your balance. Happiness is not always in the money but if you have both the abundance and healthy relationship, then you are living the perfect life.
Having said that, holding is way easier and less time consumption than the other ways of earning bitcoin. With that, you can maximize your time with your loved ones to keep that balance. It is also not good to have all the money while sacrificing your social life. How will you enjoy your bitcoin earning if you have no one to use and share it for?
143  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is holding bitcoin Greedy? on: December 21, 2017, 12:07:13 PM
No. Its not being greedy but its your right to hold it. Its your right to hold it to wait for the right time to spend it. Holding of bitcoin is part of the process since we need to get the best price as possible. We hold it for future use. Its more favorable also to hold it since buying it now is more expensive than the price when we buy it before.
Totally agree with all of that. It is our right what we do with our bitcoins. They should keep their limitations on commenting others on how they want to do with their things. Buying is not as easier as before. It really is hard to buy now since it is far expensive than before.
144  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is holding bitcoin Greedy? on: December 21, 2017, 12:02:45 PM
It is being greedy if holding means more profit in the future for yourself and your family. Nothing is wrong with holding your bitcoin longer than the others. It is our bitcoin, we do what we want with it. No one should be judging is with that. Whatever they want to say, it' s your desire that counts, not theirs.
145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what to do if bitcoin decreases? on: December 14, 2017, 07:59:00 PM
When the bitcoin decrease, there is nothing you can do about it since it is out of your control. But if you fear to lose your profit, you can sell them or, you may want to wait for to to rise again. It is not a secret to us that bitcoin sometimes goes up and down. Don't panic right away if it decreases a little. Be patient because patience sometimes has a sweet reward.
There is no point in selling it at lower price as it will give you less profits or even the loss depending on the price you bought your bitcoins and you should not get panic at that stage and should hold your coins tight and if you see lower price of bitcoins then the best thing you can do is to buy more at cheaper price as in long run price will rise once again.
Selling their bitcoin would only apply to those people who have so much fear of losing, so they will just tend to sell when the price decrease at the amount of how much they bought it, that caused them to panic. It' s good point at the end of your post that it really takes patience.
146  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is bitcoin dangerous ? on: December 12, 2017, 02:04:36 PM
That was on my mind too, I had so many questions and doubts as well. It' s like bitcoin was courting me but it took many months til I decided to give my Yes. Dangerous, maybe not. Bitcoin is even safer than banks since we are all anonymous here.
147  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin to eliminate unemployment. on: December 12, 2017, 07:20:34 AM
BTC does not eliminate unemployment. I think the key here is how to become productive despite of being unemployed. We do not live in a crypto world. We are just digging into crypto world but this should not affect or change our well being in a real world. I is still great if we still have a social life in real world that to stay up in your computer the entire day of the week.
148  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is an asset or currency. on: December 12, 2017, 06:50:46 AM
I simply say bitcoin falls upon both being an asset and a currency. Since originally, bitcoin was made to be a decentralized currency to make transactions faster approval than banks. Bitcoin is considerably an asset since its profit growth gets higher that what you dream of.
149  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is it risky to turn all my money to bitcoins? on: December 11, 2017, 03:25:20 PM
Even if your are investing half or a quarter or any of your money is already risky, how much more turning ALL you money into bitcoin. Everything here is risky but the thing is, you should know what you taking risk of. You should understand how to manage your loss and expectations. No matter how high the bitcoin has become, you should not invest all of our money. Spare a little to the bank and elsewhere so you will have the option when things go wrong.
150  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are the advantages of having Bitcoin? on: December 11, 2017, 03:13:13 PM
Bitcoin can be a modern job. Wherein you are the boss of your own money. There is no specific time of the day when you should time in and out. You can work literally anywhere and anytime granted with internet connection on your gadgets, etc. If you focus yourself on bitcoin, you control your own time and money. And that' s way better life than being in the field following orders from your boss.
151  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is BTC the new gold ? on: December 11, 2017, 03:03:46 PM
I can't say BTC is the new gold. Gold is gold. Bitcoin is bitcoin. They are far different from each other. In terms of security, bitcoin is more secure than gold. since physical security can be broken and can be penetrated by others while bitcoin is more like an intellectual property. No one can get it away from you, unless you tell them your secret ( BTC password & address)
152  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Biggest worries about altcoins and ICO? on: December 08, 2017, 11:28:41 AM
There are some very promising alt coins out there, such as OMG. Some indeed will prove to be worthless as although the ICO may be a good idea, adoption in the real world will not happen as planned and the value could sink to zero.

