нет сейчас никакого заката исо, их так же проводится очень много, просто гораздо сложнее на таком рынке привлечь инвесторов, вот и кажется , что никто не вкладывает.
Кроме того что инвесторы несут свои деньги в проекты с меньшим азартом, также на рынке не так уж и много достойных проектов которые нужно финансировать и прежде всего это тоже нужно понимать. безусловно это тоже нужно учитывать, как и тот факт что скамеры тоже покидают этот сектор экономики ибо конкурировать с сильными командами становится гораздо сложнее на таком рынке. На таком рынке даже очень сильные команды и то не все вывозят, а уж про средние и хуже проекты я вообще молчу... этот год на не год для ICO. Я бы сказал, что сейчас вообще не важно сильная или слабая команда у проекта, если он стрельнет - то отлично, не стрельнет - плохо. А интерес инвесторов всё равно упал к ICO, даже по сравнению с 2016 годом. Ну так то что происходит на рынку явно не завлечёт новых инвесторов, я думаю что ситуация с ICO может измениться если рынок начнёт хоть понемногу восстанавливаться. |

Почему хаос? Просто скорей всего спланированный дамп рынка, что бы выжать хомяков, так что просто не паникуй. Я вот не буду сливать токены в такой ситуации. |
