For sure, crypto is an opportunity for everyone and even without starting capital you still hape chances to raise funds here in this sphere.

Yeah, majority of ICOs raised funds at 1000$ level price. for them current decrease means -80% of collected funds. If I launch ICO I would apply money management and hedge prices with futures.

Ziliqa is a good option to invest, but I would suggest Pchain. It has lower cap and can compete with ziliqa in future.

Bull run still has chances to occur. Btc can make 50 % within 1-2 months.

ETF doesn't matter. Think about Bakkt, it is more important I guess, so just be patient and don't hope for fast profit.

Why not? Altcoins are worthy investment. Some of them will show good return on bullish market, there is no doubt.
