141  Economy / Economics / Re: Are we in a bear trap? on: December 03, 2021, 07:00:39 PM
At this day, bitcoin is $56k and there is a prediction that it will reach $100k this month of December. If that so, then it is still good to buy at the current price of bitcoin but everything in crypto has no guaranty that it will really happen because it's just a prediction. Despite of that, it's better to hold and wait if what well gonna happen in the future.

This dump is not just bitcoin alone or should I say crypto, it's a general thing across the globe due to Omicron variant type of virus that has been rampant in South Africa and USA.
Corona affect us all and gladly, it was a miracle that changes the live of many who were diamond hands and never sold, if we can sustain that sell pressure and bounce back smoothly, there is no point in been in panick this time around, bitcoin and market will always bounce back.
142  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Omicron token gained 900% after WHO name-new variant on: December 03, 2021, 05:40:35 PM
There is nothing good that absolutely comes from this kind of headlines, the pump was intentional because by mere looking at the current volume, you will realize that the volume is so low. If it's a solid projects, this kind of pump is enough to last long for long time even traders has taken their profits.
I have come to conclusions with pump projects, avoid them and stay on grid with real projects.
143  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don’t Miss Out: Play To Earn on: December 03, 2021, 05:33:26 PM
Goodluck to you bro by advertising this kind of project that lots of people know that it will not work or become successful as other project like this did negative and leave messed to other investors. If I were you I will choose to delete this thread than have a negative trust points in this forum.

Did he scam you?
Was the project intention was to scam people?
Squid game was just a name and the developers if the project F up big time else Squid game name as Trade mark on crypto would be written in gold due to that massive pump they got from investors but they ran away from investors money which is why project collapsed.
Sushi swap was once a victim of such a play trick but the founder later returned the liquidity he drained and apologies to the public. So, if the project is genuine regardless of the name, let see their products if it worth it.
144  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Never Be in a hurry on: December 02, 2021, 05:26:22 PM
Rushing is a natural thing in human, it doesn't just happened in cryptocurrency alone, it happens in real life and that's why in some situations, you will see humans want to overtake each other in life, even in academic society it happens a lots.

Not missing out happen in stock but not much discuss because they don't have that similarities in volatility when compare to crypto, this is why sometimes you will 20% that one need to wait to get in a week if not month or so.
On the contrary, there is not point in discussing rushing when you do your assignment about a coin, buy when you know that you are ready to hop in.
145  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My newbie trading experience on: December 02, 2021, 05:15:51 PM
Sometime early January 2021 I started my trading journey without anyone putting me through, I study the market movement of a particular token and analyze its weekly price volatility.
I started trading with $200 and within a month I made $450 including my capital. Since then I suffered a loss and have recovered but need trading knowledge that will take me to the next level with high profits.

You trade just a single token and you feel you have arrived, you have learnt all the basic but unfortunately, trading doesn't work that way.
Trading require patience but you shouldn't relax sometimes when you are on profits, you have manage to gain some profits on Altcoins, you should have take profit and wait for another entry. You had those gains probably when there some fundamental and bullish news and luckily entered on time.
Trading is tedious, try other coins that are heavily trade by other traders and magnificent liquidit, a $200 is enough to give you a decent profit on a to 100 Altcoins and also don't endeavor to do more research like watching YouTube videos.

Tips: Avoid trading signals.
146  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you invest in new projects? on: December 02, 2021, 04:56:04 PM
New project are very interesting and inviting to invest but many don't always turned out, this reminds me of thread where they discuss about Altcoins white paper and aftermath of a project when they get listed.
You have to do a thorough research and personal reviews on new project before you decide to pour heavy money into them such as venture capitals, angel investors and also how the tier tokens were sold such as seed sales, private sale (may be 1 or 2) and then public sales and lastly the tokenomics.
147  Economy / Economics / Re: A way to make money online? on: December 02, 2021, 04:31:24 PM
Sorry but I don't seem to understand what you meant when there are multiple ways you can earn from this Bitcointalk forum. If you can't engage in the bounty jobs, use this platform to study investing in crypto and get Wise with it.

