Why when i click to claim, open a windows with captcha and claim button, but first time i click , return only to homepage and money don't clam. i get 2 time claim for have satoshi in my account. Why ? Thanks
make sure you pass the captcha correctly and click slower, let the captcha verify fully and then hit the claim button. |

We infact thought our smaller plans (level 1,2,3) were quite small already so we decide to go upwards instead and offer one or two really large plans, while filling in the gaps in between
according to our projections we should not have any issue sustaining
if things were to arise to cause us to receive much less ad revenues then we will adjust the upgrade pricing accordingly while we grandfather the existing upgraded users.

admin. I guess, users who invest in the old level 5, we paid 0.01 to balance?
since that cost 0.16BTC level and we now got a level now that costs 0.15BTC
because it does not seem fair that I upgrade to Level 5 day 12.10.2015 and 10.13.2015 today give me a plan that costs 0.15BTC.

Based on my withdrawal history, these missing/stuck payments are starting to become more frequent.
The payments for my withdrawals so far are as follows:
1st - instant payment
2nd - instant payment
3rd - got stuck, paid after I sent an e-mail
4th - instant payment
5th - stuck/missing, I sent a Support Ticket and no payment yet
I find coinbuster.io as a very good site with a very supportive Admin and the incoming new upgrade levels will be an additional boost for the site but this issue on missing/stuck payments shall always be a letdown.
I'm hoping that missing/stuck payments are minimized or if possible, be a thing of the past.
We hope so too, we are working with the API devs to see if we can get any exception on the limits, or at least some workaround for payments to be "queued" instead of just going "missing". |

this has always been an issue with magicocean script and block trail hence why the other faucets were all having payment issues.
mail server dont work too, cant recover my password and without 2fa , it will be risky to invest big amounts.
we're getting the mail server fixed within the next 24 hours. the mail issue is less to do with the script but more to do with the server configuration, we'll fix that and it should work 2fa is in the works but it's custom job for us to implement google 2FA with this script |

how much time it takes to process the withdrawal?

I use, "bitreserve" as wallet, a wallet that request today to test 4 payments automatic payments, payments of 51k and 55k satoshis came instantly. but of 540k to 105k and never arrived.
then I decided to make one last testing, but with the wallet "coinbase" asking for payment of 122k and if I get this wallet payment immediately.
that says you admin, has something to do your wallet, or problem that you use the API?
and please check my frozen payments. paying 540k and the 105k satoshis.

i think i just replied to your ticket please check if you got the payment now yes admin. but earn 2 frozen payments. - First payment: satoshis 540,000. - second payment: satoshis 105,000. I get a payment of 500,000. They are still missing satoshis for sending me. the good thing is that you care about their users.
