He puts his advice on the Marketplace in truncated form from information point of view, so that it would be impossible to draw a definite conclusion about it.
He also decides the usage of his idea: it can be some fixed cost or a performance-based fee based on the success of implementation. Smart contracts will allow you to implement different types of awards.

Correct me if i`m wrong. There are tokenholders who put their token to the stack. And there`s user who pick tokens from the stack for rent. In what order tokens from the stack are picked? Some tokenholders put tokens to the stack earlier then others, some may have many tockens to put to stack, some might have 1 token.

And is there a possibility to move persons files between devices?

is it cheaper than Ethereum? If tx fee is fixed , on big quantity it might be cheaper , i guess.