Gone are those days when fiver is place where you can offer gigs and skills but I think monopoly system of reviews required  has eating and dipping the platform. Bitcointalk service board has been a skill booster over the years but due to it been related to cryptocurrency, not everyone would like to associate them self with it, what will an English tutor be doing on bitcointalk when there is Udemy to upload your videos.
If you are on Bitcointalk, it is very easier to engage in crypto activities and earn some or one may even charge and have a standard price for your skills.
148  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does someone use trading bots? on: November 30, 2021, 05:12:25 PM
Don't rely too much on trading robots when trading because trading bots are just a trader's tool

if you are a novice trader and just trying trading bots then you will find it difficult to make money unless you buy expensive full trading bots

try to learn first trading with small capital, if trading suits you then you can try using a trading bot

Seems like OP hasn't try the effects of book order on centralized exchanges, that's when you know the power of bots manipulation in trading. I'm not an expert but i know very well how trading bots behaves with technical trends charts.
Like kucoin exchange for examples, the design bots will appear plenty of buy order once they noticed that a a resistance has been tested but will disappear as soon as it be broken by high pressure sell order. If your Bots is not well configure and follow those manipulation, you are doom mehn.
149  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tron could be next doge or ada? on: November 30, 2021, 05:03:46 PM
Tron is one of the older coins that is used a lot when other exchange fees are expensive, so tron has a good move and continues to grow because when many people use a coin it will stay. I think to lose will not happen because there are still many people who will need tron in transactions with low fees and remain an alternative exchange in the future.

Justin Sun is a very good and hard-working founder and he has done everything to stay by Tron till date despite the critics from different people and other peoples opinions.
While I still like Tron for it fast transactions and low gas fee, I think they don't have this Vibes of Whales and been talk like other blockchains. Take a review at Solana, Fantom, and Cadano, those guys don't joke with marketing, they make sure they lead the pack in every community.
I still think they need to work on their marketing flows and relate with many other influencers rather than wasting millions on meals with stock millionaires to adopt them.
150  Economy / Economics / Re: New COVID strain may affect crypto valuation on: November 30, 2021, 04:54:16 PM
I dont accept that COVID strain situation would affect crypto valuation. Just check back, we had consecutive ATH of BITCOIN during only Pandemic situation  and yes still we are marching forward for its next ATH. There seems to be a usual correction which happens before a great spike and yes this is what I believe  and I have seen since 2016. We could see large number of investors have come in to Crypto platform during the COVID period.

It will be something of shame if we really fall for the same excuses we have had. After the first covid 19 commotion, we have received several news of second wave which are many timed forgotten as soon as people hear them and I'm very sure that even this one will be gone too.
What's the essence of making people panic with a virus spread that the same United nations has claimed they provided vaccines for the globe. Different diseases has spread in the past and we all survive the situations.
151  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Basic trading strategy for newbie to make a profit on: November 29, 2021, 05:10:13 PM
Due to social media bounty and airdrop getting less payment. I decided to make a trade.
But I'm really confused how to start the trading so that I can make a profit daily. I need a reference where I can learn about it.
If anyone have a good chanel sugestion for learn in trading crypto, please reply.
Thank you 😊

Hey! Buddy
You have picked up the right step towards trading but do you have basic understanding of trading or knowledge?
Trading is a business and should be treated with outmost caution, get a pair that have a huge potential( sol/usdt, ftm/usdt or trade against BTC pairs if you want to use Altcoins to make more of Bitcoin when they gain more in value since they are pretty much in %%) and don't forget to trade in a good exchange, some exchange are toxic and may cease your funds especially centralized one in particular.
152  Economy / Economics / Re: No where is actually safe on: November 29, 2021, 05:04:08 PM
Unlike in the 70s and 80s where you will just decide to pick and investment, fund the investment sit back and relax while waiting for 10-20years before one can reap the fruit of their patients and hardwork put together but since crypto is very good at given high returns and mouth watering profits, many have decided to take crypto as means of meal ticket to richness which is the other way round. Bitcoin or rather crypto in general might have help to beat value against inflation but 50% of people buying them today are doing so to get wealthy and not concern about the  technology and this is why they panic when the price fall.
153  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Musk the boss behind SHIB? on: November 29, 2021, 04:57:07 PM
Is Musk the boss behind SHIB? Is there an advantage within the future? I am hopeful that SHIB's execution is as great as DOGE Smiley Can somebody clarify, thank you

He has answered that on both Twitter platform and if I can recall very well, he said it in a Webinar that he doesn't hold any Shiba and not affiliated with any Shiba tokens. He said he is a fan of Bitcoin that was bought some months ago under Space X management, holder of Ethereum and also holder of the most popular meme token, dodge.
If you are looking to make money from meme tokens, it's better you resist the temptation right now. Shocked Shocked
154  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can you make money day trading Bitcoin? on: November 28, 2021, 06:30:05 PM
Strictly speaking, what is in the way? Bitcoin is the same cryptocurrency as many others, so it is quite possible to make money. Here the bet is only on the trader's qualifications.

