Sorry, the page you are looking for could not be found.

I'd be surprised if Poloniex listed it with a question mark over the remaining 95% of the supply being in the dev's control regardless of the longevity and validity of the project. Exactly, I've read everything that the dev has said in this thread recently but nothing he said really gives an excuse for this. Distribution should be a priority or the whole project just looks incompetent, the more people find out about the coin while the distribution is basically non existent, the more people will lose interest in the project simply because they have no access to the coins at a normal price, knowing that devs are holding 95% of the supply and the coin has already been in development for 3.5 years. I love this coin, 3.5 Years of development, that is good but distribution cannot be the same, you are confusing the economy for no reason and there will always be a big question mark above this project. I have traded cryptos on this forum for about 4 years now and this is one of the worst distributions I've ever seen, putting a huge stain on its amazing tech, there is no excuse for this. We are talking about distribution in the telegram chat, it would be great if all the community members could jump in. It's all to play for - the correct distribution has to occur though for the network to remain decentralized. So far there is no common solution to distribution problems. There is no POW or POS in relation to this coin, so it has to be taken with a gentle approach. So I invite anyone to come in and talk about the distribution model because the community can really help with this. https://t.me/SkycoinHad a great chat with ICOcountdown on telegram regarding distribution. Looking forward to developments regarding this issue. Carry on Skycoin!

Guys, how about some community stuff, like twitter, telegram, slack maybe? And what's up with the distribution issue? Some other coins actually make it their business to take care of stuff like these and they even have volume on exchanges too. Fascinating, don't you think?

Ok, so dev ran with the money and his boyfriend.. But can anyone give a summary about the status of the project? Is the project open source? Is there a roadmap and if yes, where is the dev work in relation to that? Just to get a clear picture. If the project is solid, but the dev is a scammer, then this is not necessarily a disaster. Let the cops deal with the idiots, let's ask the insiders inform the rest of us about the business side of things.
Thank you in advance

hang on guys... so 10% of the coins will be sold in the ICO? 90% held back, where 70% will be used "in the future". Can you guys elaborate on that a bit? I'm interested in this project, but not while only 10% of the supply is circulating. I also suspect this will prevent quite a few exchanges from getting involved. Maybe I didn't understand this proposed distribution... can anyone help me with that? I'm likely to wait until more than 60% of the supply is out there to jump in, but good luck on your project! (hello from NEM Xtester)
I wonder konw also, where is DEV... The distribution plan is one big red alert. If you must risk your money with this project, better wait until the coin gets to a major exchange. But even then... Number 1 rule in crypto: Trust noone Will you trust this dev with 90% of the coin supply? You can if you want to, freedom of choice at your service

|
|
ah, man... 90% of the supply is controlled by the unknown dev team? So this is like a decentralized currency? Unless this coin provides some instantly problem solving features out of the box, the price chart is going to look something like VOX or LBC. Devs will dump coins on the market (c3cx?) each month just to cover expenses and since there's no POW, there's nothing to induce a price floor. I expect that until at least 50% of the coins have been distributed, this will slide into the abyss. Am I wrong? Please explain

Holy freaking Jesus Christ, look at all the sockpuppets and shillers trying to hype VIA and the dev Romano..
None of you were even talking about VIA or anything on the old thread
Suddenly all the shills jump once the new ann thread comes out..This is so damn fishy
Losing respect mate
Yeah man, this scam dev probably paid 5000 $DOGE to these guys to shill his coin Jokes aside, you do shed some light on a highly unusual aspect of this thread: I've never seen an ann thread where everyone came to worship the dev and praise him as if he was some kind of prophet... are we really on bitcointalk??? On the other hand, Romano seems to be doing his job just like the best crypto teams out there. Following the VIA story for the past 6 months has been a great show. No drama, just vision, plan, progress and achievements. Looking forward to a lot more of the same. (so boss, can I get paid in $SYNX instead? I kept it balanced, just like you said )

Hey Skycoin,
do you plan to update your website in order for us potential users to get some info on developments, basic features and opportunities regarding this coin? Also, what's your distribution model? In the OP I read that less than 1% of the coins will be distributed and more than 99% held by someone(?). That's not very decentralised... Holding an ICO is also not a very good idea nowadays when 9 out of 10 ICOs this year ended with investors losing money almost from day 1 of the coin being listed on an exchange.
Eagerly awaiting your comments!

hey C2 hodlers, sorry to hear about your loss. Is there active discussion going on somewhere, or this is the only place?

hey guys, the coin has a $40k marketcap. If the dev is not around and the code is open source, just get yourselves organized and take it over. Just posting about this on twitter and everywhere else will double the price from here. Also, the block explorer is down, trex delisting is looming... I'm not invested, but those who are, save your investment!

Hey guys, your website address gives me a malware warning in Ubuntu Chrome. Not visiting until you solve this

Ok, I figured it out. Unconfirmed payouts are on the settings page..

Hi, just started mining today via Nicehash.
My hashrate at Nicehash is in sync with what my account shows with Coinotron, so no problems there.
My question is that while it states on the dashboard that estimated coins / day is n, everything else is 0 and nothing suggests that I'm actually contributing to the mining. My account has been live (mining) for 3 hours.
Meanwhile, I also have an account at Mining Pool Hub and there I can see lots of increasing values after only 30 minutes: Valid/invalid shares, payout, fees, etc.
Am I missing something or doing it completely wrong?

Hey guys, I'm complete noob at this and just started playing around with Nicehash, set up an order, directed it to a pool and have a few questions. So far everything seems to be working, I have 1GH/s mining some ETH, with the actual hash rate ranging from 0.9 to 1.2 GH on my Nicehash order. The mining pool is Coinotron and after about 30 minutes my estimated hash rate is 325 MH/s. This value gradually increased in about 3 steps so far, but is still about 1/3 of what is displayed in my Nicehash order. Is this normal? I suppose it takes some time for these two values to align, but I read somwhere on Nicehash that these values should be approximately equal after 15-30 minutes. Could someone clarify this for me please? Thanks in advance for your help! ---- Ok, took about an hour for it to catch up, but now the values match up

Am I missing something here?
I visit the vericoin website, I have to scroll down to find something about the ICO, which has only a link, bringing me to this ann. In the OP I have to scroll again to find a static image about Verium, but no links pointing to the ICO. I go to Twitter @VeriumReserve which has at least a domain link to VeriumReserve.com, click on that and wow, it takes me to the Vericoin website once again, Loop closed, I'm stuck with nothing.
Can you imagine how many people went through this same path and lost interest as a result? And now with "Phase one complete", VRC price is going to shit.
Anyway, great idea for an ICO, guys, but as for the implementation, well, see for yourselves

Again, no block explorer, website's forum is flooded with spam, devs on permanent vacation, etc.. Am I the only one annoyed by this?

Dev is probably too busy writing his 50000 word update on the latest developments in the global conspiracy to enslave all humans But you don't have to hold your breath for that, just visit zerohedge.
