Let's be clear. IOTA is just vaporware, and this is just speculation. Some of you will earn, others will lost.
The current marketcap is crazy for a project that did not prove nothing. Just words, hype and promises from the development team.
IOTA is more a marketing product, than a real alternative to any serious crypto project like BTC, ETH, or MAID.
Be aware before investing at these crazy prices.
And no, IOTA is not going to be valued like Ethereum, neither gonna produce a 1000 ROI like NXT.

As I sait elsewhere, BIP100 is bad for the market, because it add unpredictability, by giving votes to the miners.
The market needs fixed rules that it must know years before.
The majority of the businesses will just move elsewhere.

¿Por qué decís que los mineros son los que "votan"? A mí me importa un rábano el hashrate de Dogecoin, por ejemplo, y tampoco me va a importar si tiene más hashrate Qt o Xt. El valor de una moneda no depende de lo que cueste minarla, sino de la oferta (en este caso es la misma) y la demanda. Así que digo yo que lo que va a decantar las cosas en un u otro sentido será si los comerciantes siguen aceptando Qt o se pasan al fork (o a una alt cualquiera, llegado el caso es lo mismo). Por ejemplo, si los mercados de la deep web siguen aceptando sólo Qt, si Bitpay sólo acepta Qt, si... a nadie le importarán las pools chinas, y el valor de un Xt será bajo (con lo que los mineros volverán rápido a Qt).
Tal como yo lo veo, aquí los que "votan" son los intermediarios comerciales, no los mineros, ni los nodos, no los foros de debate.
Todas las grandes compañías están a favor del aumento del límite: Coinbase, Circle, XAPO, Bitpay, 21Inc etc. El 80% de la comunidad votó a favor del aumento del límite. La mayoría de las pools han votado a favor del aumento del límite. Si Core propone una solución aceptable por fin al problema, seguiremos con Core. Si no, muy posiblemente XT gane la batalla. La gente aceptará la moneda que tenga más hash, por una simple razón: seguridad. La cadena secundaria es insegura y puede ser atacada en cualquier momento. |

También se movió a alts el mítico "Gold collapsing, Bitcoin UP" y lo último que sé es que se restauró al subforo original, pero ahora está bloqueado. Normal, puesto que XT es off topic tanto en ese hilo y como en su sección.
Lo de "Gold collapsing, Bitcoin UP" es un escándalo. Ese hilo se cerró por una encuesta en la que XT iba ganando sobre Core. Eso no es cerrar el hilo por off-topic, eso es cerrar el hilo para manipular y censurar. Si Core hubiera ido ganando en la encuesta, ese hilo nunca se hubiera cerrado. |
