You wrote an article about something you don't understand? Anyway it looks like a centralized identity tracking database for Bitcoin. It's not something that I will participate in and I encourage everyone to boycott those companies. I didn't write the article dumbass... i only posted it here ![Cool](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cool.gif)

The big winners of Facebook’s $2 billion deal to buy Oculus VR, a virtual reality headset maker, include a roster of elite venture capitalists who invested in the company early on. ... By the end of 2013, Oculus was signing another venture capital deal. Andreessen Horowitz led a $75 million investment round, with participation from the company’s earlier investors. Marc Andreessen and Chris Dixon, two partners at Andreessen Horowitz, joined the start-up’s board.
In that investment round, the company was valued at roughly $250 million, Wired reported at the time. http://dealbook.nytimes.com/2014/03/25/many-of-oculuss-early-backers-not-part-of-facebook-riches/Marc Andreessen knows how to make money. He just turned $75 million into $600 million within 3 months. that's for sure, he's a good investor

I disagree - strongly. Calling people names is never a good way to advance your argument. The facts that Buffett is old and is white are completely irrelevant to the merits of his position on BTC. Disclosure: I am old and white and I hold BTC and I do not hold any BRK.A. Disclosure: I am still smarting from following Marc's long-ago suggestion that buying one of the just-announced BFL ASICs would be a good idea. I got one of the highly-coveted first-month orders in - the rest is history. Disclosure: I'm not bitter though. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) I'm sure it was all in a harmless fun ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

Yes, I saw it nearly a year ago when it was first started, and as I stated earlier - BTCGuild have since proven their honesty & integrity by taking action. Really, referencing people to year old threads that are no longer relevant is not the best way to promote a new pool. A far better way to promote your pool is to provide a good service & give miners what they want, if you do this, you won't have to keep fear mongering about 51% attacks or slurring other reputable pools because they are doing things right ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) I agree with more merge mineable coins... i will email the dev to get updates ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)
