Sounds nice. Just make sure both can be clearly differentiated so that it never creates even a bit of confusion. How about writing it like this SfrProSend just to make clear. 😊 Maybe SFRSend and SFRSend+? That's interesting and I guess it sounds better. Would love some more suggestions. Dev I don't think that this option of running two threads is viable. FUDs who want to harm coin will never post on the moderated thread instead post here. We need clean thread from start to end. The solution for this can be to as moderator to lock old thread so that nobody can post on it and you can provide a link of the old thread on First page of new moderated thread saying if anyone want to read the development. By far most of the thread is clean, few trolls came when our price was high but still it's good and if anyone want to read development can do it by clicking the link on OP of new thread.

Moving to self moderated thread will be worse for the coin than any FUD that people can throw at it. Also losing ~90 pages on the official thread does not seam like a good idea. You can go ahead and start your own moderated thread. We have discussed it as a community and most of the members are in favour of it. It is not a worse idea in fact best one. FUDs are really dangerous as I have seen in many coins, they definitely affect the growth of coin. Latest examples are XC,URO,VRC and many more. Whenever coins start becoming successful, people start to create confusion in investors mind. We don't want that to happen with SFR as it took us lot of time to recover from one blow,even we have not recovered yet. And tell me what's the harm of moving to moderated thread? We community members know SFR Dev from starting and trust him fully. |

Dev is it possible to send and receive money just by alias. Everybody has unique alias. Don't you think the time taken in this method is too much? If we have to make a fast payment like in a coffee shop, we can't use this method and our financial position will not be a secret anymore.
Aliases can't be embedded in the blockchain. We could provide a centralized service where you can send coins only by knowing the person's alias. But even then the transactions have to be mixed and included on the blockchain for it to reach the recipient. But providing alias could give greater anonymity but the time taken would be the same. It can be faster if you choose lesser mixing cycles like 1 or 2. That would take about 10 mins to reach. This is normal. Just the way anonymity works. I agree that it works like that but if you are able to solve these problems of anonymity ours can be best one. If you can come up with some solution for : 1. The time taken for a transaction and 2. Receiving payment without loosing financial privacy(which is possible with alias). Our anonymity feature can become number one, if it is possible. |

Dev one advise that move SFR's thread to moderated thread. For few days I witnessed the worst FUD attack on URO coin, everything baseless but it did harm Urocoin. It seems like established coins pay people to FUD on coins that are threat to their coins. AT last Urocoin's thread was locked by bitcointalk and Urocoin transferred its thread to moderated one but the damage was done. When SFR will become popular many baseless accusations will be put on you and coin. They(FUD) are so shameless that they can do anything from fake code to fake pictures and so on. Its better for us to take precaution in advance and move to moderated thread.As a community we have full trust in you.

First off, anyone with a brain can see that the person in the "Red Shirt" is not the same person in the video chat of this evening...two very different people. Second off, all you people saying that he is not a scamming altcoin developer because he has posted his picture on the internet as well as done a live video feed...well, let me remind you all of a person by the name of Bernie Madoff. The Madoff investment scandal broke in December 2008, when former NASDAQ Chairman Bernard Madoff admitted that the wealth management arm of his business was an elaborate Ponzi scheme. There are people every day all over the world who are very willing to put their faces out there to help them complete the "Long Con" and have been doing so for decades. There is far more issues with the validity of this coin actually being something real, than there are things to actually prove this coin is legit. Web pages are also highjacked every day, as are email accounts and even identities. What I truly hate about this whole affair, is that we all want BTC and Altcoins to be taken seriously by the rest of the world, but that is never going to happen with things like this going on every week. Also, Mintpal and Bittrex should be taking a stance on this, and at least halt the URO markets until it is undeniably proven that what the OP has stated about this coin is true. I am not a Uro die hard fan but after reading your I can't stop laughing. Because of this buzz I also joined the Google hangout and I am 100% sure that it is the same person. They are not even saying you to buy Uro, just don't but it if you feel it is not legit. |
