141  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: So many altcoins on: November 08, 2019, 09:28:31 AM
Altcoins are really a lot. But very few promising. I think that now you should not rush to invest. Because only experienced investors can choose from such a large number coin of good coins.

unfortunately it does not necessarily have anything to do with experience.
even old rabbits in business fall for false promises. of course there are many
alt projects because the temptation is very big to rip people off. as long as
there are people with bad intentions and additionally people who dream of
rich over night it will stay that way. Lips sealed
142  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Staking on Coinbase is now LIVE on: November 08, 2019, 09:22:28 AM
i think the staking is great and also the tezos price has thanked us directly.
in the future more stock exchanges will have to join here. although in the normal
case it is better to remove the tokens anyway and take care of the staking yourself. Cool
143  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When Is The Right Time To Trade Your Tokens on: November 08, 2019, 09:14:21 AM
I'm holding many altcoins from ICOs in 2017, i am waiting to sell when it reaches new ATH or at least like price when they launch ICO although mostly i only get it from the bounty campaign but i still want to get a lot of profit from my work

unfortunately, you rarely get the really perfect time. neither when buying nor selling.
but even if it's bounty tokens, which honestly only cost time, you want to earn the best return.
selling an old ATH is of course fantastic. but it's possible that the next ATH would be much higher? Smiley
so in case of doubt always sell divided and not all at once.
144  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Fleta the new Big Thing? on: November 08, 2019, 09:00:23 AM
There are so many high TPS blockchains but is this really what we are looking for? Do you think that people would rather use such blockchains only for high TPS rate? They will forget about Bitcoin´s security and stabillity?

it is very well brought to the point. it must be a harmony of security, usability and speed to survive in the big market.
only one of the three characteristics alone is not enough. it has to be the complete package. Wink
145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: if anyone hacked your account then who is responsible??? on: November 08, 2019, 08:56:29 AM
if I've created account/wallet on coinbase or any other exchange then my account is hacked and my coins/money lost who are responsible for it
The Exchange where I've created account Huh
is it my mistake Huh
what's you thought about it Huh

and how i make my account safe  Huh

the post is older here, but this topic will never be too old and unimportant. if you have registered on a exchange,
there will always be contact persons. with proofs such as mails or 2fa, the account can be protected from illegal use.
but with wallets where you only have everything in your hands, it will be difficult. it is always better to be unnecessarily cautious and careful.
146  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Harsh Reality About The Current ICO Project on: November 07, 2019, 09:30:51 AM
I feel cheated ... but the fact that every project that promises or claims tokens will eventually increase at a very high price is just nonsense ...
in a statement on the road map they promised to use project funds for further product development, but they were only trying to take advantage of the investors' black money ...
what they have to do is develop their product further, not just start doing it or say all the sweet promises ...

maybe it's one of the things they have to reconsider, if their project wants to be successful and the project product can be sold out in the market ...
I hope I'm not mistaken about this.

which ICO is this about? basically you are a bounty participant and also an early investor, to which an ICO counts
completely delivered. if a team does not deliver or everything turns out to be a scam, you don't have much in your hand.
there is only eyes to and through there are no legal possibilities. at least not yet. i think that will change sometime
but loopholes there will always be and of course that will always be exploited. Undecided

147  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: US Airforce is using blockchain on: November 07, 2019, 09:23:01 AM
The secure nature of data transfer through blockchain makes blockchain a prime factor for the next generation security and anonymity and the US airforce doesn't want to lag behind any other forces. They seemed to have made contracts with two popular blockchain firms to develop a blockchain primarily for communication among units and stations.

https://cointelegraph.com/news/us-air-force-steps-up-blockchain-use-what-else-is-the-pentagon-up-to

thanks for the article i hadn't known that before. i'm always happy to see when well-known companies where i definitely
count the USAF as one of them are on their way in this area. this also shows other institutions that you don't have to be
afraid here and that the whole thing is definitely the future. but the big players have already understood that anyway long ago.
148  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: !!! SO MANY PROJECTS !!! What 's going on ? on: November 07, 2019, 08:54:41 AM
New projects make good news of good things to happen
Are they all right ?
Or are they all just chanting slogans ?

REALLY!!!  What 's going on ?
If you know a good project ,NAME IT !!!

i am very pleased with hawk which i wear in my signature. i am looking forward to a positive future.
otherwise i don't lean out of the window and recommend things. Lips sealed
please orient yourself to the top10 according to cmc and find out for yourself where you want to invest your money.
149  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Another Shit Coin Up 155.54% (24H) Today on: November 07, 2019, 08:46:42 AM
this is of course a classic p&d game. you can recognize it by the comparatively small volume.
and to have more meaningful data please rather rely on cmc and no dubious sources. that's definitely better. Smiley
and generally best to keep away from everything that had such an increase. 99% of it comes back just as fast.
150  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can there be a bull run for XLM? on: November 07, 2019, 08:42:47 AM
Was reading new and came across this article by coin telegram.

