problem is that i got access 8 days on this account made around 1000 deposits and some guy blocked access to my funds so i want 527 $ that was on account at that time back
however i don't have these documents that were first send in by the owner
can you not push pokerstars to comply and cash the money back to the same account that deposited on account ?
or is there a way to get this money out of account
i mean it's not small change

well it would be much better to just block access to deposits when user creates his account that way you know that you are safe when depositing money because you verified yourself
and that way you can't lose money

i always have wondered why casino/poker sites only ask for verification after you want to make your whitdrawal and not before making your first deposit ? makes no sense what is the reason for this?
it's a bit shady on part of casino/poker site because they know that there will always be people faking their docs or don't want to send them their id or other docs needed
so they just can keep these deposits for themself
