As you can see in the archive of this thread, we have no problem admitting when there is an error in our system.
When that happens, we fix it immediately and compensate the player who brings it to our attention.
As you may recall, one of your bets in the past was supposed to be "half win" due to the dead heat rule, but since the dead heat rule was not properly clarified on our website at the time, we awarded you with the full double payout. That was an extra 0.679 BTC in your pocket from DirectBet !
Once again, there was no problem with this particular bet as I have already explained to you in great details along with the necessary evidence.
DirectBet, it seems like I have run into the same bug again  I created the bet, and when I refreshed the page it said 'Betting is suspended for this selection or the event is over.' so I was expecting a refund. I refreshed about 20 seconds later later to see if the bet was in yet, and it still said there were no bets received and that betting was suspended. Then one of my bets lost, I decided to refresh the page (because this is exactly what happened last time) and.. it said that my bet was Confirmed. Then I refreshed again and it was graded as a loss. Since you handled my issue so professionally and timely last time I am not upset or angry about it. I just want to let you know that the bug still exists in your system (apparently) and of course I ask for a refund of my bet. Thank you very much, let me know if you need anything else. |

Follow-up on my earlier problem:
DirectBet has checked it and told me that the bet was, indeed, confirmed incorrectly. They said:
"What happened is that one of your Toto ~ Parlay bets was on a correct score of 1-1 during in-play in a soccer game and the result changed to 1-2 exactly at the same time while your bet was processed.
This appears to be a very rare bug and it is the first time we have encountered it. It will get fixed later on today."
I got a refund and a free 0.03 BTC bet (which is very nice since the original bet was about 0.06 BTC).
Handled professionally and timely. Very satisfied with this, props to DirectBet. I will update all of my previous posts so people can see this.

I sent them a PM the next day and they refused to refund the bet.
That's terrible. Especially since they do keep the parlays closed when it's a winner, but open it back up if it's a loser. I am not going to judge the website yet until I get a response. We will have to see how legit and professional they are, but your post did not give me a lot of hope. EDIT: DirectBet gave me a refund and a free bet. I had a similar experience. I placed a bet, then I went to the status and it said that the odds had changed and the bet wasn't accepted. The next day I checked and DirectBet counted it as a loser. They showed me that the bet was accepted 7 minutes later. I didn't know this until the next day.
Glad I'm not the only one. Did they refund the bet to you? If this is a bug in their automated software, that's fine as long as they settle it. I am not pissed yet, just disappointed. If they decide not to refund the bet, my feelings about this website will change drastically. EDIT: DirectBet gave me a refund and a free bet. Wow, DirectBet... I have to say I am very, very disappointed I just created a toto parlay and sent in the BTC. Right after I sent the BTC I refreshed the page and it said that it was closed and that no more bets could be made. I was sad, but it was fine because I would just get the refund. It has happened before (when the bet would have won - I wasn't pissed because too late is too late and I should not have won). Ten seconds after I sent the money one of the bets on my parlay lost, and I refreshed again just to make sure. Still closed. I was happy that my bet would get cancelled and that I would get a refund... after 5 minutes I decided to refresh again to see if the bet was returned yet, and.... all of a sudden it said that my money was received and that the bet was open and accepted. I feel cheated out of the money. If the toto was already closed, it should not have accepted my money AFTER the parlay already lost. I've had this happen with winning parlays before and then the bet remained CLOSED (which, as I said, was fine because I was too late. But now that it's a losing parlay you open the bet back up again? Wow...) I have done business with you before, but this is unacceptable in my eyes. I really hope that you guys will solve this in a timely and professional matter. If there was some mistake that is fine, but the fact that my bet went from 'Closed' back to 'Open' right after my parlay lost is extremely sketchy and disappointing in my eyes. As I promised yesterday, I would like to start to list the things that should be done in favour of COMM growth.
1. Multipool- the most wanted thing at the moment. Adriano said, he is working on multipool project and first results can show up shortly @Monday 14th April

2. Website design and management.
3. Subreddit page design work. Now it has default template design.
4. Good quality youtube video for promotional purposes
5. Articles about Communitycoin.
6. Linux wallet.
7. Updated logo, if dev accepts it's change.
8. Not mandatory, but Android wallet could be a good point about coin. Also as promotional move.
Please leave your feedback for what to add or remove from list. Also the donation/bounty amounts for each position should be determined by a community.

I'm still waiting on an answer from the dev (communitycoin) on why i was denied.
I would let it go but after such a lenghty application and the fact that i'm interested in joining the community, i want an explanation on why it has been decided i'm not a good asset for the community.
While i'm an active and contributing member of the blackcoin community and would like to be in yours.
Ive send a pm but haven't received any answer, waiting on reply.

For some reason the 'Spend all my funds' function is not working.
Whenever the rule gets triggered, the status changes to 'done' but no order is being created.
This is at BTC E.
Please let me know if I am doing something wrong or if it's a bug, thank you!
