jeah, 3 weeks ago someone told me "Blackcoin will be dead in 3-4 days". all i did was buying "some" Blacks at 500 satoshis and then sold it at 3800 (and maybe that was cheap, we will see in the future, right now the market is too hot for me).
I've chosen octocoin to put some money in because looking at all the other new coins, for me, this one maybe got real potential.
I see some organised businessman behind this, and no little boy who just want to release a petcoin or a countrycoin because he thinks this is cool.
So maybe you can laugh about me if this goes broke, but for the case it gets big, i'll send you a screenshot of your post

First of all, to say buying at over 800 sat is not a good decision is just stupid. This is advice you are pulling straight out of your ass. People said the same crap about Bitcoin, Litecoin, and more recently Megacoin. Any time you have a capped coin potential exists. If these devs are half as good as advertised and they actually have plans for OctoCoin that will already make it one of the only coins with an actual purpose. Other than Bitcoin, I've seen zero innovation in crypto. By next month, the country coins will be proved a failed gimmick and by next year crypto investors will start to realize quality dev teams with a plan matter more than anything else. You don't need "moviecoin" to pay for a movie - we have fiat and bitcoin already. From what I've seen none of the "cause coins" have raised substantial money for any causes because people aren't here to be generous - they're here to make quick profit. Crypto investors tend to be immature and naive - this is why some of the worst coins have done so well while quality is so easily overlooked. Before you know it, real investors with real money are going to be involved in cryptocurrency in a major way and it will change the game.

I personally know one of the OctoCoin devs and he is absolutely a guy with the ability to make this all happen. You start throwing around numbers and you just look like another clueless goofball with an agenda.

The website might not be revolutionary but it's easily the best website for any altcoin. Clean and modern. The wallet doesn't break new ground because it doesn't have to and yet it's also the best looking wallet. Different isn't always better. I love Megacoin but the wallet looks like Sub7 from 1998 and the website is simply rowdy. If you haven't noticed, most crypto people have no eye for design. 99% of coin logos are the worst logos I've ever seen. Crypto people typically like busy, gawdy crap and that's what most deliver. Real investors coming over from the startup world in Silicon Valley appreciate true quality and the sky is the limit for OctoCoin if everything plays out as it should. OctoCoin has that Silicon Valley feel because that's the world these guys come from.

so 15 k satoshis is a nice price,a bit high maybe, but more realistic than saying it won't reach even 3000.
3000 could be possible, easily, if the devs do some good work.
I like that they are talking and thinking big so i know that its a 50/50 gamble.
Maybe hit a big pot or loose everything. Better than this coins that are like... ah lets see, we dont have any real plans but maybe it will get a big coin if someone accepts it blahblah.

So if the devs really do as big as they talk and work on good projects... more than 3000 would easily be possible.
Its a rare coin, nice wallet, plus they put some meaning behind it in their projects.

And yeah... its traded not bad at the moment,  1.2496 BTC Volume is okay i think. (It's cryptorush)

So selling under 1000 satoshis now isnt really a good decision, but okay, more to buy for me  Grin

So just keep on mining and maybe, if you dont need some quick money, hold some coins Wink

Stability won't last very long if they don't figure out what caused the problems in the first place.  Its better to get things running so this doesn't happen again.  Do not worry, huntercoin is a good idea and the price will rise big time when all the bugs are worked out.

What do you mean can it wait? At this point of the game , and not just in collecting coins and looking at them . Here all ma jor to make , not for fun . The problem is that now gather a large number of coins in the hands of the miners, they immediately suffer on the stock exchange and will sell at any price , it is very painful to hit the course. Coin you want to display on the stock exchange as soon as possible to return to the previous stability. Many players have all worked well , but for others it is possible to make an announcement here and chatting to bloсkchaine updated .

Indeed resolving issues should be 1st place at priority list.

Exchange is needed but it can wait - coin wont die, and perhaps better to do not push new coin to exchanges too fast.... but maybe too late for that now.
