It's great to shop online. I don't have to go out to stores to look for the item I want (mainly electronics, hardware, and occasional clothes). Everything in an online shop is displayed out there for you and you can search for specific items easily with convenient filters like "items only under $30".
There isn't much else for me to say. Just stick with legit, popular shopping sites and read reviews for potential items you're buying. I have no qualm with online shopping so far and have yet to receive a lemon for any of the electronics I buy.

I suggest you to watch English movies and read many books also try to enroll in English tutorial websites.

I don't handle stress too well. What I try to do is listen to music and have good sleep. I try oversimplify the problems I have. When I do this, everything seems simpler and it doesn't seem such a big problem anymore.

a person who is knowledgeable, open to opinions and suggestions and can make a good decision that's best for the group, someone responsible, someone willing to learn and be open to asking for help if necessary, someone with a group mentality (we vs. i), someone who can delegate when necessary according to people's strengths, someone with the personality to get along with others, a take-charge person at the same time someone who gives credit to others and allows others to grow too. excellent communication skills is a must too.
