Yeah, it's unfortunate and for me quite a deterrent. bram_vnl and b1007 encouraged me to check out NLG and when I come to the thread I see someone throwing a hissy fit with a 570 BTC wall up. You think that is going to bring in new people to NLG? You're wrong and you're hurting what you say you're trying to build. Knowing there is someone, or a group, with that many coins and an attitude like that will never be good for the NLG ecosystem. Despite the drama that was witnessed over the weekend which in itself is a indication that this currency is worth fighting for. The reason why people got a lot of coins for cheap is because it started like every typical scam coin would with a premine. The early investors took huge risks because there was a 90% chance in most crypto communities minds this would be a scam, but my inner voice told me to buy in and support for the long term. It's the last of the truly decentralized projects remaining in crypto and it just keeps getting better and stronger with time where every other project starts off strong and gets weaker. Everyones choice in what they invest in but I am not going anywhere. Gulden forever! |

latest wallet build
Have tried to sync wallet twice for multiple hours. Even deleted everything in roam folder and started over.
Same result each time, wallet gets stuck with 20 weeks left.
Ideas?

Not much I can say that hasn't been said already about the new website. Gulden is providing great value for those that have invested in it, we are lucky to be involved.

On the Dutch forum I read some person wanted to buy Guldens worth of 30.000 euro's.
Luckily on advice of fellow members he was adviced not to pump 30k at once in Guldens because that would cause a big pump followed eventually by a price fall.
He was adviced to slowly buy up Guldens at low prices on Bittrex and have patience since a lot of traders are currently dumping.
What happens when another buyer comes up and buys up 30k or more at once, that would be sour for MoneyMaker who does have the patience and relies on our advice.
My question is what is going to happen in the future when more people want to buy Guldens and with even bigger pockets?
I know a lot of eyes are currently watching Gulden closely withing the crypto community.
Even more investors withing the Dutch Fintech scene are watching Gulden either to buy Gulden or invest in the Gulden ecosystem.
Shouldn't we be prepared and in some sort way educate them what is wise and better for the Guldenmarket regarding the buying aspect without causing to much turmoil on the price?
How long is BioMike's software going to be able to make sure the price is stable without a lot of pump and dumps?
Like to hear the general opinion of the community on this.
Regarding Gulden, I do not occupy myself with the price. That having said, investors like Moneymaker and/or inverstors with even bigger pockets aren't noobs. Such persons won't invest such amounts without doing their homework prior, at least to some degree. Real investors will do their homework. The good news if this user is being serious he will be able to buy up all the mining rewards for the next year at these prices on his own! Unless everyone else decides never to buy Gulden again there is only one way the price is moving over the next year. The key point is if the investor will remain patient. |

NO fud intended here. But can anyone explain me why this coin could have success? What are the greater things about this than bitcoin? Isn't that like saying lets use multiple internets instead of 1? I want to invest but i dont see the great value yet  Rather not invest if you unsure, the coin could be dumped to 10 sat tomorrow. Stick with bitcoin mate it has a very stable price. |

This currency has certainly rewarded Long term and short term investors alike. Those that bought in at under 100 last year must be smiling knowing they backed the right currency but where does it go from here? The future Warren buffets, Carl Icahns , Jim Rogers of this world would hold onto this currency for a very long time, maybe not Carl Icahn but he would definitely see the value with Gulden. I can confidently say that whichever investor managers to get that 999 sell order will prevent the seller of that order from ever getting 4 million coins again. Think about that for a second |

3 days ago you say 250 at friday, now 450 on saturday. In reallity we are on 665 Nice uptrend  Correction to 500-550 range would be healthy though. I have to agree, let the market cool off a bit before the top blows off like last time. Be considerate to new users that might get in at too high price and then it collapses. |

Thanks for the Gulden devs for making me feel like a little kid who is waiting for his birthday presents and then gets awesomesauce delivered every time . A mastermind strategically plans the whole process in advance and conquers the world by surprise... I have to admit because I started off neutral on some of the changes but they got it right, kudos to whoever is doing the planning for Gulden coin. |
