I don't think the coin is a scam when there is complete transparency. Just read the fist page.

Lost a bunch of coins due to the hacked pools but the giveaways are making up for it. Impressive launch guys, looking forward to seeing more! ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) DBLS6Fba2NSzUMZeqztZzWWwP7nV37BNWp

Currently under DDOS, we will have a fix up in about 5-10 minutes
Nobody will trust your site again I'll trust the site again if it's back up and my balance remains. If not, then you're unfortunately right.

Can I ask what "We literally have no pools, no exchanges, no casinos... nothing is already made. All that is left to you" means? Does that mean the devs have no plan to support the growth.. (lol growth)
But seriously, will there be exchanges? Will there be giveaways? Or is this all up to us to try to figure out?

Is this worth the time to look into?

This is strange...has anyone else noted an increase in the quantity and diversity of EAC naysayers today? We have the usual suspects, but today's statements are rather inflammatory and unique. In any case, for those of us who believe in the principles of Earthcoin and what it seeks to achieve, may this serve as a reminder to remain vigilant and not to allow ourselves to be baited into trivial and irrelevant debates aimed at stifling EAC's growth.
I'd like to talk more about the initiatives that I've seen spurred as a result of Earthcoin's birth, starting with Earthcointalk. Now that all things Earthcoin-related has a home for discussion, wouldn't it be best that we start migrating?
I personally think devs of other coins are trying to protect their projects by slandering promising coins such as EAC. Earthcoin has immense potential and if it wasn't for all the haters I think more people would see that. Time will tell though. Let's see what the devs can do in coming months. If they do follow through and get some big press releases and launch incryptex as they plan to, then I can only see it going up from here.

FIXED!!! I had "Enable graphics Overdrive" checked, as soon as I unchecked it, they kicked off. That was extremely annoying, I can finally go to bed!!! ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Great first day of mining, I will definitely be holding my EAC for the long haul.

Hey guys quick mining question - I started mining for a couple hours however when I stopped, the fans haven't shut off since. Is this normal? It sounds and looks like it's still running at full speed, however I shut down my miners. Anyone else experience this?
