Добрый! Выплаты баунтистам блокируются на 3 месяца после завершения ICO. А в связи с чем замораживают выплаты аж на 3 месяца, после завершения ICO? Это было изначально контрактом заложено или решение было принято уже в последнее время? По сути не критично конечно, главное чтобы проект развивался и показывал свою востребованность, а она безусловно будет, я уверен, при должном развитии. Изначально в условиях было.
