I own many altcoins - IOTA, NEO, ada, xlm, xmr, trx, gto, xem, sc, fct, ... and I struggle to find a good wallet where to keep them. I don't want to install 1 wallet for each coin that would be crazy. I heard jaxx wallet is not that good so looking for alternatives. Coinoim and other wallets I know of don't support most of these coins. And keeping it at an exchange is not the greatest idea... thanks

It takes around 1 month to get a reply from CEX IO support so you just have to be patient I guess...

If you don't want your coins hacked or stolen invest only in coins that you can store in a hardware wallet and never leave them in a exchange or hot wallet and you will be fine

You can try Bitconnect but I wouldn't recommend it. Best investment and relatively safe in compare to others are altcoins (XLM, ADA, NEO, SC, ...) or ICOs on sale

Hi. I had made a transfer of 1000 NXT to Bittrex and never received it. I have contacted Freewallet support and they said it's all good from their side. So far my ticket at Bittrex has been unanswered - almost one week now. Since all of my other coins always arrived without issues I'm not sure if this is a Bittrex issue or NXT issue.. I did follow the instructions correctly and put correct address and message unecrypted

What I like about Binance is the Jigsaw Puzzle instead of Captcha. Too many sites are adding captcha these days and it's really annoying as it has multiple parts.. so thanks for that
Also I like that there is a phishing information on the log in page. Helps to remind to always check the URL.
Agree that they need to work on the graph representation and UI though.

Make sure your clock is Synchronized. Also, there is a slight delay for entering Google Authenticator code. For example if the code is almost refreshed it's still valid for some seconds but if you already got the new one and input it directly it will be in valid. At least that's my experience. So the best thing to do is to input the code when it's roughly in the middle. Hope that helps

What is the best debit card provider nowadays since the original post is from 2016?
I would also add TenX to the list although I cannot review it yet as I'm still waiting until it arrives but from what I heard from other people it works just fine.

I have used CEX previously and didn't have any issues - however it took 1 month for them to respond to my ticket but in the end they solved it.

I prefer Ledger Nano S as well.
Anyway to your original questions, yes it takes some time and one week is normal before you get your funds to Coinbase.

This is worst exchange site I have ever seen. They asked me enable 2 FA Authentication to withdraw. Its okay, so I did it. Every thing worked well in the first day, then in the seconds day I no longer receive SMS code to login . I tried to contact supporters, it costed me 2 days to get response and what did I get? Nothing, they said that SMS will come later, LOL I must wait again and I dont know when will they read my ticket to reset my 2 FA Authentication. What the hell of this service?
We put a disclaimer on the webpage stating SMS is for Chinese residents only. Are you a Chinese resident with phone number located out of China? Please talk to our support on our Telegram channel to get your ticket looked at faster. my location is on your supported-SMS-countries list. And everything worked well on the first day, but then I have never received SMS code again. I tried to contact your supporters but only one supporter answer me and the result I got is waiting to get SMS code LOL  ) I must wait how long? Hey mate I recommend using Google Authenticator - much easier to use and reliable. I had issues with SMS verification in the past as well. And don't get me started if you move to different country or want to log in from overseas. Just change your 2FA verification to Authenticator and you will be good to go. |