You didn't considered capital, wow! You are such an expert in trading.
How do you intend to make return in every trade you make? There is vast approach on trading bitcoin alone with variations in capital, you don't expect a trader making daily trading with $100k in bitcoin with some trading with just $100, there reward pnl Wil definitely be different.
Market conditions is also very important regardless of the experience, a fresh trader in a bull rull may be lucky but only few survive in bear market.
155  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 'Squid Game' cryptocurrency scams $2 million on: November 28, 2021, 06:20:46 PM
I feel sad for those investors but I think we can prevent such scam projects if we invest on a real project with a trusted team.

There is nothing to be sad about. The meme coin lords and senators are very well aware of what they were getting there hands on, there is no point is pitying some one with an eyes but then decide to close his eyes and walk on a high way. What do you think will happen to such person, it's a probability outcome with 70% chance of loosing and 30% chance of losing their capital. A suicide in my opinion, that's what meme coins represent.

If only they have all invested that amount on real project that will slowly develop with future potential., they would have been in mini lambos who knows. Grin Grin
156  Economy / Economics / Re: 6 billion to solve world hunger? on: November 28, 2021, 06:08:33 PM
I don't think that can solve world hunger problem, actually it can reduce the amount of hunger in the world but it can't completely eradicate it because I believe some people in some part of the world won't have access to the fund so I believe it can't completely eradicate it because some people wont benefit but I believe it will help lots of people that benefit from it.

Because it cant completely eradicate doesn't mean is not possible, remember it was just a statistical estimations which means the data collected can either be above or a little below. Elon didn't give the estimate, the value tweeted draw his attention and he feel if it's magically possible, he will help.
Haven't you seen how Paris fund was distributed? With proper management, that fund will get to everyone but the question is, is it possible that every country will be that transparent to spend the fund wisely when they are given the chance to do so.
Life is not balance though, it will be very hard to completely eliminate poverty.
157  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do I not lose money in trading cryptocurrency? on: November 10, 2021, 10:08:53 PM
There is no investment that doesn't have risk, they all do hence you should be ready and prepare for a potential loss but with risk management, you should be safe and your loss would also be minimal. This risk also differs from project to project and from investment to investment.

Trading is a business and should be treated as your business, if you learn the basics and everything required to get started and improve on the market, you should be fine on how to prevent loss but again it just part of the game.
158  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin adoption by banks - good or bad? on: November 10, 2021, 09:39:24 PM
“If you can’t beat them, join them.”

It’s pretty simple. Banks can’t beat or take down crypto for good. No matter if they choose to ban it, Bitcoin and the crypto world won’t stop and continues to dominate. Not even China’s intense crackdown could stop Bitcoin from rising.

Most banks are still anti-crypto thinking that it’s a threat to their financial system. However, they will be the ones who are going to be left behind later on. They have no choice but to embrace cryptocurrency later on. Massive adoption won’t stop.

Bank will exist and will not be replaced by cryptocurrency. Facebook and Twitter have the same social interaction but the feature and environment are two different things and the two are operating independently. The same goes for cryptocurrency and banks, in fact to enter crypto you will have fund your bank account before you can be able to purchase any of your desire coins.

Banks is an independent body though some believe they rely on central bank and government while Bitcoin depends on its people.
159  Other / Archival / Re: The beginning of the end of traditional payment processors? on: November 10, 2021, 09:32:56 PM
Cross border payment has been a headache in some judiciary countries and crypto has been a headache paracetamol for some people but despite that, it's not match for the number of people out there. Visa till today still has more throughput and efficiency to effect large transactions for everyone, Bitcoin on the hand is still very low despite improvements. If everyone decides to come on board into cryptocurrency, many chain will collapse and have lots of down time.

We need to scale up the transaction throughput to match the number of demands in traditional ecosystem.
160  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't ever quit your job to trade crypto. on: November 08, 2021, 09:37:44 PM
You can't do jobs with real crypto trading, you need to face one and leave the other to become a pro in trading, I'm not talking about casual traders but the real deal here, there are few things to overcome physically and mentally if you really want to be a pro trader

The circumstances may not be as you view it buddy, look at a YouTuber who always give update to his viewers and give some insight about what's the hot thing in cryptocurrency and trading can do the two together with out affecting the other part. It will even make it easier for him to give more content to his subscribers from his experience and journey while making thread in the market.
The thing is, don't ever quit your job because of trading as anything can happen and the other may be your safe haven.
