how to disable it? my pc is amd althon II
does it have integrated GPU? If yes in system-->device manager---> display adapters and disable the integrated This is only a work around as i suggested in Boost X13 forum. Maru Kernel has performance issues as well with mobo that has integrated GPU's. What i noticed trying to find this work around was that Maru Kernel only created on TC bin file and tried to use that for onboard GPU as well. It seems that it fails to realize that there is on board GPU and does not do a separate TC calculation for it. I think this will also affect rigs where they users have different R9 cards like 270, 280, 290 etc. I have tested this on different rigs and Maru Kernel performance on Rigs with on board GPU (Even with it being disabled) is lower that the ones without. If you need my help in anyway, Give me a shout. |

which error? you sure you have the correct miner and deleted .conf? Have the correct miner, deleted the .conf. I tested on three machines win 8, win 8.1, win 8.1 it is working fine. what message are you getting?  I had the same problem and i got the sorted. The issue with me is that i have AMD Apu and it has the onboard graphic card. for me to run sgminer in X13 successfully, I had to disable the integrated graphic card. But i still can get only 1.6 mhs on each of my R9 290 and one of them goes back to 1 Mhs after few mins TESTED and this fixes the ERROR -11 issue. DISABLE integrated graphics on AMD APU's. Updated mining guide https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=601965.msg6978692#msg6978692This only fixes half the problem. Yes it gets rid of the Error -11 issue. But the other problem is that even if you disable the integrated GPU, The addon GPU does not reach the full capacity in terms of Hashing power. Also the GPU that you connect the monitor to will loose 40% of the hash rate after 30 min on average. So there seems to be some kind of issue with the kernel. I have tested this on rig with no integrated GPU and it runs fine. |

Hi, anyone have problems with R9 290 ? Mine are working on 1.8MH and after 10min of run they suddenly drop to 1.2mh, continue to generating shares but refuse to get normal speed except after reboot ?!
1800 seems bad, my 280x toxic work at 1.6MH/s with default setting(1100core/1500mem) what miner exactly do you use ? I downloaded the last from the Darkcoin which support this algo ? What is your config ? X11 DRK NO mining X13 BOOST make sure you are using this modified miner for the x13 algo https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=475795.0I'm using exactly this miner and based on the thread they list 1.8MH for 290 so i'm OK, except that my hash is dropping to 1.2MH for reasons out of my knowledge  I am having issues with my R9 290. What features do you plan to implement in the future? Also, do you have plans to reduce coin supply? Thanks.  We watch darkcoin, and few other anonymous system coins closely if they can really success anonymous send we will implement it to SUPER. Why we should reduce the coin supply? I think our coin count is ideal max 200m coins will be around. what we need is basically to increase demand and trust to the Supercoin. We can have a multipool paying with SUPER which will create more buy pressure on supercoins. This is also part of our plans. Also we can make exchange which is base currency SUPER in the long future. I personally think there is no rush to go to many exchanges too soon. Implement new features and let the community grow. This will attract more miners and will help spread the coin. |
