141  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW ZenCloud ZenPool Hashlet - does it really exist? ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :-) on: September 18, 2014, 05:48:00 AM
Did anyone know if hashtalk is down for almost one hour?
142  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Hashlet on: September 17, 2014, 11:46:22 PM
Hashlet Genesis is now $7.95

Wow, great news. Now everyone will be able to afford it. Gaw is really pushing the limit.

Too later then price back to 9.95USD for GM.

I must warn all of you before buying hashlets. I bought some hashlets and they immediately disapeared. I described my problem on support page, but no one cares.

I think you got image bug and you can see hash speed on your dashboard.

ps: look like pool back now but not forum.

Hashtalk is working fine for me at the moment.

  not working for me.

ps: I think found problem with ads block is blocking something and was working fine from yesterday.  Thank you

Well, I just took the plunge a few minutes ago. I took the last bit of the remaining cash from selling my mining rig and picked up 1 100GH bitcoin SHA-256 hashlet, and 1 15MH multi scrypt hashlet (I'd intended to get the zenhashlet but I forgot to switch back when I changed my order... they really need to get away from the color coding because it's easy to get confused). Total cost was about $~330 (minus the 1.5% i should get back from lythos).

So far I seem to be hashing, but nothing updating about bitcoin/dollars earned. We'll see what it looks like tomorrow. They seem to be a far more reputable company than bitcoin-trader.biz so I'll probably stop my reinvestment there and start to pump it into GAWMiner if it works out. Or split between both. Either way, it's cool to have a diverse set of options. I've already made back all of my money from my original mining rig, so now it's just trying to keep the bitcoin I have floating around earning me more money.

I also like the fact that I have the option to sell back at just about any time.

nice and first day no .08 USD maint fee charge then 2nd day you will get full pay out.

sooo i'm missng something?

so i choose 1 multhash, i'm getn Multipool.us   0.00044140 BTC

15.95 for a month, 15.95=0.03354285

0.00044140 BTC*30days = 0.01324200 for the multihash..

just bought it, wanna push my last btc i found in it..

need to deduct -0.00016784 BTC for maintenance fees
so u will get 0.00027356 BTC x 30 days = 0.0082068 btc
but the maintenance fees will reduce in time, as they said

not in BTC but 0.08 USD.

??

Pay 15.95USD for Multipool Hashlet - should be lifetime availability.

  most solo hashlets are lifetime.

152  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: What (Asic)-Miner should i buy ? on: September 14, 2014, 03:30:16 AM
Read around the board Alpha I personally would not touch.

I personally avoid pre-orders as general rule.  For most part its a lot safer.

i don't like pre orders as well, but i don't find any asics over 100MH/s without any pre-order buying..

you can try Hashlet from gawminers.com and hashtalk.org forum for hashlet.
153  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Solo mining with Antminer S1 on: September 14, 2014, 01:20:15 AM

156  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [5000 TH] Slush's Pool (mining.bitcoin.cz); TX FEES + VarDiff on: September 13, 2014, 12:32:43 AM
I wondering where it came from all of a sudden. I have looked at other pool forums and I don't think it is failover as all pools seem to be up. 3+ PH is a lot of hash to throw around wonder if a smaller pool is mining us I know multipoll.us jumps from pool to pool but I don't think they are close to that size.

Hmmm, makes me wonder if this was the 1 Ph/s miner that was block withholding on another pool but with 3x the hash power...

Those wondering about the "buggy" front end issues as of late...I do remember seeing a post on Facebook mentioning a WEBGUI update so I'd imagine that is all that is going on.

How do you know if someone was block witholding?
157  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Hashlet on: September 12, 2014, 09:24:01 PM
I'm surprised no one has brought up the super high $0.08 per MH/s fee (or maybe I missed it). If you compare it to, say, an A2 Innosilicon miner (85 MH/s @ 750W), it's the equivalent of paying nearly $0.38 per kWh.

I imagine that's how they make the vast majority of their money. Massive datacenter space @ $0.05-10 per kWh, tack on an extra $0.10/kWh to cover maintenance/rent, and the rest is just icing on the cake. It would also explain how they have room to "reduce fees over time to maintain profitability".

Think if they were selling the MH/s off of racks of KnC Titans (first batch, 300MH/s @ 1100W). Their $0.08 per MH/s fee means we're paying the equivalent of almost $0.91 per kWh.

remember .08 not only for power use and maint .... etc.