Other alt coins which tap in to traditional markets which are already very profitable in the real world will have a very good chance to succeed and grow very large on the Ethereum block chain, once network issues are solved and there is more adoption of the technology. Alt coins /tokens offering profit shares/rewards, these are more interesting.

It's good to have potential alts, but make syre to have those included on top 10 alts, thus it will give a big opportunity for us in the future since they can last for long, but still keep on searching new alts

Honestly and in fact there are only a hundred potential Cyrptocurrencies that are going to have the potential to be the official altcoins in the world out of a thousand and a half existing ICOs and currencies. Most of them couldn't make it into success due to lack of skilled developers and management staff that support and sustain the competition.
153  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Biggest worries about altcoins and ICO? on: December 08, 2017, 11:26:04 AM
I think there will be no worries about Altcoins and ICOs because it will be supposedly regulated due to most of them aren't making into success. Some of them are just scams that trying to take people investments of millions of dollars so it would be the good news for us if ICOs are regulated.
Imagine that we have already 1,500 Cyrpto currencies today and still many to come next year.
154  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum is the future of crypto, bitcoin is not. on: December 06, 2017, 12:17:35 PM
I think both have different use-cases, so why can't they survice in parallel?

I was just thinking in my personal perspective.
If the world see that the monetary fiat needs to be transformed then Cryptocurrency is the safest and more secure so every country must have their own digital currency that will be used as trading and economic development.
I do believe Bitcoin and Ethereum isn't the official world money and it's something else that is just sitting right there and waited for timing.
155  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum is the future of crypto, bitcoin is not. on: December 06, 2017, 12:14:28 PM
I'm thinking this statement before because Bitcoin isn't used as what described by Mr. Satoshi Nakamoto because it's now an internet Gem that people collect and keep while price is rising loke a rocket.
Ethereum is used as trading and payments for products and services, so that's the main point of having cryptocurrency, use it as fiat and not just for investment like keeping money into banks.
156  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Gold SCAM on: December 06, 2017, 12:11:34 PM
Thats not Scam. Unfortunately, you got phising which collecting all your info's about seed and account access.
This kind of stolen technique has been spread and reported by many member here along this year. You should be careful next time.

Via all of statistics I have collected from biggest exchanges and assumptions about the amount of BTC in free holder, by which I mean they keep BTC in cold wallets, etc. There are likely 240.000 BTG in total. And, of course, you can check this number by yourself. It looks like that developers of the project has sold all of their BTG. That's very hilarious, weird, and of course, bloody drama I ever seen.
We can't be sure that 240.000 BitcoinGold was correct info's, since there is lack of data exposed about.

Before the fork developers were publish their fork information to public so people will catch up their new project and trying to get people attention to invite them to support their project after the fork. And this time I don't see any scam happening and I believe they are transparent.
People who argue they're scam are just denials.
157  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Gold SCAM on: December 06, 2017, 12:04:35 PM
All BitcoinXXX coins are all shit coins, the btc developers wants to replace the existing alts with their stupid BTCxxx coins.

Hard forks are created to amend the current settings and features into the better one.
Hard forks are good coins too. Whether they're pumped or dumped it depends on investors if they're still supporting or not, why we care? Why you're affected? They're making unlimited hard forks while you have nothing to loose then what would be the problem with that?
158  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Gold SCAM on: December 06, 2017, 11:59:42 AM
I cannot argue more about why Bitcoin Gold is a good hard fork coin because I never believe that they're a big joke or a fake coin or a scam.
I believe Bitcoin Gold has a good future and so as Bitcoin Cash.
Bitcoin Cash was pumped last late October this year and look at it now, the price is stable and even moving to the right upper of the graph.
So, just in case if they manipulate or pump Bitcoin Gold like what happened in Bitcoin Cash then that's a good thing.
159  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time To Sell Alts For Bitcoin? on: December 06, 2017, 11:49:52 AM
CME listing seems to be making bitcoins value go up almost almost as if its a fork coming up. How many of you are selling all alt coins at the moment for bitcoin?

Not the time to sell altcoins. I think that the growth of altcoins has just begun after a long fall

In addition to that, when Bitcoin suddenly falls and Altcoins will rise tremendously then you'll regret surely.
That's whay creating good portfolio for Cryptocurrency investment is a must. I prefer 50-50, 50% Bitcoin and the other half is for Altcoins.
160  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time To Sell Alts For Bitcoin? on: December 06, 2017, 11:48:14 AM
I don't think so, sell all Altcoins will cause regrets in the future but instead you should make 50-50 portfolio.
Only sellout weak currencies and maintain the strong one, selling some currencies and buying Bitcoin is still a good idea of investing Cryptocurrency.
You will be thankful for what you've done today in the future.
