My opinion is that the cryptocurrency will start to be apart of the world.
142  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should I Wait or Invest On Bitcoin? on: January 03, 2018, 09:20:51 AM
I am newbie on bitcoin, recently introduced with the community. I have seen a lot of positive feedback about bitcoin investment. I am not interested do business or trade on market. I want to used it for long term investment only. Some people suggested me anytime is good for invest on bitcoin but I want to do it wisely. If you have some idea of the market and analysis kindly do it for me.
I think it is a good time for investment, the price is "low".
It can drop down a little bit more but i think in the long run the price will rise up a lot.
143  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can bitcoins become worthless? on: January 03, 2018, 09:13:12 AM
For me possibly to yes. History is littered with currencies that failed and are no longer used, such as the German Mark during the Weimar Republic and, more recently, the Zimbabwean dollar. Although previous currency failures were typically due to hyperinflation of a kind that Bitcoin makes impossible, there is always potential for technical failures, competing currencies, political issues and so on. As a basic rule of thumb, no currency should be considered absolutely safe from failures or hard times. Bitcoin has proven reliable for years since its inception and there is a lot of potential for Bitcoin to continue to grow. However, no one is in a position to predict what the future will be for Bitcoin.
In theory of course it can become worthless, but i dont think that it is something will happen, his market is way to big to fall.
beside of that, i think that with the lightning transactions it will start be really useful.

147  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin anonymous? on: January 02, 2018, 12:32:22 PM
Bitcoin is designed to allow its users to send and receive payments with an acceptable level of privacy as well as any other form of money. However, Bitcoin is not anonymous and cannot offer the same level of privacy as cash.
You can see every transaction the blockchain but you can't connect between a wallet and a name.
So yes in the end bitcoin is totally anonymous.