What is your call? Will there be a XLM bull run?

currently there is a very big XLM airdrop running. for the popularity this is of course beneficial,
but for the price it is not mandatory as we know. but since this is a basically solid project,
i think there will be a price increase in the medium term. Smiley
151  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 2 Years of bear market.. what to expect next on: November 07, 2019, 08:36:03 AM
i don't know what on earth would trigger the bullrun in the alts. i think we have seen enough of this bloodbath there is about 8 month left in the bitcoin next block halving and still market condition is not improving. is there will be any improvement in the alts or they all will die

whether it was enough or not unfortunately doesn't matter. just as little as we can influence it if you are honest.
currently characterized by the long bloodbath it is really difficult to get people excited about crypto or blockchain.
all have bad headlines in their heads and panic directly when the conversation comes to the topic. Cheesy
152  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: 【✅Top 10 EXCHANGE IEO✅】💰Up to 60k daily!❌BOUNTY❌ Hawk Network v2 on: November 06, 2019, 09:58:32 AM
Today the hawk school went online again! i took part directly and also did the daily bounty
tasks for the first time. some action but i think it pays off. look forward to a good future. Cool
153  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Exchanges Tokens on: November 06, 2019, 08:33:19 AM
I have seen many exchanges have launched their own token like Binance with BNB, Idex with IDEX, Hotbit with HTB, Yobit with YO etc. where exchanges use their own tokens as another way to pay fees to support token. In addition to it, different strategies are used to create a hype like decrease in supply etc.
But if an exchange goes through a hard period of time and shuts downs then ultimately that token will come to its end because there is no community other than that exchange supporting the token simply because it has no usage outside the exchange.
According to me exchanges should promote the usage of their coins/tokens outside the exchange to build a community in support of it. If your community consists of huge individual entities who believe you then a great community can be formed. Otherwise lack of applications would lead these things to disaster.

Binance has shown how it can work with BNB. of course, this has directly made all other exchanges
nervous and sensitive. for this reason, everyone wants to be here and get their piece of the cake. Cool
just like the ICO wave started some time ago. that's what has happened recently with the exchange tokens.
154  Local / Announcements (Deutsch) / Re: [ANN][BOUNTY] GOLD - Erster 100% Liquider Stablecoin Gedeckt durch Gold on: November 05, 2019, 09:55:05 AM
Smiley
155  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How many ICO and IEO are you already following? on: November 05, 2019, 09:45:40 AM
Today I've decided to sell my car to invest in IEO or ICO.
Is my decision right?
Is it with a lot of investing in IEO can refund my money?

I hope you're not serious.
1. one invests only as much money as one is willing to lose and
2. under no circumstances do you sell utensils necessary for everyday life to participate in an ico or ieo!

so I can only hope that this is not meant seriously and that you survive well before you ruin yourself. Wink
156  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Has alt season started? on: November 05, 2019, 09:38:12 AM
Do you believe that it has started? I have a good feeling that I should buy them before winter. Prove me wrong.

i basically agree with your opinion. i also see better times ahead than the last 1 or 2 years.
but even if we are of this opinion, caution is advised. there are simply too often false temptations.
divide investments in any case and do not invest everything directly at once. Cool
157  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][TEM] temtum - Quantum secure, feeless & lightweight decentralised network. on: November 05, 2019, 09:01:41 AM
hey guys! i still have some little problems with the final spreadsheet. the telegram group is locked and
so i contacted the user @TemTeam. unfortunately there was no answer so far. can someone help or
should i wait for the feedback in telegram? thank you very much! Smiley
158  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Crypto market in depression on: November 05, 2019, 08:52:48 AM
The crypto market is on a rapid downward spiral and almost all coins including so called good coins are down in prices. Is there any chances the market will recover? In my opinion, it takes the end of the year 2018 to recover the market. What are your views?

this thread is almost exactly one year old. and are we still in depression or in a downward trend? Smiley
or do you see the whole thing more positive meanwhile?
i think the worst is over and the next years will show us nice things.
159  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If You Died Tomorrow, What Would Happen To Your Crypto? on: November 05, 2019, 08:40:40 AM
As more and more investors join this sector, a question everyone should be asking themselves is: "What happens to my crypto if I was to die unexpectedly soon?"

I understand the thought of this is depressing, but it is inevitable and the only thing that matters is whether you prepared for it or not. Most of us have enough money in this game to start preparing for this in order to prevent it from going to waste.

If you haven't planned around this, or even thought about it yet, I recommend investigating the few options below:

1) Include all your wallets and passwords/seeds in your will. Make sure you include instructions on how to access your funds as well as giving these to someone not familiar with crypto will be just as useless as not even including them in your will.

2) Along with the will, teach the closest person in your life how to access your funds. Whether this is your significant other, family member, or really close friend, make sure someone understands how to access a wallet and transfer/sell the funds. Just like how you should be researching projects before you invest in it, make sure you choose who you share your secrets with carefully.

3) Take a look at Safe Haven. Safe Haven is building an Inheritance Platform that will allow you to do everything above, but with a legal entity that understands crypto and will make sure your funds get in the right hands. Not only will you reassured that your funds are secured and inheritable, but you will also be increasing the adoption of crypto yourself, outside of just investing into it.

So no matter what you are invested in, if it is a large amount of money, I recommend you begin thinking about the future. Crypto is very complex and requires a lot of time to make it fully inheritable, so please make sure you take the appropriate safeguards and steps in doing this correctly.

i think such approaches as safe haven is doing is really great. i haven't thought of any usable alternative to such a service yet.
i still find a way to manage the data transfer, but there must also be people who help the members with the processing. Smiley
only access data alone is not enough. so there would certainly be a market for these services here.
160  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your favorite project these days? on: November 05, 2019, 08:36:41 AM
i also agree with the majority and choose the classic bitcoin as my current favourite project. not only has it been this way for a short time now, but it's also been a long time and that's probably not going to change.
although my favourite project, i now consider it more of a stable investment. i have some alts that i like and actively support. Cool
